Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Amazing location, walking distance from zion square and the old city. The apartments were roomy, and even had an amazing view of the old city from the balcony. We had enough towels for everyone, and loved that there was a washing machine and dryer, hot plate, and hit water urn for shabbat. There were also some dishes in the kitchen.
Some areas of the apartment need maintenance, but nothing major.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026הצוות שירות על הפנים!!! הסתבכנו עם החנייה והתקשרנו לבקש עזרה איפה חונים, הצוות ענה בצורה מתלהמת, לא ניסע לעזור, ניתק לנו את השיחה בפנים, רק לאחר זמן חזר אלינו נציג נורמלי שבאמת הסביר מה צריך לעשות כדי להיכנס לחנייה. לא בקשה גדולה. חבל מאוד.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Localização excelente, a minutos da Jaffa Street, Ben Yehuda. Este é o ponto mais alto. O apartamento está bem equipado com máquinas de lavar louça, lavar e sacar roupa, ferro de passar,roupas de cama e toalha. cozinha completa. Estacionamento.
Ficamos desapontados pois no anúncio mostrava que havia uma varanda e na verdade não tinha. A janela do quarto de casal não abre e o box deixa vazar água, mas nada que seja um impedimento!!

Reviewed Jan 30, 2026O espaço era muito bom para uma família de 4 pessoas.apartamento com 2 banheiros, cozinha equipada com micro-ondas, fogão, chaleira elétrica, talheres. Máquina de lavar e secar roupas.
A placa do carro nao estava cadastrada (enviei, mas não deu certto) e foi difícil parar o carro para pedir auxílio. Como cheguei antes das 16 consegui cadastrar na recepção. Usar o estacionamento é meio complicado, o primeiro portão reconhece a placa e abre, depois temuma cancela que tem se usar o aplicativo para abrir.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026שידרגו אותנו לדירה יותר גדולה, המיקום מעולה צמוד למגרש הרוסים, רבע שעה הליכה ממחנה יהודה, דקה ממינימרקט, מיטות נוחות, איזור שקט בלילה.
1. לא עידכנו על שדרוג הדירה ועל הכתובת הנכונה ככה שהלכנו למיקום שגוי 2. נתנו לנו קוד שגוי לדלת, מעל שעה של ניסיונות תקשורת עם הבעלים. 3. פנינו לטלפון שמופיע עונה מזכירה שמעבירה הודעות שלא הצליחה להשיג את האחראי. 4. אחרי ששלחנו ומצאנו את האחראי באמצע השיחה נעלם ואחרי שעה בא בטענות שהייתה טעות ולא היינו אמורים לסגור לילה בתאריכים האלו ושנגיד תודה שהקדימו לנו כניסה לדירה ( ביקשנו להשאיר את הרכב והוא מיוזמתו הקדים את הכניסה) טען שהיה בתפילה ( תכתוב בהודעה אני נכנס לתפילה אהיה זמין עוד ... זמן), נעלם לשעה ואז נזף בי שאני חצופה וחסרת סבלנות כשאני מסבירה לו שאני עם תינוק. 4. מהשומרים בכניסה הבנו שזאת ההתנהלות הרגילה שלהם וזה לא חדש יחסכזה נוראי. 5. במשרדים לא היה אף אחד להתלונן בפניו. 6. דירה מוזנחת, קירות מטונפים, זבובים בכיור, שקעי חשמל חשופים שזה סכנת נפשות!!, מערכת המים חמים לא עבדה ולכן לא יכולנו להתקלח!, גם אז לא היה מענה ראוי בזמן לסיוע!!, ריצפה לא נקיה, ארונות עמוסים בבגדים וציוד מבולגן, גם במטבח בקבוקי ויסקי וטקילה ריקים שלא פונו, פח אשפה ללא מכסה. בקיצור לא ממליצה להגיע לדירה אכזבה ענקית!!!! עצבים מיותרים עדיף לשלם מחיר גבוה למלון ולא לסבול!

Les photos du site ne correspondaient pas du tout, c'était vraiment décevant. L'ameublement très simple. L'éclairage nul. Obligation de payer 200 shekels pour rentrer avant Chabbat. Le contact téléphonique désagréable. J'ai voulu faire kiffer mes invités mais j'ai pris la honte. 1700 shekels pour ça c'est énorme. Nous avions auparavant loué l'appartement dont les photos étaient présentes sur le site et qui était magnifique mais nous avons reçu un tout autre. J'avais vraiment les nerfs

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026Absence de canapé-lit : j’ai dû réclamer en urgence des lits supplémentaires pour que chacun puisse simplement dormir. Les matelas fournis étaient d’une qualité indigne, bien trop fins pour assurer un minimum de confort, et l’un des deux sommiers présentait une différence de niveau rendant impossible de s’y allonger correctement. Manque flagrant de vaisselle : dès le lendemain, certains d’entre nous ont dû prendre leur café dans l’un des deux seuls verres à vin disponibles. Il n’y avait rien d’autre que cela et deux gobelets en plastique. Télévision hors service, sans aucune solution proposée. Chauffage défaillant, qui n’a fonctionné qu’après intervention d’un membre de votre équipe, sans aucune explication sur son utilisation. Porte-fenêtre défectueuse, ne se fermant pas correctement et laissant entrer le froid ainsi que les nuisances sonores. Visiblement ce n'est pas le seul appartement souffrant de ce probleme. Mes parents subissent les meme nuisances actuellement. L’ensemble de ces problèmes est totalement inacceptable. J’ai passé une grande partie de mon séjour à échanger par mail pour tenter d’obtenir des solutions, jamais à la hauteur. Je lui ai d’ailleurs exprimé mon mécontentement et demandé un geste commercial, il m'a simplement repondu qu'il allait me faire un retour et à ce jour je n'ai toujours pas de nouvelles

Worse Place to stay, dirty, filthy kitchen, broken or missing kitchen equipment, no lights at all in one bathroom for all the stay , completely pitch black, impossibile to lock balcony door, car parking given always occupied with someone else car. They respond to emails but basically do not do anything. They offered only a cleaning fee refund in change of a good review. Disgusting behaviour of Isrentals company. Not recommended at all.

Het appartement ( nr 88) had heel erg veel mankementen. Was vreselijk beschadigd en best smerig. Vaatwasser kapot, douche kapot, lampen die het niet deden. 2 extra bedden en kinderbed in de woonkamer. Balkondeur slot kapot, batterijen van afstandbediening leeg. Niet voldoende bestek. 1 koffielepeltjes, geen opscheplepels enz... Diverse keren contact gehad met de beheerder, maar reageerde niet. Of vroeg om foto s van de kapotte zooi, repareerde alleen de douche en liet koffielepeltjes brengen. Meer niet

Reviewed Dec 2, 2025Location was great. Two blocks from Jaffa St and Zion Square. Easy walk to Ben Yehudah St. Quick light rail (or walk) to Mahene Yehudah and Old City. Wonderful to have functional kitchen as well as washer and dryer. Safe Room on the same floor. Shabbos elevator. Walk out patio.
Door to washing machine was "hanging by a thread". We "jerry-rigged " it to hang on. Lamp (along with overhead light) in bedroom would have been nice.

דירה במצב גרוע. מסריח מטונף. ללא מגבות . מטונף ומסריח מלא שיערות בכל מקום אבק אין תמורה למחיר , לא מוצדק בשום מצב סכום כמו ששלמתי. הינו צריכים לקנות חומרי ניקוי בשביל לעשות לפחות את השירותים נגעלנו לישון במצעים מטבח בלי שום אביזרים מאכזב מאד ושילמנו לא מעט. עובש בתקרה לא מומלץ בכלל . להתרחק כמו מאש

Reviewed Nov 3, 2025המקום היה מזעזע. קיבלנו חדר ששכחו לנקות אותו. יצאנו לשעתיים וחזרנו החדר עדיין לא היה נקי. לבסוף הגיע עובד ניקיון. אך לא החליפו מצעים. בכל בוקר יש עבודות בניין ,צעקות בערבית , רעש מחריד כבר ב7 בבוקר. זאת לא הייתה חופשה. אלא סיוט ארוך ומתמשך. שומר נפשו ירחק.

It was not the cleanest. Things were broken. Not the best view (into the courtyard) The couch bed was uncomfortable and squeaky. The items in the kitchen were not plentiful. TV was not connected to power.

La casa era sporca e mantenuta molto male. Gli Asciugamani solo per il viso e non per la doccia. Niente asciugacapelli. Non abbiamo potuto accedere al parcheggio.

Very robotic service, unwelcoming, dismissing and inflexible customer service experience. misleading information about amenities in room - says it can sleep 4, only had bedding for 1 double bed. Not suitable for father daughter trip. Daughter slept on a mattress on the floor in the lounge with no sheets. Kitchen has VERY basic items. No kitchen knives, no serving utensils/bowls etc, no sieve, (no oil, no milk, no spices). Overall wouldn’t recommend due to challenging customer service experience.

Reviewed Sep 28, 2025באנו 5 חברות, היה מאד נוח מבחינת מיקום וגם מבחינת זה שהיו 5 מיטות נורמליות ומרווח ונעים לקבוצה כזו. בנוסף ביקשנו להשאיר את הרכב בחניה לכמה שעות אחרי הצ׳ק אאוט ואישרו לנו בשמחה!
כשהגענו המצלמה בחניה לא זיהתה אותנו והיה סיפור עם זה וקושי לתפוס את בעל הבית שיטפל בזה, הסתבר שהוא לא הכניס את מספר הרכב למערכת כפי שהיה אמור לקרות.. בסוף נכנסנו וכאמור אישר לנו להישאר גם מעבר לזמן אז זה באמת בקטנה 😉

Apartment was run-down, master bathroom cabinet broken last day of stay toilet started leaking, second bathroom ceiling looked like it was collapsing, exposed screws and water stains, large cracks between the tile and wall that probably created water leaks to apartment below, broken bathroom lock (they did come and fix that). half bath sink leaking. TV had a large crack on it as well. I took pictures of everything so that they wouldn't blame me for this damage

Reviewed Sep 16, 2025דירה מרווחת ומאובזרת עם כל מה שהיינו צריכים ,מגבות,מצעים,מגהץ,פן יש כלים ,כיריים,מיקרוגל ,מכונת קפה,מקרר כל מה שצריך .. קרוב לתחבורה ציבורית השירות היה מצויין ועזרו לנו עם כל בעיה שהייתה כמו למצוא את החניה ,פתיחת הדלת של הדירה ..וכו'
חשבנו שיהיו 3 מיטות אך הייתה מיטה זוגית וספה שאפשר לישון עליה אבל סה"כ זה היה נוח

Reviewed Sep 12, 2025The rental is incredible. It is in great-great location, 5 min walks to Jerusalem super city center, 10 min walk to old city and the shuk. The environment is safe, new and well decorated. It is clean, the wifi is fast, has its own free parking lots in THE HEART OF JERUSALEM. Just incredible! It was the first time we stayed in an airbnb in Jerusalem, but for us there is no going back, next time we will stay here again, it was just so good, great money-quality value. We were travelling with kids, but they had brand new and comfortable sofa bed open for them.
Maybe maybe kitchen cupboard surfaces could be cleaned a bit better, but it is a really surfacial problem, the rest of the appartment is incredibly clean, the bathroom, the beds, everything is very clean.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2025On the second day, we met a manager named Rami. He changed our room and fulfilled our needs. This accommodation is locationally close to the Old City, and the amenities are close. And although it can't solve the problem on the official phone, it's quick to solve the problem when we meet in person. If you have any problems, please go to the Isrental office. I recommend here.
When we first used Israntal, it was disappointing. The room was so different from the picture, and it was dirty. So when I called with phone and the mail, all I had to do was wait. Isrental has many rooms and the condition of the room is very different. Booking-dot-com have difficulty communicating because they are not photo-sharing. So I thought it would be difficult to use this place again, but this employee helped me a lot, and we are now willing to revisit.
