The location and the owners are very accommodating

The place has everything we ever need. It really feels like home. Our 3 nights stay was really worth it. The host was very accommodating. We would definitely book again.

Small but cozy. Very clean and good value for money. Near to MOA and airport which we like. Appreciated extra provisions inside the apartment .

I wish we have received the exact address and authorisation letter before we checked in. We have to ring the owner which we failed to contact right away before checking in and received all the instruction after our stay. Very comfortable stay otherwise.

We booked this place for the HOKA Midnight run and it was a decision we didn't regret. The place was well maintained and all utensils were complete. It was really nice!

Parking was expensive that's why we didn't avail it. The tower was pretty hard to locate, especially since no wayfinding signs were posted.

Smooth check in process. No need to wait for someone to assist you in check in as the host is sending the details ahead of time. Just check in at the lobby and you can proceed to your room on time. 🙂

Know issue

The location was nearby to MOA and easy access to transportation also near to airport. Accommodation is clean with equipped kitchen appliances that you needed. Another thing the host is very responsive and easy check in. I recommend this especially if you have any event in MOA. Plenty of restaurant around the area.

Location- quite near to SM MOA and NAIA

The AC continuously leaking when we put it on. I made the host aware but they failed to inspect or fix it for the duration of our stay. The end of the sofa bed where my children were sleeping was wet. There was not hot/warm shower facilities too.

The property is located on the 3rd floor with a lovely view of the pool and a great overall aesthetic. One of the highlights was the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a fridge, microwave, rice cooker, and stovetop, along with all the utensils needed to cook whatever you like. Another big plus is that the power outlets are compatible with both Asian and European mobile chargers, which was very convenient! The host was incredibly helpful and always available whenever we needed anything—she even allowed us to check in much earlier than expected. The location is perfect, within walking distance of MOA, and the small stores and services on the ground floor are very handy. Highly recommended!

On the downside, while the space is comfortable, it can feel cramped if you have large luggage, as we struggled a bit to find a spot for our big suitcases. Also, the bathroom currently lacks an exhaust fan. We communicated this to the host, who was very responsive and assured us that they are already working on a solution to fix this issue.

Location wise. Host was very accommodating. We truly rest well after a day of strolling and visiting places in the Metro. Almost all appliances are complete and in their best condition. I hope there will also be washing machine in the future. We still love to book again next time.

There were little friends 🪳hanging around. We can also smell them in the CR when we 1st entered the property but overall I can see that the owner seems to accommodate the cleanliness of the place in their utmost ability.

Nicely decorated unit with strategic location near MOA and airport, matched with my needs for a transit in Manila.

Excellent location - I specifically booked around the area as I had business near MOA. Property was clean and there were a lot of free stuff, e.g., toiletries, coffee Host was also responsive and helpful

I like that the bathroom is not slippery, the room is clean, the design is aesthetic and the smell is good. The AC is already open when we walk in . All room details were provided prior to the check in time. Great complitary add ons too. A great place to stay very recommended.

Maybe an extra trash bag will be great so we can put all our trash .

15 minutes walk to MOA and near to NAIA airport. Very clean and tidy.

Property is well maintained and owner is responsive.

Internet connection issues, first day/night there were no problem but on the second day/night and up to the 3rd day there was no internet (2nd night the internet only lasted for an hour and it’s gone again) and the data signal for globe and smart was non existent.

The place is very clean. The location is handy for shopping .

The property is clean, well maintained, updated, toiletries are provided and adequate, kitchen utensils and equipments are cleaned and functional, tv and streaming services are available, toilets and shower facilities are in excellent condition, and host provided instructions and other information that are necessary for check in and out.

The place is narrow with limited space just enough for three and in extreme cases, for four people.

I like that the property is very neat and the manager is very accommodating. We were given very clear instructions and the transaction are smooth.

The lightings are a bit warm for me.

Personally, I like the small space so it was an excellent place for my leisure.

Curtains could be replaced with darker shades, feels eerie that someone may be peeking while you're in the living room mostly at night.

I like the cleanliness, comfy bed and primary necessities for kitchen and washroom were provided. (Towels, soap, kettle, stove, utensils, paper towels etc.) Walkable to MOA, I think 21 min.

I like that the place has complete streaming services. Also complete cooking utensils if you're in a budget with food and don't want to go out and eat.

It's hard to find not to like something. The stay was fantasitic

When I arrive and try to contact the service, no body answer my phone , I can’t find the location , I call over 10 times and one of the pictures falling when in slept at night time . Oh my god….
