It is not what I am expecting. I booked for my family, with my husband and son. My son is not young so he is included in payment and included in breakfast pay as well. So they must expect we are three in the room in two beds. We came in a good room and ambiance but having 2 bath towels, 1 face towel, 1 toothbrush, 2 shower cap and so I call the receptionist to bring some in the room since the supplies are not enough but instead, they mention that they just replenish not to add. Meaning even if you book a room there for three, the 3rd person is not included in supplies. Anyway breakfast is good. We stay there 3D2N but I regret it. My mind is telling me that I suppose to book others.

In their restaurant they asked met to pay separately for hot chocolate drink. I asked if they want to charge it in my room coz i didn't bring cash and they said no but i didn't wanna go up to my room anymore. If they could just make that part convenient for the guest that would be most hospitable. It's not that guests don't want to pay it's just i convenience .

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026We booked this hotel because it was very affordable, so we weren't expecting a lot, but it completely exceeded our expectations. We also chose this hotel because its not too far to the airport and close to the shopping malls. The area was nice and quiet and not busy and there are convenient stores near by. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a new smart TV, which was a big hit with our young one. The pool was lovely, everything was well maintained, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection. Excellent value for money and we would happily stay again.

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026Wunderschönes und sehr großes modernes Zimmer! Vor allem das Bad war toll und die Betten sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstück war schon sehr vielfältig, wobei es vor allem viele asiatische Optionen gab. Da hätten wir uns ein paar mehr internationale Speisen gewünscht. Der Fitnessraum und Poolbereich sind außerdem sehr schön.
Es gab hier und da Probleme mit dem WLAN, was bei solch einem großen und modernen Hotel nicht vorkommen sollte. Auch fanden wir es unpassend, dass wir unser Gepäck am Abreisetag nur bis 17 Uhr lagern konnten, obwohl es augenscheinlich genügend Platz gab und die Rezeption eh die ganze Zeit besetzt war.

We wanted to change the days a few day prior to arrival since our daughter got sick and we could fly as initially planned. That was not possible, which is unfortunate considering the circumstances.

Reviewed Mar 25, 2026Der Restaurant gehörte nicht zum Hotel. Teils längere Wartezeiten bis man Einlass bekam. Sehr viel Trubel. Das Personal kam nicht hinterher. Es fehlten häufiger Teller und Essen.
Essen musste direkt bezahlt werden, Frühstück nachbuchen ging nicht über das Hotel. Wäscherei hatten sie nicht, man bekam einen Flyer eines externen Geschäftes, mussten uns dann selber darum kümmern. im Badezimmer fremde Haare, teils Schimmel in den Dichtungen. Mehrere Anfragen über die booking.com-App gestellt, Antworten brauchten mehrere Tage. Durch Flugverschiebungen mussten wir 2 weitere Nächte buchen, haben eine Woche vorher dazu angefragt. Keine Antwort erhalten, dann war es trotz der selben Zimmerkategorie nicht möglich im selben Zimmer zu bleiben.

Reviewed Mar 11, 2026L'emplacement à proximité de l'aéroport (15min avec Grab) et des centres commerciaux. Chambre propre et confortable. Nombreux accessoires fournis. Petit dej copieux (plutôt salé).
Aucune vue : fenêtre "obstruée" par des persiennes fixes fermées et donnant directement sur la ligne de train donc assez bruyant. Salle du petit dej ferme tôt (10h) et checkout max 11h. Personnel à l'accueil peu agréable et peu communiquant. Pour la bagagerie, ils ont insisté pour qu'on revienne chercher nos valises dans les 3 heures suivantes.

My booking states 1 double bed yet 1 was given a room with 2 beds. I told them I booked for 1 double bed not for 2 beds. I was told at the desk it was subject to availability. My booking clearly stated for one bed and no where did I read or was informed that it was “subject to availability “. I didn’t mind in the end though I was made to feel it was my fault. Our booking was to check in from 2pm and we were made to wait for a few minutes considering we arrived around 7pm.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026La limpieza muy bien el desayuno rico pero hay cosas que no entran como los dulces y para las tortillas o huevos hay que esperar bastante.
Las camas no son dobles son de 105cm para subir a cada planta es con tu tarjeta por lo cual para visitar la planta de nuestros amigos tenían que venir al ascensor a recogernos. La tarjeta se desactivó aún habiendo pagado late check out y tuvimos que perder tiempo en volver a recepción y activarla.

Before his arrival, I attempted to pay online, including the fee for a late check‑out, since my father needed extra time to process his arrival documents. However, the response I received was delayed and only said “maybe,” suggesting he could settle it upon arrival. When my father checked in, the front office informed him they would “check availability” and could not confirm the late check‑out at all. Because of this uncertainty and the unprofessional handling of the situation, he decided to leave one day earlier.

В окнах есть форточки, но они закрыты наглухо и персонал наотрез отказывается открыть их даже по просьбе гостя. Из-за вентиляции только с помощью системы кондиционирования, воздух в номерах спертый и несвежий, нам пришлось устроить целый квест и затратить огромное количество времени и нервов, чтобы персонал наконец появился и открыл нам одну из форточек. Это сильно испортило впечатление об отеле. Правила безопасности могут быть донесены клиенту и окна можно открывать под ответственность посетителя. Иначе это душная комната с очень нездоровым воздухом. Персонал за завтраком совершенно не справляется с количеством гостей.

Reviewed Jan 10, 2026Staffs are very accommodating and kind. They have been treating every guests with a smile and are very helpful to all of our needs/wants. I once have had an emergency during our stay where I need to come to my husband quickly because he is having some health issues outside the hotel and they really helped me quickly to book a cab. That moment cannot be taken for granted as they made our stay at peace. Also, breakfast buffet is brilliant. Foods were amazing esp the butchi. Please do not remove it in the menu.
