Sana Mar Hostel & Eco-Café

Hostel bien situé à proximité des restaurants, gare de bus et supermarché. Les chambres sont lumineuses, bien équipée et confortables. Nous avons dormir dans une chambre double supérieure avec climatisation. Les espaces communs sont propres et la cuisine accessible pour se faire à manger si on le souhaite. Enfin le personnel est très serviable, à l’écoute et de bons conseils. On recommande fortement pour un séjour à Santa Marta et aux alentours !

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Una experiencia hermosa Quiero darle la máxima calificación a Sana Mar Hostel Eco & Café. Desde el primer momento me sentí súper cómoda, muy bien recibida y, sobre todo, como en casa. Lo que comenzó siendo simplemente un lugar temporal donde alojarme terminó convirtiéndose en un pequeño hogar durante mi estadía en Santa Marta. Mención especial para la chica que prepara los desayunos: la luz, la alegría y la energía tan linda que transmite cada mañana hacen que uno comience el día feliz. Y ni hablar de los desayunos, ¡son riquísimos! Recomiendo 100% desayunar en el hostel: comida muy rica, de calidad y a un precio súper súper accesible. Pero, por sobre todas las cosas, me quedo con la calidez de las personas y con lo bien que me hicieron sentir durante toda mi estadía. Hasta me atrevo a confesar que me despedí llorando porque no me quería ir. 🥹❤️ Eso creo que dice todo sobre lo hermoso que fue mi paso por este lugar. Gracias por hacer que mi estadía en Santa Marta fuera tan linda, cálida y especial. Sin dudas, volvería y lo recomiendo al 100%. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

No A/C. It was a very hot day, we got two fans, which were ok, but not ideal.

La ubicación es cercana al centro, pero en una zona tranquila. El aire acondicionado de la habitación. La atención del personal y propietario del alojamiento.

La limpieza de la nevera y cocina de las zonas comunes. El cuarto de baño es una sauna de la calor que hace y el lavabo está en mal estado. La falta de espacio para colocar maletas y mochilas.

El personal es muy amable y la cama es cómoda

Se fue dos veces la luz, no fue culpa del lugar porque fue un corte en santa Marta pero el calor en la habitación era el insoportable

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The two fans in the room were a needed nice touch.

We had to pay to refill our water and the room was really really hot. Maybe not much can be done in Santa Marta in July but the room was roasting. Again those fans really helped.

El desayuno es bueno, un rico café. La ubicación es cómoda y operativa para trasladarse a distintos lugares. Isabel muy amable y nos orientó mucho; compartimos un cine debate con personas de la comunidad muy interesante y amigable.

En lugares de calor como Santa Marta es necesario contar con agua fresca a disposición.

Very nice personel - we're late in the night, because of the bus got stuck in a different city, and they stayed for us without any problem. What is more, comfortable beds in a room, with ventilator, and nice common shared space.

El lugar es muy agradable, el personal super amable y siempre dispuestos ayudar en lo que necesitas.

Estas cerca al centro, cuando llegamos en la noche la calle estaba llena de basuras pero luego cuando salimos a comer ya habían limpiado. No tiene nada que ver con el lugar pero si pueden tener en cuenta este punto.

Habitación bonita y cómoda, personal súper amable (nos recomendaron un par de sitios locales para comer top), desayuno bueno y atentos (mi pareja estuvo mal con la tripa y se adaptaron a lo que necesitábamos). Muy cerquita hay un super grande y barato.

En el baño hacía bastante calor pero como la habitación tenía aire acondicionado así que no había ningún problema.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir genossen eine Nacht in dem Hostel. Liegt am Rand der Altstadt. Das Frühstück wurde frisch zubereitet und ist sehr lecker 😊

Super freundliches Personal, beim Frühstück gibt es drei verschiedene Optionen (sogar vegan), das Zimmer ist sehr komfortabel und gut ausgestattet, die Küche ist auch gut ausgestattet und wir konnten sogar eine Nacht unseren Rucksack für den Tayrona kostenfrei verstauen. Kommen gerne wieder!

J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’amabilité du personnel qui était chaleureux, et qui m’a partagé de belles informations sur les peuples indigènes.

Bardzo klimatyczne i czyste miejsce, pokój niewielki ale w zupełności wystarczający, dobra lokalizacja - wszędzie blisko a jednak nie głośno. Świetna obsługa bardzo pozytywna, mówiąca po angielsku.

La posizione della struttura è veramente strategica, perché in pochi minuti si arriva al Parque de Los Novios e aree limitrofe, dove sono ubicati numerosi bar e ristoranti, praticamente il centro della vita notturna del centro storio. Nella stessa area si trova anche una casa di cambio dove è possibile pure prelevare pesos con la carta di credito/debito. Inoltre a pochi passi vi è la zona commerciale con moltissimi negozi e un supermercato della catena Exito e le fermate dei bus per raggiungere tutte le destinazioni di interesse. Pure il museo, la cattedrale e il lungomare si raggiungono in pochi minuti a piedi. Il personale è estremamente cordiale e amichevole e prodigo di informazioni. La struttura è graziosa e accogliente. Ci sono due giardinetti con numerose piante, sedute ed amache. il wi fi funzionava perfettamente anche nella mia abitazione. La colazione è servita, con 3 opzioni , yogurt, uova , o avena, tutte accompagnate da una tazzina di frutta. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Anche sicura perchè di notte il cancello è chiuso e con personale notturno.

We hadden een "superior" kamer geboekt en hebben vier nachten kunnen nadenken wat superior was, maar niets was superior. Hooguit de hogere prijs voor een superior kamer ten opzichte van een gewone kamer. De kamer was super eenvoudig, met een naar urine ruikende badkamer met alleen koud water in de douche. Wastafel die niet vast zat aan de muur en waskraan die niet vast zat op de wastafel. Het bed was ook niet superior, maar standaard en niet al te stevig (wankel, dus). Vlekken van suikerhoudende drank op de grond bij aankomst. Geen uitzicht, behalve op een kleine patio. Eenvoudig ontbijt en dat is ook niet veel. Tweede kopje koffie moet je al betalen. Erg veel bordjes met "je mag niet dit en je mag niet dat" aan de muur. Misschien dat het hostal daarom wel te koop staat

For 4 nights we enjoyed our stay. Luisa and Justin were always so friendly and helpful, as we we the other staff. Tasty breakfasts with a choice of eggs, porridge, or yogurt & granola, all with fruit salad , coffee, & fresh arepa or bread. Location is very convenient. And we liked the decor & atmosphere.

Mattress is firmer than we like. And cold water shower , which is common.

El personal y la ubicació

El Hostel està en venta y es nota en el manteniment. Se està degradant molt. Es una llàstima perquè com a hostel podria esta molt b.

Vriendelijk personeel. Airco en een ventilator welke allebei goed werkte.

De badkamer stonk verschrikkelijk. Later las ik dat dan kwam omdat er een duivennest zat boven de badkamer - dit zorgde voor een zeeer onprettige geur. Dus de badkamerdeur moest dichtblijven. Ze wisten ervan las ik in andere beoordelingen. Wij vonden het maar erg onhygiënisch.

A equipe do hostel foi super prestativa, nos ajudando em tudo o que precisamos!! O quarto conjunto estava limpo, assim como os banheiros e a ducha. O café da manhã incluso era ótimo! A localização boa: dá chegar a pé para a orla e para o mercado -- de onde saem os ônibus para as praias próximas.

Apesar de a localização ser boa, as ruas do centro de Santa Marta -- com exceção à orla -- são vazias, especialmente à noite. Ainda assim, não me senti exatamente inseguro, mas algumas pessoas podem se sentir. Não é nada específico da rua do hostel até onde percebi, mas sim algo geral da região.

Son muy amables y atentos. La ubicación es ideal cerca del centro, pero lejos del ruido. Fue una estancia muy buena tanto que hemos repetido.

Wirklich sehr nettes Personal, sehr hilfsbereit. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Gute Lage, man war schnell am Strand aber es war trotzdem sehr ruhig was in einem lauten Ort wie Santa Marta nicht selbstverständlich ist.

Facilities we're clean and well maintained. Location is good, just a few blocks from the historical center and Parque de los Novios. What I loved the most is how welcoming and kind the staff was. They make you feel home right away. They have 3 options for breakfast, all yummy and nutritious.

Muy cómodo, habitaciones amplias , con aire acondicionado y camas cómodas. Hartos implementos, baño completo. Tal cual como se ve en las fotos. Los desayunos buenos y hay cafe a todas horas. Los empleados muy amables y la ubicación muy cerca del centro y de la playa

Staff gentile e sempre disponibile, camera e bagno puliti, posizione ottima vicina al centro. Finalmente un posto dove la colazione ha un po’ più di scelta. Ci siamo trovate benissimo

A very good location, super friendly staff, it was so nice to see cleaning ladies smiling everytime they see you, clean rooms and bathroom. Location is really nice, you have fans everywhere in the room so it was not warm at all but obviously could be a bit noisy if everyone turns them on. They let me store my backack for 5 days so big + for it!

Las habitaciones tienen todo lo necesario, son comodas y se duerme bien. El personal es super super amable, nos guardaron las maletas dos dias y a la vuelta nos dejaron ducharnos aun sin estar hospedados. Y el desayuno muy muy bien. Muchas gracias por todo! Lo recomendaremos a todo el mundo.
