Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Me encantó la ubicación de este lugar, la comidad del alojamiento y tranquiladad que se sentía. Muy recomendado para grupos de familias y amigos. El lugar cuenta con piscina en excelente condiciones. Me gustó mucho la seguridad del lugar y la comidad de los parqueos.
Nuestro único incoveniente fue con algunas hornillas de la cocina. Asimismo, de algunas reglas que no teniamos claras, como es tender toallas en el balcon, lo cual no esta permitido, aún así el personal nos informó amablemente de que no se podía. Respeto a esto sugiero que se agregue esta regla más clara.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Lo amplio del complejo y las instalaciones. Muy cómodos los departamentos y bien equipados. Además, el entorno vegetal le da un aspecto maravilloso. La cercanía del lugar al mar y la vida Nocturna. Ana, una genia, nos ayudó en todo. Volvería y recomendaría sin pensarlo.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026We love the place in general. The location is great: a walk away from the beach. The pool is beautiful and the lounge chairs around it are comfortable and inviting. The surrounding is amazing and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The entrance door to the penthouse had problem to open and close. Some in the group felt that the bedding were a little dusty, possibly due to allergies.

Consignes pas claires pour arriver, aucune info données avant, on ne connaissait pas l'appartement er sans Wi-Fi ca n'a pas ete simple heureusement le personnel sur place etait tres sympathique et a pu appeler l'agence pour nous. Poser les questions avant votte arrivee L'eau chaude pas présente le 1er jour, un plombier est passé le lendemain tout est rentré dans l'ordre. Nous avons du faire notre séjour avec 1 télécommande pour 3 clim.

I would like to provide you with a recommendation: I suggest that you verify that all the air conditioners are working at their maximum capacity, particularly those located in the rooms. Unfortunately, the air in the room we occupied did not cool as expected. However, rest assured that the staff will take care of fixing it promptly.

1. El agua caliente no funciona. La explicación dada: que toca esperar a que llegue. El agua baja caliente, pero se enfría en 3 minutos. Es decir, toca bañarse en 3 minutos. 2. La estufa no tenía encendedor, ni siquiera nos mandaron uno. Nosotros tuvimos que comprar. Hay una hornilla que se apaga. 3. Hay un desorden terrible en el closet de ropa de cama. La empleada podría pasarse junto con sus supervisores - para que le exijan cuidar más las sábanas y toallas. No es posible que nadie revise. 4. Les falta un sartén más pequeño para huevos o algo pequeño. Todos son enormes y si uno cocina varias cosas pues no caben, porque la estufa solo tiene una medida y no es extendible. 5. En general a la casa le hace falta más cariño y cuidado. Con eso queda 100 de 100

We didn't have hot water until the next morning. Somebody forgot to turn on the heater. Cold showers the first night sucked

We stayed in I4 and the kitchen was infested with little cockroaches. I requested to be changed hotel rooms and nothing was done. Also, the front door did not lock whatsoever and our belongings were left unsecured when we were out in town. I brought to the attention of management but was barely offered solutions. They sent a lady to “clean” the bug problem but the kitchen was infested that night and also in the living room. And the door was never addressed! If you stay at this location, DO NOT STAY AT I4.

Unfortunately, we weren't able to use the jacuzzi because it was dirty and the water didn't look clean. The cloro tab canister was empty. In matter of fact, the top terrace was not that clean and cozy like the first level of the apartment that was in excellent condition.

Appartment has a picuzzi and NOT a jacuzzi which means no hot water. We rented this appartment specially because of this and we were very disappointed, specially because nights are not so warm at this time of the year and we wanted to use it. Price was ok it there was a jacuzzi but that was not the case.
