We booked this unit at the very last minute and were lucky to get it at a very affordable price. I would definitely give this property a 10+++! The apartment is located in a beautifully maintained residential complex directly in front of Punta Popy, one of the best beaches in the Las Terrenas area. It is also close to several excellent restaurants and within easy reach of town. The complex has lovely facilities, perfectly cared-for gardens, two very large swimming pools, a huge parking area, and 24/7 security. There is also a small kiosk at the entrance selling snacks and breakfast items. You truly get everything you need from a resort-style stay without being in a huge or overcrowded complex. The unit itself is exactly as shown in the photos and comfortably accommodates four people. It has one double bed and one double sofa bed. It is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a large refrigerator, a washing machine, and all the necessary kitchen equipment. Most importantly, the apartment was extremely clean, which made our stay very pleasant. The check-in and check-out service was excellent. The person taking care of the unit was incredibly attentive and always available to help with any questions or issues. The owner was equally kind, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure his guests were happy. He truly does a great job of keeping his guests satisfied. The only point worth mentioning concerns how Booking.com displays additional charges. When I searched for and booked the unit, the price shown was approximately US$340. However, the final confirmation displayed only US$300, without clearly showing the additional US$40 cleaning fee. The separate electricity charge was not shown at all. The unit must also be paid for in cash or through PayPal. Electricity costs approximately US$3 per day, depending on consumption. As a Booking.

Nothing to complain about this rental. But Booking.com as a platform for renting can sometimes create confusions for hosts and guests.

We absolutely loved the apartment, the Las Terrenas area, and the La Fenice complex itself. The beach is beautiful, and the best part is that you can just walk out of the apartment in your swimsuit—the ocean is only 100 meters away. There are plenty of lovely restaurants along the road. The only downside is that grocery stores are a bit far, but if you have a car, it’s not an issue at all. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable. The AC works great. There is a large water dispenser with cold water, which lasted us all 4 days. They also provided some coffee, sugar, and cooking oil, which was very useful and enough for our entire stay. Soap, shower gel, and shampoo were also provided. The complex features a beautiful pool, though we didn't use it since the gorgeous beach is just as close. The hosts and the staff were always in touch and helpful; they even shared a contact for a reasonably priced taxi that took us to both Sánchez and the airport. We were extremely satisfied with everything!

L'appartement est parfaite f1 propriétaire igor super gentil. Manque rien pour cuisiner et l'emplacement super. Belle plage playa popy manque seulement un beach club mais si vous avez un cooler et des chaises c'est parfait. Nous sommes allé au eden beach club a playa las ballenas c'était super bonne bouffe et belle plage. Le condo endroit tranquille belle piscine et le resto bar a côté ferme a minuit.

Todo el complejo , bien cuidado con unos jardines y piscina maravilloso , la ubicación genial y el parqueo lo mejor , en un lugar que es difícil aparcar ! La playa justo delante del complejo genial .

The location was absolutely perfect - across the street from a beautiful, swimmable beach and an easy walk to town. The grounds and pools were beautiful and peaceful. The property felt safe and peaceful.

I cannot say there was anything we did not like.

Have a kitchen never cook the stove needs gas and i did not used it. But it was ok

The shower was bad but I spoke with the person in charge and the going to replace it and make it new. But everything else work find, and what I like from the place is that the beach is cross the street, we are beach lovers and Playa Poppy is a beautiful beach and the sunset is Expectacular.

Everything was great. The host Jason that waited for us late hours to come and check in. Good location, near the beach, great Italian restaurant, cleanliness of the apartment, wifi, pool, 24h security.

Some maintenance work would be needed on windows, doors and kitchen stove. Maybe extra AC in main room would be nice. Shame also on the ants that we had.
