Cute 23 sqm condo for the cuties near AYALA CEBU

I like it near at ayala mall and especially going to the famous carcar letchon " house of letchon, which i tried it first 😅. And there are lots of food crawl to discover around the area.

The room isn't soundproof, so I can hear all the busy traffic outside all day. It's pretty annoying when you're trying to sleep. And whish i could get a thicker blanket 😔

Noisy not as clean as I like

The tiny apartment is comfy and cosy, Best part is the very fast Wifi and the location, nice TV and building staff are nice and attentive.,

As much as i liked the unit itself and the communication between me and the owner, i have to be compleetly honest and tell you that it is very NOISY inside from the traffic below and the worst isolation on windows and balcony door i have ever experienced, during my whole stay there was a vendor down the street who played the very loud annoying song every day midnight to 6am wich was unbearable to sleep to. Cleaning assistant did acuse me of ´´bloodstains everywhere`` on checkout day, wich was not true in any way. Behind fridge it was so dusty as if not been cleaned for years.

The property was a short walk to Ayala Cebu and is along the highway which we like since we could hail a taxi easily. The room was clean. No hidden charges and the host was very accommodating.

Location is great for access to the mall. A/C is excellent. Good lighting. It was clean. The bed was comfortable.

VERY noisy apartment due to traffic noise and poor insulation. The curtains do not block the bright sunlight, or fully close, and that is unacceptable for international travelers managing time zones.

Super cozy condo near everything, I really enjoyed to stay there! The communication was on point and always fast, would recommend defenetly and gonna come back for sure one day 💚

Great place and location. Fully equipped. Excellent communication with the host and very clear check-in instructions. A small downside is the weak soundproofing - street noise from outside can be heard quite clearly inside the apartment during the night.

Close to ayala mall and Philippines retirement authority, Netflix was a nice to have.

Zimmer ist etwas klein . Leider kann man den Raum nicht richtig Abdunkeln, es wird also bei Sonnenaufgang sehr hell in dem Schlafraum. Bedingt durch die Lage an der Hauptstraße sehr laut, sowohl Abend als auch in der früh ( ab 6 Uhr)

La struttura affaccia su una strada trafficata e rumorosa giorno e notte. Impossibile dormire senza tappi. Non ha infissi che isolano ed è un peccato.

The location is good, in a somewhat developed area of ​​the city, close to shops and restaurants. The Clairea itself is ok, with permanent security and a cafe on the ground floor. The owner, although in a different time zone (different country) was very responsive and understood the seriousness of the situation.

I use Booking a lot, especially for ratings to avoid unpleasant surprises, but once every 1-2 years I come across a property that I simply cannot stay in, even though the ratings do not reflect this. Without going into detail about the situation, which is very long and I do not want to negatively affect the image of the host, who was receptive and understanding, the location needs to find a solution for the sewage smell. A technical solution that solves the problem, not a toxic one that just covers it up. I do not know if the problem appeared after the visit of the other guests who left good ratings, but from my point of view, in that situation, the apartment is not habitable

I really enjoyed my stay here! The property was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The location was very convenient, and the atmosphere made me feel right at home. The host was also very responsive and accommodating, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Just a small note—there were no hangers, basin, or pail/dipper provided, which might be useful for future guests. Aside from that, everything was excellent and I would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

It’s very near downtown, everything is accessible supermarket and ayala center cebu mall is a walking distance. Also has a lot of 711 nearby.

We booked this for our last two nights on the Philippines and it was entirely appropriate. The condo is small but fully furnished and clean, the beds were very comfy, there's a little balcony where I could smoke and which even has a nice little view (you're not staring into a wall), and everything you need is in walking distance.

The apartment is on the 6th floor and the road in front of it was still surprisingly loud, although I am unusually sensitive, so I guess for most people this should be okay. Also it's right in the city center, so apart of roads and skyscrapers there's not much to explore in walking distance, although I admit we were quite lazy :)

Good location, responsive host

Stinky kitchen & bathroom, ants on the walls, very noisy from the street & from construction work inside the building, the key broke in the door at first use. Therefore, we paid for the key and left the apartment a few hours after checking in.

We love everything about the place and its location, it feels safe, its accessible to the mall, the Condo was clean, the comfort room was clean. It was a very comfortable stay. Its like home away from home and will definitely book it again.

Top location, easy, quick walk to Ayala, east to get taxis, lots of services very close. Very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Internet extremely good, as was Netflix, Youtube etc on the smart TV, awesome for kicking back at night. Price is great, very easy checking in, and top communication from owner.

It’s cozy, organized, neat and the necessary kitchen equipments/utensils are available which will make you feel like you are just at your own home. Very accommodating and helpful caretaker and amazing unit owner. Had a great time staying there for 2 nights.

Street sounds but we can manage

Everything is exactly as advertised. Clean and well - equipped . Its location is good , close to ayala mall . Bed is comfortable . Kitchen is good for preparing small meals.

Building is on the main street and the flat is on sixth floor. The street noise is very loud and it makes impossible to sleep. Traffic never stops , even at night, till to morning😱. I think it is because the windows are not double- glazed . They have no insulation . Only single pane. How can it be that this kind of skyscraper has no double-glazed windows ?

The owner is a very nice guy. All was clean. And the apartment was very adorable.

Overall we had a great stay at the condo very near to Ayala. It is a one bedroom condo unit with a balcony where you can chill at night. I like that we were able to cook light meals. Would love to book this condo again soon.

The building is still under construction and I think the hassle part is contacting the elevator guy to take us up and down the building. And upon checkout we were not able to use the elevator because there is an ongoing maintenance so we had to use the stairs.

The property is close to Ayala mall and the owner was super kind and accommodating.

I really like the place. It's clean and it's very homey. I really did get the value of what I paid for. I like the details in place, like the plants in the comfort room, the scented oil in the room...I just like all of it..will be renting again in the future.

My whole stay was amazing. The place is very neat and clean. And i never worry to bring soaps and shampoo for there is liguid bath soap and shampoo available. And were able to use the kitchen for free :)
