A lovely garden unit. It was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was very convenient, just a short drive from the motorway and nearby shopping centres, making it easy to get around. The host was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The only downside was experiencing the main building access security system. Although I was provided with the correct entry code, I initially had difficulty gaining access, but the host assisted and was able to resolve the issue promptly. The following day, I encountered a food delivery driver wandering the hallway after being given an access code for a different building. This suggests the access system could be clearer and more reliable. It did make me question the effectiveness of the building's security if access codes can be used for the wrong building.

My stay had a major issue with communication, which unfortunately caused a lot of unnecessary stress. When I arrived at the apartment, the door was unlocked and there was no one there to orientate me. I could not find the key anywhere obvious and checked multiple drawers and the kitchen area without success. I tried contacting the landlady more than 10 times via both WhatsApp and phone calls, but there was no response. I also attempted to get assistance through Booking.com, but there was no alternative contact number available. This was particularly stressful as I had an important event to attend and did not feel comfortable leaving the apartment unlocked. The orientation message and email I received did not mention anything about where to find the key or whether I would be meeting someone in person. Eventually, I found the key placed in the balcony door. The landlady did return my call later and explained she had been in an area with poor signal, which is understandable. However, situations like this highlight the importance of providing backup contact options and clearly communicating key collection instructions in advance. With better communication and clearer instructions, this experience could have been much smoother.

One of the most beautiful accommodations I've ever seen if not the best. It smells very nice, beautiful outdoor sitting as well in a nice garden, I have nothing but love for this place and they are always there to respond to your every request.

Nothing I didn't like, I didn't give 10/10 only because I believe everything in life can always be improved...otherwise no complaints whatsoever.

It was really safe I could sleep knowing I was safe and sound. Elizabeth's communication and guidance on how to enter and park was excellent! She really went above and beyond. There were a number of utensils at my disposal and ample of bedding for when I felt cold have multiple streaming options also made my stay extremely comfortable!

Access can be a little tricky with the access codes but excellent security and peace of mind.

I enjoyed my stay there, I just however feel that the bed was a little bit unstable especially when both me and my partner were together on it. But everything else was very nice, no noise, just comfortable and all kinds of entertainment on the TV

The host, Elizabeth goes an extra mile to make sure that her guests are comfortable. She communicates effectively and is willing to assist whenever you have questions. I loved the welcome snacks and chocolates.

No A/C and it was too hot. Plus, I could not leave patio door open and sleep as anyone could walk into the room.

A very nice & cosy apartment. I literally fell in love at first glance. The unit was very clean, the interior details are stunning and the bed was also nicely cushioned & comfortable. Everything was in its place.
