Reviewed Mar 13, 2026Nothing special about this place. Comfortable bed. Provided housekeeping.
The room wasn’t in the best form. Broken doors and electrical outlets. The bathroom sink took a long time to clear cause it was clogged. And there’s barely any furniture. The location of the hotel is also very dead. And RM10 parking that resets the count at midnight - so if you park your car overnight, you pay RM20 for “two days”. I understand that Salaam Suites doesn’t manage the carpark, but it is still a hefty price for parking. Salaam Suites should consider making a deal with the Nexus building for cheaper rates for their guests.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2025I like how the room is spacious and everything looks clean (only looks)
The host said the TV can be used to watch neftlix but there js no Netflix (although i have connected the hdmi) as instructed. Also, i think the host didn’t wash the bedsheets and the pillowcase. There’s the smell of sweat, like someone else’s body odor attached on the pillowcase and the bedsheet and it was strong smell. I need to spray my perfumes all over the bedsheets, pillowcase and also the comforter bcs the body odor’s smell was killing me. Although the room is spacious, but host need to take care of the hygienic issues. Not to mention the building was giving scary, eerie vibes.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2025Stayed with family for 3 days and 2 nights. Facilities were complete, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear. The location is close to amenities such as a petrol station, and although parking is paid, the rate is reasonable. The room cleanliness was excellent, exactly as shown in the photos.
