The management knew the room is placed near the aircond compressor, yet you still located me and my family. Too noisy and too hot. When i called to change the room, you send the maintenance staff. Even the staff admit the room is for anyone to stay. We pay for the room, the services, kindly do justice to your customers.

to exit the parking lot, there’s a slight issue to detect my car number plate. asides from that, everything was well (room etc.)

The hotel has potential, but the housekeeping service needs significant improvement. On the second day of my stay, my room was not properly serviced—the used towels were not replaced, and basic toiletries like shower gel and bar soap were not replenished. For the price paid, I expected better attention to basic guest needs.

Bilik luas dan besar, bilik air pun besar, air sangat laju puas mandi manda. Staffs pun bagus, senyum dan membantu. Parking banyak, lokasi bagus

Sebelum ini nginap sini masuk bilik je bau wangi tapi kali ini nginap sini masuk bilik bau kepam, tak best. Kita suka masuk bilik hotel bau wangi wangi fresh macam tu. Tuala yg disediakan pun bau tak best, mcm cuci tak letak pewangi. Chef yang masak sedap masa last sy nginap di sini cuti ke ehh sebab hari ini masakan hambar betul tak cukup rasa. nasi lemak mcm nasi biasa je, tak mcm nasi lemak pun.

The room clean, spacious and all facilities are in place. Internet network very good. The food are reasonable with the price but need more varieties.

The price for the food not updated, hence, booking.com wrongly give my meal plan during my stay.

Layanan staff sangat memuaskan serta tempat parking yang dekat dan mudah.

Aircond kurang sejuk,karpet ada kesan kotoran dan lantai bilik mandi tersumbat mohon baikpulih terima kasih.

Most facilities were updated and clean. Easy check in n check out. The rooms were roomy and basic animeties were provided. We were there to experience the iftar this year. The food spread was decent. Most local dishes were excellent. The food stalls offered quite a variety of dishes too. The venue for iftar was well managed n facilities for solat was provided n very conviniently located.

The environment were a bit noisy as it is quite close to the main road, across a lot of factories. Especially motorbike noises. We stayed in room with breakfast (sahur:3-4am), however the spread was a bit dissapointing. They gave the same food served for iftar the previous nite. Bread and cereal were provided, however it was missing the egg station. Would have appreciated at least, boiled or half boiled eggs. Fruits were also absent n salad bar.

Aircond tak sejuk langsung. Call reception panggil maintenance lambat sampai. Kali ke 3 call baru sampai. Hampir 2 jam menunggu baru tiba. Kena tunggu orang baiki aircond basuh filter & sebagainya. Cadar kotor ada kesan darah. Kapet pun kotor. Ditawarkan tukar bilik tetapi bilik berbunyi bising pulak.

Location is okey, nearby shop dan convenience store. Easy access to grab car services.

The area is in the middle of congested area during peak hours thus you need to plan yr travelling time accordingly. Probably the hotel facilities management can improve the aircond temperature as the guest room that I stay was a bit warm despite I adjust the temperature to the coolest level ie 16 degree but it is still hot/warm. Only feel cold during late evening time. The lobby area also a bit warm. The reception counter focal (ie the male guy)- probably can be more friendly or polite please! Sometime if the time of chk in for guest is not at the peak hour ie at 2pm++, probably do not keep them waiting until 3pm, as the room is ready earlier (was observed when they handed over the key, the room is ready! but still guest cannot check in earlier until 3pm!). Sometime pls use yr common sense or consideration and their best judgement also to allow guest to enter the room much earlier than 3pm esp for those having next appointment in their travelling schedule.
