La ubicación es excelente, el edificio es moderno y limpio. Además cuenta con seguridad y recepción las 24 horas. La cocina tiene vajilla para dos personas y algunos cacharros.

La cama fue bastante blanda. Agregaría una pava eléctrica para que la cocina quede completamente equipada. Supongo que la limpieza es sólo para el día de partida.

Отличное расположение, близко весь необходимый городской транспорт, безопасность - при входе охранник и далее цифровой фейс-контроль. Вокруг отеля много кафе и магазинов, рядом торговый центр. Номер уютный со всем необходимым.

Матрас на кровати для меня немного мягковат, но в целом ок. В номере не оказалось стирального порошка (платная стирка доступна на втором этаже апарт-отеля), хотя по описанию менеджера он должен был быть в тумбе под раковиной (там было много моющих средств для мытья комнаты и посуды, но не для стирки белья). Тоже не критично.

Fijne locatie en lekker bed. De kamer is ook erg stil, terwijl het op de gang en buiten soms best gehorig is, heb je daar totaal geen last van.

problemas para entrar a la habitación. el código no funcionaba. la persona contacto solo nos decía que debía funcionar. 40 minutos en espara .igual paso a nuestra salida ya que cambiaron el código antes del check out y no podíamos sacar maletas

Clean and compact room close to many shops and restaurants in a safe neighbourhood. The owner is responsive, it was easy check-in and out.

It was a bit cool during daytime in the room and noisy during nights due to the window’s bad isolation. We had to pay online in advance which was not a problem but high percentage of some “taxes” were added on top of the booking price. After rechecking, the owner gave us a better rate.

At night it was pretty hot with no fan or AC, we had to sleep with the door open.

The location is absolutely amazing. You have restaurants, bars, clubs and more just a block away. The studio is very clean and well maintained. Everything looks like the pictures

The apartment block was quite new and this was reflected in our room. It was modern, exceptionally clean and tidy. We were at the rear of the building so it was very quiet. Communication with Juan was excellent and was checking with us to make sure if everything was ok as well as giving us information of Bogota and places to visit. The location was perfect in a safe zone. We had a fantastic time and will definitely return. Highly recommend.

The location is great, the neighborhood feels very safe and there’s lots of bars and shops. It’s a great spot from which you can discover the rest of the city, as it’s just a 25 minute drive to la candelaria for example. The neighborhood is quite noisy in the evening, but the apartment is in a bit quieter spot so it didn’t bother us. The apartment is modern and well-equipped. There is 24 hour security. The host Juan is super responsive and helpful.

We had to pay 8% in taxes and fees on top of the price as we were paying with card. This is fine (as booking says additional fees can be expected) but good to be aware of. However, this is very minor compared to how nice the apartment and location was.

The apartment is located in a commercial area with quick access to restaurants, bars and shopping centers. The center of Bogota is 25 minutes by car. The apartment is new and equipped with everything needed for a short stay. Juan has been a great host, thanks again!

It's been a little noisy in the evenings because of some neighbours.

Great location in the heart of the eclectic neighborhood Chapinero with nice cafes, bars, restaurants. Close to the shopping malls. Very safe district. Comfy bed and really cool design touches of the small studio (books about Colombia, small Botero replicas etc.) Great communication with the host - very responsive and always there to help. Very smooth check-in/check-out experience. Felt very welcome. Thank you!

The bed is a little small for two people.

No luggage storage, a bit too loud at night

I liked everything about this apartment! It was spotless clean. Comfortable. It has everything you need. Location is perfect. Safe. Great restaurants around and easy to get to key locations. The host was great. Answered questions immediately and went above and beyond with my requests. Great value. I will be back soon to Bogota and I am renting this apartment again!

It was very clean and safe

The hairdryer suddenly turns off while in use and only works again a few hours later. The shower door isn't closing properly, so the water leaks out. The floor is getting wet. Most of all, I couldn't use the washing machine at all for some reason while I was there, but when I asked the staff, they said it cannot be used for the whole week. The host didn't even know about this fact and I had to wait for their reply for two days and finally got answer from the staff of the apartment. The soundproofing is not good. You can hear all the sounds of rooms and outside as well One of their friend came and said she could do the laundry. So I asked them to leave my laundry to her, he asked me to pay 20 dollars more for the service. Even though I paid the price including laundry in the first place
