Достаточно старые номера, телевизор в номере только для галочки, кондиционер не работал

Отель 1км от моря. Идти по шумной дороге. Но внутри - райский сад с попугаями,садом, 3 бассейнами. Очень много внимания уделилилос озеленению. Нет вопросов по чистоте и вниманию.

если б ближе к морю - не былоб такого шикарного сада.Немного скудноват и однообразен завтрак - но наверное уже везде так - обилия алл инклюзив 2007 года уже не встречаю...

Die Begrüßung, die Sauberkeit,die Auskunft man darf nicht mal für ein 2 jöhrigen Enkelkind was in die Hotel was mit reinnehmen, muss man alles im Hotel kaufen, und so etwas gab im Hotel nicht. Und check in Stand bei meinem unterlagen 14:00 und wir müssten bis 15:00 warten , und check out stand bei mir 12:30. und wir müssten bis 12:00 raus

A very beautiful hotel! It's not big, but that's what's good about it. The staff is friendly. But keep in mind that the pool, the one with the figurine of a girl reading, is only for villas. But you can go in and take photos. The parrots are mostly locked away.

Красивая территория, очень много зелени. Попугаи и кошки, много живности, детям было чем заняться.

Видно, что сильно экономят на сервисе. На всем. Нет полотенец для бассейна, нет ОДЕЯЛ в номерах, да и покрывала нужно было выбить на ресепшен. После уборки оставались вопросы, нас было 4ро, оставляли 1 полотенце для тела и 6 полотенец для рук. По звонку конечно все исправляли. Бассейн на 2м этаже был зеленоватый, на поверхности жирная пленка. Вай фай почти не работал, в дальних номерах вообще нет, у бара иногда. Удаленно работать было невозможно. Завтрак на натянутую троечку… выбора нет.

Das Zimmer war eine absolute Katastrophe – heruntergekommen und extrem dreckig. Bei der Ankunft waren wir schockiert über den Zustand, insbesondere über das Badezimmer. Überall waren Kalk- und Schmutzablagerungen, die Armaturen und das Waschbecken waren sichtbar verschmutzt und die Toilettensitzfläche war stark vergilbt. Die Dusche war zudem sehr eng und für kräftigere Personen kaum geeignet. Die Duschbrause war stark verkalkt und teilweise schwarz, an den Rändern befand sich Schimmel. Auch nach der angeblichen Reinigung war das Zimmer keineswegs sauber: Im Waschbecken waren weiterhin deutliche Zahnpastarückstände und die Dusche wurde offensichtlich überhaupt nicht gereinigt. Lediglich die Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Insgesamt war dies mit Abstand eines der dreckigsten und ungepflegtesten Zimmer, die wir jemals erlebt haben. Selbst die kleinsten und offensichtlichsten Dinge wurden nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Für den Preis und den Anspruch des Hotels ist dieser Zustand absolut enttäuschend und nicht akzeptabel.

Overall, our stay was very disappointing. We booked a Deluxe Room for 3 people, but the room was small and did not feel properly clean even on the first day with dust all around. We also didn’t realise beforehand that there was no lift. Our room was on the third floor, but because the hotel is built on a hill, it was 4 floors from reception. Carrying our luggage up and down and daily use was exhausting. The air conditioning was not working properly, and there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms. When we asked about it, we were simply told that Wi-Fi was only available in the breakfast area, not even at reception. The response from staff was quite rude and lacked any empathy or apology. Unfortunately, the attitude of many of the staff was another major disappointment. We are not particularly fussy guests, but we found the staff generally unfriendly and unhappy. Even at breakfast, simple things like a good morning or a smile were missing. Requests such as asking for an extra key card were also handled very poorly. The hotel was extremely crowded, with lots of children, loud noise and music continuing late into the night. We only used the pool once because it was so crowded and noisy. We knew the hotel was pet-friendly and completely support that, but there were more than 30 cats around the garden and breakfast area. Many of them would climb onto the tables when were eating, which unfortunately did not feel hygienic or comfortable. There was also no proper room service during our stay, apart from towel changes. The location itself was extremely busy, with heavy traffic and large numbers of tourists. For us, Ölüdeniz is somewhere we would rather visit for a day or perhaps one night, rather than stay for several days. The only real highlights for us were the cable cars and the hike we did towards Babadağ.

Ужасные завтраки, которые вообще не соответствуют стоимости проживания. Человека, который работает на яичной станции, надо отправить домой. Вся программа питания требует полной смены управления. Люди работающие на баре, не умеют делать ни один классический коктейль. Далее, делюкс номера ничего супер особенного из себя не представляют, скорее это стандарт или улучшенный номер. Душевая лейка была неисправна и била сильным режущим напором по коже. Из канализации тянет неприятным запахом. Дверь в туалет сильно скрипела. Сушить одежду на деревянных стульях или перекладине нельзя, остаются следы. Пляжные полотенца не выдают. В общих туалетах рядом с бассейнами и кафе живут огромные тараканы! Нет вообще никакого спортзала. Сотрудники стараются, но общий уровень качества обслуживания неудовлетворительный за такую стоимость проживания. Рекомендую путешественникам подумать над расходами перед поездкой, потому что если доплатить некоторую сумму, то можно взять отель другого уровня с программой ультра включено.

Замечательная территория. Очень красиво, не хочется уезжать. Попугаи на территории, пальмы все супер. Отдельно понравилось мячи и надувашки для общего пользования у бассейна. Завтрак хороший.

Не работал джакузи. Очень дорогой ужин. Не разрешили поздний чек ап даже на час.Не очень близко от моря. И главное нет своих лежаков на море, а их сдают слишком дорого.

Отель снял вместо 28 тысяч рублей за двое суток проживания, 35 тысяч рублей и отказались их возвращать, говоря о том, что я сделала перенос дат, хотя даты остались прежние с 28-30 августа. Разницу 7000 рублей мне никто не вернул, очень жаль , что отель не ориентиров по на клиентов

Flamingo Hotel Ölüdeniz’de kaldığımız deneyim maalesef beklentimizin çok altında kaldı. Öncelikle hizmet konusunda ciddi eksiklikler olduğunu düşünüyorum. Otele girişte bizimle ilgilenilmediği gibi çıkışta da konaklamamızın nasıl geçtiği, memnun kalıp kalmadığımız konusunda hiçbir geri bildirim alınmadı. Otopark konusunda da büyük sıkıntı yaşadık. Vale veya aracımızı teslim edip park edebileceğimiz bir hizmet yoktu. Valizlerimizi odaya çıkarmak için de uzun süre beklemek zorunda kaldık ve sonrasında yardımcı olacak birini güçlükle bulabildik. Otelin içerisinde çok fazla merdiven bulunuyor ve bize verilen oda da oldukça uzak ve yüksek bir konumdaydı. Valizlerle bu kadar merdiven çıkmak gerçekten yorucuydu. Odanın kendisi de beklentimizi karşılamadı. Yemekler ise çeşit olarak fazla görünmesine rağmen kalite ve özen açısından oldukça zayıftı; bazı yemekler taze hazırlanmış hissi vermiyordu. Havuz tarafında da ciddi hijyen problemleri gördük. Havuz çevresinde yosun ve kir birikintileri vardı, şezlongların bulunduğu alanların da yeterince temizlenmediği açıkça görülüyordu. Ayrıca havuz için havlu hizmeti verilmemesi de oldukça şaşırtıcıydı. Odadaki havluların havuzda kullanılmasına da izin verilmediği için ayrıca havlu almak zorunda kaldık. Kısacası; konum güzel olsa da hizmet, temizlik, yemek kalitesi ve misafir memnuniyeti açısından otelin kendisini geliştirmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Bu fiyat seviyesinde çok daha iyi bir hizmet beklerdik. Maalesef bizim için tekrar tercih edilecek bir otel olmadı.

Нет пляжных полотенец, не пускали в бассейн около ресепшен. При бронировании была одна цена на 2+2 в одном Номере deluxe и 2 стандарта После заселения сотрудники ресепшене не пошли на встречу - не стали менять на 2 номера - хотя в наличии они были Завтрак скудный Везде курят - даже при детях

I recently stayed at Flamingo, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The room was excellent, the food was really good, and I loved the overall vibe and atmosphere of the property. The facilities were also well maintained and added to the comfort of the stay. However, one aspect that could be improved is the attitude of the lady manager. Unfortunately, I found her to be a bit rude, arrogant, and impolite in her communication, which was disappointing considering how positive the rest of the experience was. Apart from this, everything else was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively, as a more welcoming and courteous approach would make the overall guest experience even better.

Preis-Leistung absolut zu bemängeln, überteuert. Schlechter Service, absolut inkompetente Mitarbeiter. Haustiere pro Nacht 30€ und niergendwo vorher transparente Gebührenangabe für Haustiere! Keine Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel. Renovierungsbedürftig- ungeschultes Personal- absolut gastunfreundlich- was nicht für die Türkei spricht… absolut schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis….

Es ist ruhig und sauber. Man fühlt sich wohl. Für Fethiye und einpaar Tage reicht es vollkommen aus. War mein zweiter Aufenthalt im Hotel.

Wäschestangen am Balkon wären sehr praktisch. Außerdem könnte der Wasserdruck in der Dusche gerne etwas stärker sein. Wenn man unter Trypophobie leidet sollte man das Hotel eher meiden. War irsinnig schwer für mich, bin aber klargekommen.

Frühstück war immer super lecker!

Hotel precioso con unas instalaciones muy bonitas. Desayuno muy bueno cerca de la piscina y ubicación buena, a 10 minutos andando de la playa pública de Oludeniz y muy cerca en coche de la entrada de la laguna azul. Animales sueltos durante el desayuno que le daban un toque éxito pero hay que estar dispuesto a que te griten las cacatúas y loros en la oreja desde primera hora de la mañana

Las habitaciones están muy viejas y anticuadas y no corresponden con las instalaciones generales del hotel. Son pequeñas, con baños muy viejos (nos tuvieron que cambiar la cisterna cuando estuvimos) y las camas son incomodisimas. El personal no fue todo lo simpático y agradable que se espera de un hotel y comparado con la amabilidad del resto del país, deberían de trabajar un poco más el trato de cara al público. Pedimos una almohada extra para nuestra hija y tuvimos que pedirla 3 veces porque se negaron a dárnosla alegando que ya había suficientes y que nos les quedaban más almohadas disponibles

Je souhaite vous faire part de ma très grande déception concernant notre séjour de [10] jours au Flamingo Hotel Ölüdeniz. Cet établissement ne correspond ni aux photos présentées sur le site, ni au prix payé, ni à l’image d’un hôtel prétendument « ami des animaux ». Dès notre arrivée, on nous a demandé un supplément de [300] euros pour notre chien. Or, aucune information claire sur le site ne mentionnait ce coût supplémentaire. Nous avons réglé cette somme pour [10] jours, alors que notre chien n’a bénéficié d’aucun service : pas même une gamelle d’eau mise à disposition. Il est regrettable qu’un hôtel qui se présente comme accueillant les animaux ne prévoie aucun minimum d’attention pour eux. La chambre attribuée était très différente des photos. Elle était très simple, vieille et mal entretenue. La fenêtre de la salle de bain était condamnée, sans aucune aération. Les toilettes présentaient d’importantes traces de calcaire, et les distributeurs de savon étaient souvent vides. Le nettoyage de la chambre était très insuffisant et réalisé rapidement. Chaque jour, nous devions réclamer quelque chose : savon, produits, serviettes ou autres éléments nécessaires. De plus, plusieurs équipements ne fonctionnaient pas : le téléphone de la chambre ainsi que la télécommande de la télévision. Nous avons dû faire intervenir un technicien, ce qui est inacceptable pour un hôtel de cette catégorie et à ce tarif. La restauration a également été très décevante. Les repas manquaient de goût, de variété et étaient souvent insuffisamment chauds. Un jour, je suis même tombée malade après avoir mangé l’un des plats proposés. Cela soulève de sérieuses inquiétudes concernant la qualité et l’hygiène alimentaire. Le fait le plus grave concerne notre chien. Lors d’une sortie avec mon mari, le chat présent à l’accueil a agressé notre chien et lui a griffé la truffe.

Завтраки очень скучные, каждый день одно и тоже, остановились в этом отеле на 10 дней, под конец отдыха уже не выходили на завтрак, так же не совсем было удобно, что завтрак был до 10:15, не было возможности выспаться. Ванная требует ремонта, меняли 2 комнаты

Wonderful location and super nice staff. We stayed at a 2 bedroom Seaview villa for one night and wanted to stay more, but there was no availability.

Everything was excellent. My only suggestion was to introduce an All Inclusive option.

The staff, the location, the hotel

Beautifully landscaped property, with gorgeous pool area and tropical trees and birds everywhere. Pool bar and restaurant also have large amounts of shade to enjoy.

It was a welcome (luxury) retreat from the business of the beach strip!

Die Hotelanlage ist wirklich sehr schön und gepflegt. Auch das Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen und die Lage ist super – vieles, einschließlich des Strandes, kann man bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Mit der Sauberkeit waren wir ebenfalls zufrieden.

Leider hat der Service unseren ansonsten positiven Eindruck deutlich getrübt. Bis auf ein oder zwei Mitarbeiter haben wir das Personal als wenig hilfsbereit und teilweise sogar recht arrogant empfunden. Bei einer konkreten Bitte um Hilfe wurde uns zwar vermittelt, dass man sich darum kümmern würde, letztendlich ist aber leider nichts passiert. Etwas irritiert hat mich außerdem, dass sich das Hotel als „pet-friendly“ präsentiert. Haustiere der Gäste scheinen durchaus willkommen zu sein und im Hotel werden unter anderem Papageien gehalten. Gleichzeitig hatte ich bei den Straßentieren, insbesondere den Katzen in der Anlage, überhaupt nicht den Eindruck, dass sich um diese gekümmert wird. Als ich in einer Situation um Hilfe für ein Tier gebeten habe, wurde mein Anliegen letztendlich ignoriert. Das passte für mich leider nicht zu dem tierfreundlichen Image, mit dem das Hotel wirbt. Insgesamt eine wirklich schöne Anlage mit guter Lage und gutem Frühstück, bei der insbesondere der Umgang mit Gästen und die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals für mich jedoch deutlich verbesserungswürdig sind.

Emplacement et l’architecte extérieur au top Belle décoration florale

Nous avons été très déçus de notre séjour. La piscine principale, mise largement en avant sur le site avec de nombreuses photos, nous a été refusée car elle était réservée à certaines catégories de chambres. Nous n’étions visiblement pas les seuls à avoir été trompés sur ce point, plusieurs commentaires faisant état du même problème. La propreté était également déplorable : la chambre sentait les toilettes, le sol était encore mouillé à notre arrivée et il y avait de la boue partout. De plus, sur Booking, l’heure d’arrivée était indiquée à 14h, mais nous n’avons pu accéder à notre chambre qu’à 15h. Lorsque nous avons signalé ce problème, on nous a simplement répondu que « Booking n’avait pas changé », alors que c’est à l’établissement de mettre à jour les informations affichées et de faire les démarches nécessaires. Lorsque nous avons demandé à annuler notre séjour et partir, puisque l’accès à la piscine était l’une des raisons principales de notre réservation, la réceptionniste nous a simplement répondu que ce n’était pas possible, sans aucune solution ni même excuse, avant de nous tourner le dos. Une expérience vraiment très décevante.

Die Außenanlage und das Essen ist schön

Die Putzfrau hat nie richtig sauber gemacht, der Boden wurde innerhalb 11 Tagen nicht einmal gereinigt. Der Spiegel, das Waschbecken etc auch nicht. Wir als Gäste mussten selber putzen. Es wurden auch oft die Handtücher und das WC Papier vergessen.

Same breakfast everyday, no diversity at all. Room is very basic, lighting was not working, no chair to sit, no hangers at walls, no toothbrush, rusted kettle.. In general, hotel needs to be updated to meet the basic requirements.

Service, Frühstück vorallem die Ei Qualität 3TR Käfighaltung ist in europa streng verboten! Zimmer keine schal Isolierung und sehr laut Hauptstraße direkt über den Zimmer die Autos rasen und man kann nicht schlafen. Toilette im Zimmer funktioniert nicht vorallem der Sifon!

Le personnel de l’accueil est antipathique. On affectait des chambres à des clients venus après nous et quand on demandait notre chambre on nous disait qu’elle est toujours pas prête, sans meme vérifier par appel. Les equipements de la chambre sont très anciens, et datent de la fin des annees 90 et début 2000. La climatisation est ancienne et peu efficace. Internet est catastrophique. La porte de la salle de bain était brisée…

C est un tres joli hotel et tellement appaisant , un hotel parfait pour etre en famille ou en entre amis , et super pour les jeunes couples service impecable , buffet tres bien servit

Die Außenanlage mit den Pools war wunderschön gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, lecker und vollkommen ausreichend. Die Lage des Hotels war ebenfalls perfekt – Strände, Restaurants und Geschäfte waren schnell erreichbar. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die freundlichen und engagierten Mitarbeiter, die jederzeit bemüht waren, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Leider war unser Zimmer bei der Ankunft nicht ganz so sauber, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten. Außerdem befanden sich während des Frühstücks Katzen und Hunde im Speisesaal, was wir als etwas störend empfunden haben. Abgesehen davon hatten wir jedoch einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

We really loved the facilities, especially the spa, which was excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and the view made it even more enjoyable. Overall, the hotel was beautiful, relaxing, and we had a wonderful time.

The walk back from the beach was quite tiring because it's uphill. . Also, one receptionist named Sultan was not very friendly, but the rest of the reception staff, especially the night shift, were polite and very helpful.

The hotel grounds are beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by lush greenery. There are several swimming pools, and the property looks very attractive from the outside, creating a relaxing atmosphere.

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet my expectations in several other areas. There was no room service or housekeeping during my stay, and there was no iron or ironing service available. Parking was not available, and communication was sometimes difficult as many of the staff did not speak English. The room cleanliness needs significant improvement. The rooms only provided toilet paper, with no facial tissues or basic bathroom amenities. The furniture appears very old and outdated, and the internet connection was extremely poor and often unusable. Regarding the food, I would not generally recommend it, although the pizza was quite good.

What I liked most about the hotel was the excellent location, the lovely bungalow room, the delicious food, and the cleanliness. The housekeeping was very good, and everything was kept clean and tidy throughout our stay. We also really appreciated that the hotel is dog-friendly and welcomes guests with dogs. This made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable as we were travelling with our dog.

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön. Auch das Früstücksangebot war zwar klein, aber mir sehr frischen Sachen gefüllt. Die Atmosphäre ist um den Pool sehr schön.

Die Zimmer, die wir im 1. und 2. Stockwerk bekommen haben, waren so veraltet gewesen, dass man sich geekelt hatte. Das Bad fast ohne Licht, Das Doppelbett nur 1,40 m, schrecklicher Vinylboden. Wir waren spät angereist und nur eine Nacht übernachtet mit 2 Kindern, deshalb die Zimmer nicht reklamiert.

The hotel was truly exceptional. You have to experience the atmosphere of this place to understand just how incredible it is. We’ve been here several times and are already planning our next trip. It really is an oasis, and we can’t wait for our next visit!

Nothing, absolutely nothing. Fake advertisement

Never come across such deceptive, lying, rude and absolutely intolerable staff members. The room was definitely not what I paid for!! They put us in the further room with no wifi, no three beds as promised, the pool shown in the photos is only for bungalow guests.

The staff was friendly, food was nice, room was cold enough during the day

The main pool shown in the pictures is open to only people staying at the bungalos. It was a dissapointment to learn that at check in. I wish I knew that before booling the room

L’hôtel est magnifique, très bien situé et pas loin de la plage

La responsable de la réception a manqué de professionnalisme en s'adressant de manière condescendante et hautaine à des clients venus de Belgique pour un séjour. Ce comportement est inacceptable et a gâché leur expérience, malgré un choix délibéré pour cet hôtel.

Amazing location and the shared spaces like reception area, pools and restaurants were gorgeous and clean! The staff was super nice and helpful!

-Our room was in the older side so it was a bit dated -Only one socket in the whole room -No blanket? But we were given one (towel like and small) once we asked -Only one key given and ac power goes out once you take the key away

What I liked * The exterior design and architecture of the hotel are genuinely beautiful. * The swimming pool was clean, pleasant, and well maintained. * Some staff members, especially several girls at the reception, were very friendly, polite, and welcoming. * The hotel looks impressive and attractive from the outside.

What I didn’t like * The rooms are very outdated and feel like they belong to another century. * The bathrooms, toilets, and plumbing are old and heavily worn. In my room, the toilet paper holder even came off the wall. * The food was disappointing. For example, the seafood pasta was very overcooked. * The staff experience was inconsistent. While some employees were very friendly, others seemed unfriendly, and a few came across as quite rude. * Considering the price, I would not recommend this hotel. After walking around the area and seeing many other attractive hotels, I felt that I should have chosen a different place to stay.

Breakfast was amazing. It is an animal friendly hotel. They took care of street cats and dogs.

Our room was in a separate building which was located on a hill. There was no elevator, the wifi connection was very poor. They don't provide additional towel for pool. The most annoying part was we were not allowed to us the fancy pool that you can see in the pictures. They said it is only for bungalow guests. They should have stated it clearly in the explanations. the descriptions and pictures are deceiving

Really nicely designed hotel

Service side and breakfast poor Hand soap, shower gel and conditioner empty on arrival. Took two days for this to be topped up. Air con didn’t work and nobody looked at this issue. We were a towel short almost every day.

SPA excellent.l´expérience VIP à tester absolument. Hasan et son équipe sont très accueillants et professionnels. L´emplacement de l´hôtel est très bien ,tout peut se faire à pied.

Pas eu la chambre réservée,il a fallut réclamer la chambre réservée et nous avons perdue une nuit .chambre pas prête à notre arrivée comme convenue. Chambre pas très propre et poubelle pas vidée.

Considering the price paid, the services were very limited. Access to the spa required an additional charge, which was disappointing. The breakfast had very limited options and did not even include desserts. Also, the room was very small.

This hotel is absolutely lovely. One of the prettiest in the area that we saw. The pools and hotel grounds were beautiful.

Loved the relaxed atmosphere and the various animals around the public gardens and areas. The staff were attentive at all times and a special mention goes to Anser who looked after us on the couple of occasions we ate late.

1. Вай фай работает очень плохо. 2. Парковки нет. 3. На бассейне полотенца для него не дают, а с номера брать нельзя, поэтому это исключительно ваши проблемы на чем вы будете лежать. 4. Что-то пить возле бассейна нельзя, только если купите именно тут. 5. В номере воняет сыростью, кондиционер не работал, внутри плесень, говорили несколько раз с 15-00, в итоге чинить пришли около 23-00, когда хотелось отдыхать. Напоминали им об этом неоднократно. 6. Одеял в номере не было, пришлось просить чтоб принесли и принесли простынь очень жесткую под которой максимально неприятно спать.

Удобное расположение, до пляжа необходимо немного прогуляться, но в этом и плюс - не совсем тюлений отдых получается! Локации в отеле очень красивые, можно сделать много красивых фото; безумно вкусная кухня, внимательный персонал!

Немного уставшие номера, но это совсем мелочь.

음식은 평균적으로 다 괜찮았음.

오믈렛줄이 순식간에 길어져서 뷔페 이용객들의 통로를 막기도 하는데 직원들이 나서서 줄을 벽 쪽으로 세운다거나 뷔페 반대 방향으로 서달라고 해야하는데 그런 프로페셔널함은 없음.. 그냥 뷔페를 막던지 통로를 막던지 출입구를 막던지 말던지 내비둬서 뷔페 이용할때 불편함. 번호표를 주거나 메뉴를 미리 써서 받아가고 테이블 번호를 써두면 될텐데 사람들이 모두 오믈렛 기다리느라 밥도 못먹고 30분 서있는 사람도 봄. 투숙객 입장에서도 계란을 먹을수 있는게 이 오믈렛 밖에 없는 날이 있음 LOL 메인 디쉬 3-4개 정도 밖에 안되고 메뉴가 매일 다르지만 프로틴이 거의 없어서 초식동물 될수 있음 주의
