Great location a walk down the hill past the restaurants & shops to the beach, but watch out for paragliders landing!! Good range of all inclusive food, sometimes labelled, sometimes not, so left you guessing. Lots of reuse of previous food presentations help save food wastage. Plenty of healthy vegetables & salads. All inclusive drinks included a couple of cocktail (blue or green) Effes beer, and other spirits. If you’re on a bender, drink the Raki! Lovely staff throughout. Reception guy helped us out when our booked return transport never arrived, chasing up in Turkish to secure a van for us. Thank you. Not too many rooms meant hardly any queuing at the bar, and sunbeds available. Saw many Turkish people holidaying here, which was a good sign things were good. Good fun entertainments rep operating around the pool during the day.

Pool music was turned up a bit too loud, meaning having trouble chatting to friends on the sun beds.

Excelente localização a cerca de 10 minutos da praia. A comida é boa. A animação é igualmente boa. Os quartos são limpos. O ambiente do hotel é muito tranquilo. Gostamos muito da estadia.

Por vezes a água do banho não estava quente mas como esteve sempre muito calor não foi um problema grave. Tivemos dificuldade na reposição das toalhas e dos produtos de higiene ( shampô e gel de banho).

Le personnel était sympathique et l’emplacement était plutôt bon. Je reste mitigée sur les animations du soir : parfois elles étaient bien et parfois elles étaient inintéressantes.

J’y suis resté 6 jours et les draps et serviettes n’ont jamais été changé malgré nos nombreuses demandes. Le ménage n’a pas non plus été fait durant tous le séjour. La chambre était sale et nous étions obligés de fermer la porte des wc pour dormir, l’odeur des égouts étant insoutenable. La lunette des wc était cassée à notre arrivée (elle à été changé suite à notre demande) et les wc était sale. Les serviettes étaient tachées de sang et de taches jaunes et n’ont pas été changées malgré nos nombreuses demandes. La porte de la chambre s’ouvrait d’un simple coup de l’extérieur, nous n’étions pas en sécurité nous l’avons constaté par hasard après plusieurs jours à l’hôtel. La porte a été réparée suite à notre demande. Les petits déjeuners et les plats n’étaient pas variés et n’étaient pas bon, j’ai dû mangé à l’extérieur plusieurs fois. Mes deux enfants se sont blessés dans la piscine, ils ont des plaies sous les pieds et ont saigné pendant tous le séjour et ont renoncé plusieurs fois à rentrer dans le bassin et mon dernier fils avait du mal à marcher, ça a été l’enfer (voir photo prise après le séjour quand les plaies ont commencé à cicatriser). Nous en avons fait part à la réception qui nous ont donné de simple pansement. Autre point faible : il n’y avait de la glace que pendant une heure l’après midi, ce qui est très compliquée avec des enfants et ce n’était pas mentionné lors de la réservation. Les boissons n’étaient pas bonne, ce n’était que du sucre je ne buvais que du coca zéro. Les verres étaient degueulasses. En résumé, il y a tromperie sur la marchandise, ce n’est pas comme mentionné lors de la réservation. Allez ailleurs, il y a mieux

Great hotel, staff are attentive and happy even though they work long hours to serve. Sahin on the pool bar is a pleasure, well spoken and quick witted. The pool area is great for family’s and there are plenty of sunbeds. The all inc food is ok and was decent for my vegetarian wife. This is first time to Turkey and it has been a great experience. One small criticism is the pool bar has music and no more than 50m away the entertainment area is blasting music. Just have one please.

Stayed here for 10 days with family a lovely little complex plenty sunbeds no need to get up early for the rush meals are OK pastries at breakfast would be a plus as this is standard in most countries that is the only thing I think could improve, the hotel itself is very clean waiters,waitresses are all so polite and friendly, the entertainment team aysegul and mesut are fantastic so friendly non stop trying to keep everyone happy and entertained well done to you all .would not hesitate to return.

We are having a lovely stay here at the Marcan Resort. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, happy to help you enjoy your stay here. The entertainment staff both Aysegul and Mesut are hands on ready to involve everyone in daily activities to keep the whole family entertained. Sunbed wars is not an issue, plenty available and we are here in the height of season no need to set silly alarm clock wake ups! Food in restaurant is good, fairly good choice, would be nice to see pastries at breakfast time. Staff in restaurant work hard clearing tables and plates quickly, no request is to much trouble. The hotel is very clean, rooms cleaned every day to a very good standard. Lovely little resort very close to shops, bars and restaurants. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Good staff very welcoming and friendly always up for a chat , aysegul and Mesut always around the pool sorting games out talking etc … worth a visit for sure , food isn’t suited for “English food” but try it !

My fave staff members are aysegul and mesut and tahir they are amazing so welcoming and made my stay the best and I would recommend coming here just for them

Staff were very friendly and helpful entertainment staff were excellent and always up for activities mesut and Aysegil were really fun and got everyone involved mesut was always up for game of table tennis despite not being able to win. Also big thank you to Tahir for always providing us drinks and going above needed.

I would recommend this resort for value for money for a family in high season. The rooms are cleaned every day these ladies work incredibly hard. I would like to make a special mention to Mesut and Aysegil so funny and friendly making daytime and night time special. The restaurant staff are lovely and always remember your drink and make sure it’s at your table. All in all we’ve had a good time and would come back xx

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect. Best animator Mesut, who made our holiday unforgettable. His energy, kindness, and enthusiasm were amazing, and he always made everyone smile and feel included. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back again.

I could not fault this lovely place and the holiday. Very clean. Rooms were spotless. Food was brilliant. All staff were excellent, very friendly and its very clear they treat their staff very well. Pool was spotless. Atmosphere was lovely. The area was so lovely lots to do. Lovely restraunts. Lovely town beautiful beaches. Amazing place to stay. Its a definate return for me.

This review is solely for Mesut from the entertainment team and not the hotel. Mesut worked extremely hard and involved all nationalities around the pool. He is generally just a really nice guy and helped us with anything we needed. The management are very lucky to have him. We loved the dance class even though we aren't very good.

Fantastic hotel, we stayed here for 2 weeks , rooms were absolutely fantastic plenty of room, stunning view from balcony. Food was always nice, never had any problems at all. The staff were always friendly and helpful the entire time we were there. Couldn't recommend enough, would definitely come back.

Stayed for a week in June, really enjoyed this hotel with it being close to bars/shops/restaurants and only a short walk to the lovely beach and blue lagoon. All inclusive is generally good although food was below average..no cereal for breakfast, no kids food, very limited vegan options. Pool area is great and could always get a sun lounger whatever time of day, hotel don't provide pool towels. Pool bar man Sahin is fantastic and a good character. Entertainment team and reception staff are all excellent. Will go back 😎

Den her hotel er meget dårligt. 1 det beskidt 2 når man fortæller personalet om hjælp, er de ligeglade og at man ikke bliver taget seriøst. 3 der er en luftledning( AC) over vores seng, fra dag 1 vi har lagt mærke til at der drypper vand ned fra den og landet lige på os da vi sov, og da vi spurgte personalet om hjælp kiggede de bare lidt på det men gjord ikke noget siden det stadig drypper og har ikke haft en god søvn i den her hotel.

It was exactly the same as in the booking and wonderful staff and wonderful pool best for families. Food & drinks were also very good. Yilmaz & Celal were the man !! At Marcan. Every night right after the dinner there is always an entertainment program for 2 hours. We did not left the resort during our 7 days visit. Pool and activities are too good.

The room WiFi allows only 3 devices to connect and at times the WiFi is down. Unfortunately we were unable to connect the forth device even if we disconnected one of our three devices

The best music and dancing animator ever … best teacher of SALSA and Bachata . it was a pleasure for me as a SALSA instructor to dance with also Salsa instructor from Turkey. . Love love love .

We have just returned home from an amazing holiday here, only issue we had after arriving late (10.45pm) was our first room the air conditioning wasn’t working but they moved us the next day to a new room with perfect pool view, can’t fault the staff all amazing the guys on the pool bar made us welcome from the very start and always new our drink orders. Big shout out to masood head of entertainment and the 2 student girls well done

Everything was fine. The rooms were clean, the food was good, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was amazing, and we really enjoyed our vacation. A special thank you to Mesut, who organized activities like darts, water polo and other games every day. He was always energetic, kind, and made everyone feel welcome. Thanks to him, the entertainment was fun and memorable. We would also like to thank the staff member who served drinks in the restaurant. He was always friendly and smiling. I recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back again!

The hotel is wonderful! It is very clean, beautiful, and in an excellent location, close to the bazaar and the beach. All the staff were incredibly friendly, from the manager to the housekeeping team, who cleaned our room every day. Check-in was quick and easy, and the reception staff were always helpful with everything. The two bartenders, Emir and Sahin, are funny, friendly, and make amazing drinks. The pool is clean, and the garden is beautiful, well-maintained, and full of lovely flowers. There is a wide variety of delicious food to choose from. There are plenty of activities, including water polo, darts, table tennis, aqua gym, and great music playing throughout the day. We were extremely satisfied with everything and would be happy to come back again. We highly recommend this hotel!

This was our second visit to Marcan Resort, and although there have been a few changes since our first stay two years ago, it remains our favourite. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and incredibly hardworking, always making us feel at home. The housekeeping team do a fantastic job, ensuring fresh towels and clean bedding are provided daily. There is a wide variety of food available, with plenty of choice and something different to enjoy each day. Our room was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our family. As we were travelling with our son, having two bedrooms made our stay even more comfortable. The mountain views from our balcony were stunning and made waking up each morning feel extra special. The location of the hotel is also ideal. It is conveniently close to the strip, where all the shops, cafés, and bars are located, yet just far enough away to remain peaceful and quiet. It was lovely to have everything within walking distance, including the stunning beach. The pool area is beautiful, spotless, and well maintained, and the water slides are great fun for all ages. The spa is also wonderful — I had a one-hour full body massage during our stay, which I would highly recommend. A huge thank you to all the staff at Marcan Resort Hotel for making our holiday so special once again. We’re already looking forward to returning.

Well what can i say when booking told us tea coffee making was in room that first lie . Cold shower most days (due to my illness this inst acceptable for me need warm water not cold ).No cup to rinse mouth out when cleaning teeth . Dirt towels Six days not toaster not working in main diner . Waiters waitress very polite . Kept changing opening times of diner . Barely any english food (like my cornflakes ) .No syrup in fizzy drinks ! Kept changing or removing things . Reported air con leaking in our room fixed then started leaking again told been done and put towel on top of head rest as leaking on bed . Oh birds nesting in top corner of building and bird droppings not cleaned away . Now these are not made up are true facts on our stay . Oh no entertainment either !.

I caveat this with I paid £700 for 8 nights for 2 all inclusive. Hotel room small but fine. Powerful shower but max temp was Luke warm. Ok as was hot. Overall hotel was well kept and decent. Big pool. No gym though advertised with one. Very good pool table (free) the table tennis table was awful!! Wonky. BUT great fun anyway. Animation Mesut was very good entire time. Doing his best with very few people. Not bad at table tennis either😬 well done mesut All staff friendly but very limited English in a tourist hotel leads to difficulties. Drinks - it was as expected. Poor quality apart from beer. I didn’t try wine or gin. At least they do measure it so the strength is not overpowering which is the norm with turkey / Egypt all inclusive drinks Food Always something in evening if not fussy and try. Generally fine with me thanks. Lunch was pretty poor but was plenty of fresh salad and fruit. So fine with me overall It was very quiet so I guess the choices get better as Buffett fully opens Turkey is now basically UK prices folks so be aware of this. The hassle from fake shops is relentless and they are definitely price fixing amongst themselves so try and haggle but you won’t get what it realistic in my opinion for what is a fake cotton t shirt! DP Purfume is very good though and about £13 100 ml bottle. I have some of the originals and they smell very very similar overall and lasting

Location was fantastic, rooms very clean , excellent value for money. The female cook was absolutely wonderful. Her name starts with a V.. always a good selection of food and the chilli con Carni is out of this world!

Hotel experience was good for five days but me and my partner have said we don’t think we Could stay any longer or come back to the hotel. The staff a super friendly and helpful despite most of them knowing very little English and the pool is good but the rooms are a bit cramped we were in a double room. I think the bed was a bit uncomfortable but my partner loved it 🤣. Breakfast was okay not a lot of options though and I would say 3 out of the 5 days lunch and dinner was good. Drinks were okay , we found it confusing as some were included in the all inclusive but others you were charged extra for but they did not clarify what drinks were extra. Overall a good stay and good location to the beach and the main strip of oludiniz good for a short stay.

Veľmi priateľskí personál, vyšli nám v ústrety, keďže partnerka je na invalidnom vozíku, vymenili nám izbu na prízemí, aby mala čo najlepší prístup do izby. Veľmi chutné jedlo, veľká vďaka kuchárom a čašníkom. Krásne prostredie.

Na WC nie je žiadne odvetrávanie, bolo by vhodné dať tam aspoň nejaké vonné spreje.

Best spa experience in the hotel.! The massage was perfect the staff made us feel very welcome and relaxed from beginning to end. We booked it again for tomorrow because we loved it so much. Thank you to Hasan and Yakup and their all team. Amazing spa team.

Great location brilliant food Mesut was great at the entertaining playing Darts and Dancing. We had a great time watching the the Paragliders from our sun loungers. Staff were wonderful on the bar and restaurant we will return. Love the slides.

We went to the Spa located at this hotel and This was the best experience we have ever had The staff were very knowledgeable and treated us with respect in all aspects of the treatment we had

When we arrived there were very few people in the hotel, so we had waiter service at dinner, with no choice of food. However on subsequent days there was a buffet, with a good choice of Turkish food. The waiters were very attentive. The swimming pool was big, and pleasant to swim in. It was useful to have a snack bar, as we failed to get back to the hotel in time for lunch on a few occations.

On one day there was no hot water, on other days, the water was warm, but not hot. The bathroom light was very dim. We were only given one top sheet that didn't reach the edge of the bed, so we were cold at night, until we asked for more bedding.

Zapłaciliśmy za opcje wszystko wliczone miał być szwedzki bufet na posiłkach a było jedno danie dla wszystkich nie ważne czy komu smakowało czy nie tylko to było podane do stolika bo było mało ludzi w obiekcie o takich rzeczach powinno się informować przy robieniu rezerwacji bo nigdy bym nie wykupiła opcji wszystko wliczone jeśli to by tak miało wyglądać jak wyglądało dodatkowo nic się w hotelu nie działo żadnych występów bo mało ludzi jedzenie było tylko praktycznie na głównych posiłkach nic pomiędzy rozumie że obiektowi nie opłaca się robić cokolwiek dla kilku osób ale wtedy nie ma opcji wszystko wliczone bez tej opcji noc kosztowała o połowę taniej i praktycznie każdy hotel można było zarezerwować nawet w lepszych warunkach ale nam zależało na opcji wszystko wliczone gdzie tylko ten hotel oferował wprowadzanie w błąd klienta ogromne rozczarowanie

They need to focus a bit more on the plates in the restaurant, as some were dirty, after taking them out from dishwasher they should check and wipe them all before putting them out for people, otherwise everything amazing

air conditioning we had different level room apart from our daughters free turkish bath service wasn't free in reality - was part of £50 package toilets next to swimming pool were not clean enough no evening entertainment on weekend one day we didn't receive the water and when we asked at the reception - the receptionist took 10 min to change the key room saying is fake, in midtime answer the other call and still didn't want to help. On the end he gave water from charged drinks fridge. We have been ask at check out to pay for this water!

Lunch and dinner hot meals repeated too much and not hot enough. Need to get rubber protection on the steps in the pool and they are a bit high for us elderly. Entertainment on the Wednesday utilise the public very poor and the darts etc Dancers on other hand were brilliant and the Gentleman himself very pleasant

The hotel was clean and some of the staff were amazing, the hotel was a huge letdown, hardly any entertainment, one restaurant and the food was shocking.

We arrived so late at night. The guy on the desk was amazing he even took us to Cherry bar to introduce us to the lads and made sure we were well looked after! We were treated like royalty throughout our stay, our room was clean and tidy the air conditioning that was bloody marvellous. Waking up to the views and hospitality was just a dream come true. We loved it so much we booked again but bringing the kids next year!!

Overall, the hotel was beyond our expectations. Cleanliness, food quality, and the friendliness of the staff were all excellent. The animation team was definitely the highlight of our stay. Daily activities were fun without being overwhelming, and the evening shows were very enjoyable. You can really feel the effort they put into entertaining the guests. Thank you to the whole team for a great holiday.

При заселении администратор учла наши пожелания и нам был предоставлен номер с видом не на бассейн, так как читая другие отзывы, мы знали, что по вечерам идёт вечерняя программа, а нам хотелось тишины и спокойствия. Кроме того, наш номер был лучше, чем мы бронировали. Это был очень приятный бонус! Удобные кровати, умеренно твёрдые матрасы, нормальные по величине подушки. Сантехника была исправна, всегда была горячая вода. В номере нет чайника, но это не критично, так как всегда можно было попить чай в баре. Это даже лучше провести время на улице, а не в помещении. Уборка проводилась 1 раз в 2 дня. Для нас это более, чем достаточно. Всегда ставилась питьевая вода, её недостатка мы не испытывали. Мы довольны тем, что выбрали систему питания всё включено. В Олюденизе не так много отелей предлагают питание на весь день. Мы не первый раз приезжаем в Олюдениз и знаем, что если брать только завтраки, то питаться в кафе и ресторанах достаточно дорого. По разнообразию нам всего хватило, мы не привереды. Главное, что были свежие овощи, зелень. Конечно, хотелось, чтобы было разнообразие фруктов. Мы отдыхали в октябре, а это сезон арбузов, увы, их не было. Первые 2 недели мы кушали дыни, а далее остались только яблоки и апельсины. Для кого актуально, то по вторникам в Фетхие работает базар и там можно приобрести любые фрукты. Нам нравилось кушать в открытой зоне, откуда прекрасный вид и ощущение простора. Положительный момент, что хозяева отеля принимают пищу, где и гости, значит, всегда в курсе качества еды. Персонал отеля дружелюбный, отзывчивые, улыбчивые люди. Девушка администратор очень внимательная и приветливая, говорит по-английски. Мастерски, как факир, играя с огнём, по утрам на завтраки готовил омлет молодой, улыбчивый повар Хусейн. Очень располагающий и вкусно готовивший мясо, рыбу на ужин повар (имени, к сожалению, не знаю). За стойкой бара неизменно работал Эрн, умело общаясь с гостями и создавая непринужденную атмосферу.

В номере плиточный пол, поэтому были бы уместны тапочки. В ресторане всегда крутят превосходные английские песни, но одни и те же, что уже знаешь по порядку, какая мелодия будет следующая.

Having returned from our fourth stay at the Marcan Resort, we can confidently say this hotel consistently delivers an excellent, unforgettable holiday experience. If you are looking for a perfectly located, friendly, and meticulously maintained hotel in Oludeniz, look no further. Location & Atmosphere: The location is simply spot-on. It's positioned perfectly—just enough away from the main strip's evening hustle to ensure peace and quiet, but only a very short, easy walk to reach all the shops, restaurants, and, of course, the beautiful beach and Blue Lagoon area. We love being surrounded by the green area while still having such easy access to the action. Accommodation & Cleanliness: Our room was perfect—spacious, bright, and always spotless. The cleaning staff are exceptional; our room was super clean every day, and we really appreciated the free water supply being regularly topped up. It’s the small details like this that make a difference. Exceptional Staff & Management: The service here is what truly sets the Marcan apart. The whole team works hard, but we must give special mention to Mehmet, the Entertainment Manager. He is excellent as always, providing lots of fun games, always greeting guests with his welcoming smile and contagious enthusiasm. It genuinely makes the pool area a great place to be. Furthermore, Eyup, the owner, and his family are wonderful. They are always visible, very approachable, and nothing is ever too much trouble. It is rare to see the owners so involved, and it shows in the quality of the resort and the warmth of the atmosphere. Conclusion: All in all, this was another great holiday. Thank you, Marcan, for consistently exceeding our expectations. We look forward to our fifth visit!

Clean and staff who are clearly working very hard and very long hours. The room was clean and the shower was consistently hot and powerful. Children felt comfortable going to order from the bar due to the friendliness of the staff at the bar. However, the buffet choice was extremely limited. This was the least choice that I have had from any all-inclusive hotel. Mains were poor to middling, desserts were relatively good. Breakfast was not good. The freshly cooked omelettes were great but you grow tired of that 5 days running. Fruit and yoghurt would be lovely, but it was filled with flies. The hotel was also shutting down around us. The children often played table tennis (on the worst table and with terrible equipment) but the net and equipment were cleared up 2 days before we left. The pool area is clean and has good access to the bar. However, the water is very cold. This is probably due to the time of year, but in October, the kids were reluctant to use it. Slides are on for 2 hours a day. Being asked for a tip when being helped with bags at 4am is also not good. We could have taken the bags ourselves. When we have flown through the night and just want to rest, being asked 'What? No tip?' when you want to crawl into bed was not a good start. Overall, our experience may have been better during peak season, but the hotel was not the best.

Great things about the hotel are: - the staff (they work such long hours and are always smiling and will do anything for you). Mehmet is really funny, join in with the darts and karaoke he will make you laugh! - the pool is stunning and clean, no fights for sunbeds and my daughter enjoyed the slides (she is 15). - location is perfect! Surrounded by mountains and paragliders so nice to watch when sunbathing. Just at the top of the strip and 5 min walk to the beach (which is stunning)- you can also walk to blue lagoon which is unbelievable! - AI drinks- very good! Bar man great, drinks are strong. Things that could be improved: - the food was good but I would say not for fussy eaters! They do have pizza/burger/chips from 330pm by the pool though. They don’t cover the salad or yoghurt and fruit so there are flies all over it- easy fixed with a plastic lid! Some people were sick but we were fine. Also the chef comes in and coughs all over the food, which is really gross to see/hear when eating. We ate out a few times- recommend Bella Gusto/Buzz bar! Captain Hooks best bar, karaoke and a great host, doesn’t pressure you to come in. Bring Lira or pounds, not euro, drinks are expensive outside the hotel- £9 for cocktails!

How to start was greeted by reception who was talking on phone when dealing with us and was told safe was 44.00 for our stay .we was then shown to our rooms going down and up steps no lifts and with mobility issues became a problem on first day.room had stained mattress was dark and dirty had to try and keep door shut to stop flys.and toilet smelt of drains the whole time we was there. FOOD Well food was cold to warm most of the time .was hot 1 day .and chef coughing all over food and flys in food .lot of people came down with food poisoning. We eat out a lot . Areas was dirty and 1 pool toilet in hotel that's all .which was dirty . This was not the hotel we booked tui last minute sent us there . Shame on you...... Few bar staff and entertainment was amazing .... That's the only positive thing I can say . I never listen to reviews but wish I did with this hotel . Very sad .

The location is perfect just a short walk to the shops, restaurants, and the sea, so everything is really close by. All of the staff are so lovely, friendly, and welcoming they made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A special shoutout to Mehmet, the entertainer, who is absolutely brilliant! Even though it’s the end of the season and things are a bit quieter, he still gives it his all every day, getting everyone involved and keeping the atmosphere fun and lively. He’s so genuine and great with both adults and kids we all loved him! Where do I begin? Reception- upon arrival met by 2 staff members who were not pleasant at all. Just asked straightaway for passports and fill in this from. Very rude and unwelcoming. Male receptionist took us to our room, no offer of help with our luggage. No lift just five flights of steps. Shown into room, handed the keycard and he said ‘ you like room, has good views’ and left. Yes it was a good view but only when you stood up, when sat on chairs all you could see was a brick wall!! Asked to change rooms but told no there aren’t any available. Strange that as lots of empty rooms. Electric tripped every time you entered the room so constanly had to use the trip switch. Other guest experienced this too. The room was bright and airy just a shame about the cleanliness. The bedding was so thin you ended up waking up cold during the night. The water in both sink and shower varied from lukewarm to cold every single day. Tried different times of the day to see if it got warmer but no. Spoke to other guests who had same issue. Pool area was clean apart from the Sun lounger mattresses which in my opinion should have been binned, the cloth ones more than the plastic ones. Toilets at pool weren’t very clean and cleaning chart hadn’t been filled in for a week Hotel not suitable if you have mobility issues as no lift and stairs everywhere Talked to one couple who have been coming to same hotel for past 6 years and they will not be coming back again. The whole hotel from food to staff has gone downhill very quickly. The kids pool is hidden behind the main pool and is very small. The main pool is very good The children’s playground area again is hidden under a building and is very dark. Play equipment looks dated. The staff are very rude and not friendly in fact half of them looked as though they didn’t want to be there! Woman receptionist didn’t appear to do much work and was constantly putting on lipstick, doing her hair or on her phone. The only friendly staff were the barmen and the entertainment man The snack bar offered limited choices and the food was not covered up hence flies landing on the food. Ice cream only served for one hour per day. Any drinks after 11pm had to be paid for, why when it is all inclusive? The food was absolutely awful. Plain, dull, tasteless and always lukewarm. The only hot food was omelettes, fried eggs and pancakes at breakfast time. Never saw any probing of food to see if it was at the correct temperature. I do realise that they may not have the same rules as in the UK The desserts were good though. How this has passed as a 4 star hotel I will never know. I don’t know what criteria they used for the rating but it definitely wouldn’t meet any of mine. I think even the Hotel Inspector for the tv programme wouldn’t have given it 4 stars If you want cheap and cheerful then this is definitely the place for you. I will not be returning to Turkey any time soon The only advantage to the hotel is that it is in a lovely area, close to the beach and shops , but, it is on a hill so if you’ve mobility issues then not the place for you.

Really good week here at the hotel, rooms basic but clean and housekeeping comes daily, nothing to much trouble. All round friendly hotel close to the strip. I usually go here in September but this year went in October which is coming to end of the season and honestly you could tell as snack bar was not as good this year in fact that did let it down badly this year as normal and food didn’t have as much options especially fruits, the entertainment guy is so lovely and chatty and was really nice that he remembered us from 2 years previous so was a nice touch. The morning and evening chefs that make the omelettes and work the outside grill were amazing so friendly! I will book again with this hotel but will go back to going in September as pools warmer and better choice on food and drinks.

Staff are all very friendly and rooms are cleaned every day, entertainment guy hats off to him always encouraging people to join in with activities etc. short walk to main strip, bars and restaurants. Always managed to have something to eat. Paragliding was a great experience I had to do it and all very professional.

We arrived on the 11th October 2025 at 9-30pm checked in , our room was on the 2nd floor nice view of the pool , unfortunately had to move to ground floor for mobility issues, very helpful and give us a ground floor room on Sunday morning , rooms are nice and clean and spacious, unfortunately the shower was cold , I did tell the receptionist but they wasn’t really bothered Location is good 5-10 mins walk to the beach and strip Food well you had a few choices to eat won’t go hungry, I wouldn’t say it’s the best food wasn’t that hot , to be honest is any all inclusive food is hot The beer wasn’t great or the soft drinks was flat at the pool bar l gave up in the end and just had water , felt it was a waste of money but the restaurant bar was totally different beer nice and soft drinks better You can’t fault the staff they was amazing, they work hard and always happy to greet you Would I stay there again no I’m been totally honest about my review as a week before we was due to go I read a review and it was so so bad I called my travel agent to change my hotel I’m glad I didn’t because the person who wrote the review was totally wrong about this hotel and could get to lose customers

Me and my Auntie here, my first ever time in turkey (she’s been here multiple times over the years) and I’ve never felt so welcomed and looked after. Rooms are always lovely and clean, staff are super friendly at all times, pool area is fantastic for a little swim or bathe. Plenty people to talk to. Standard all inclusive drinks/food but honestly couldn’t complain none at all were bad. I’ve so far had a great time and absolutely loved meeting a lot of lovely people along the au! I can’t wait to be back! Entertainment has been inclusive and a good laugh like water volley ball and the karaoke I’m excited to see what’s next! Huge shout out to mehmet, Solomon, and Aaron (I hope these are right! 🤦🏻‍♀️) they all do a fantastic job behind the pool bar and in the entertainment sector! I’d definitely recommend as a lovely place to stay! Plenty of day trip to choose from and activities! The strip full of shops, bars, restaurants, ice cream & excursions not even a 5 min walk from hotel. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming!

Absolutely amazing hotel I'm a returning customer I've seen some people complain about certain things but fir me personally there's plenty food choice that is lovely and fresh everyday. The bar staff and hotel staff are very efficient and work extremely long hours. The entertainment guy memhet is great and really tries to involve everyone. For what you actually pay for your hotel and all exclusive I think it's amazing it's worked out just under £250 each for hotel and all inclusive for 7 days which is amazing. The bar staff reception cleaners and Solomon are amazing the manger is really helpful too. I will continue to return to this amazing hotel.

Well this is me rewriting my review on this hotel. I have to say the good first which is nice location not to far from the beach & main strip. Hotel is on a slight hill which some people may struggle with. Hotel is very clean, I can not fault it in any way for that. We were b&b food was a hit or a miss. I think because its near end of season for them they don't really care. So my issue has started with a staff member who has been talking about my friend & I. My friend came to the room one night to find him leaving the room, he said there was a problem with electrics,we never reported any problem. My friend bought a new suitcase last night so he help take it to the room. She gave him a tip for doing so. Anyway on talking to him he had said that he had slapped my arse, I can assure you I would have slapped his face. Found out this morning this creep was talking about us to other staff members about giving him money & saying that he had slapped my arse. Complaint going in ,they don't actually care. So if your female traveller's on your own be aware. I have to say the rest of the staff were pleasant & we never had a problem

Drinks at the bar keep flowing my glass was never empty Aaron was a great Barman and was a good laugh with great convos planned to go out with him later in week. The food is great and I couldn’t resist going up for multiple plates breakfast/lunch/dinner all great services.mehmet the entertainment manager was great also see photos for the two mentioned staff.

Coming to the end of our latest visit to marcan resort hotel and loved every minute of it as previous visits. All these negative reviews are absolutely rubbish rooms spotless all staff absolutely brilliant Mehmet the entertainment guy brilliant any issues he tries to resolve although that's not his job good laugh. Eren the barman totally brilliant 👏 👌 great laughs with him every day always polite and a cheeky wee grin on his face 😀 kitchen/restaurant staff brilliant 👏 and of course the boss 👍 the is lovely something for everyone only issue i had was 1 day chips were a bit colder than I like spoke with boss and he made sure they were to my liking 🤣🙈 again instead of leaving it until you're home and giving rubbish reviews speak to the manager or the boss they will gladly sort any issue you may have. As I've said before we come every year since 2016 except covid 🤬 we missed out and every time we come we don't want to leave this place it is our home from home hopefully this helps ♥️

After reading some reviews I was worried about going to this hotel. I have just returned after spending 10 days, the rooms were lovely cleaned everyday, bottled water put in fridge each day. Plenty of sun beds around the pool. Bar staff earon was brilliant remembering your drinks pleasant and polite. Solomon was also pleasant and willing to help with anything. Memhet who was on entertainment was brilliant constantly trying to get guests involved in activities. The food was not brilliant but you would never go hungry, the hotel tries its best to cater for all nationalities of their guests.

Stay was good at Marcan resort, place was very clean. Nice room with balcony slightly small though. Pool lovely & bar area good liked the sun loungers very comfy. We were o ly b&b food a hit or a miss. Overall good stay ......entertainment during the day time very good. Evening also good Entertainment manager Mehmet & Solmon very good at there jobs & kept the place together

after reading all the negative reviews i was a bit worried about my trip. However they were all a load of rubbish!!!!!! This is a great hotel in a superb location at the top of the strip and a 5-10 min walk to the beach and the paragliders landing. The pool was lovely with plenty of loungers available everyday. Our room was situated with a pool view and had everything we needed for a week. It was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was great with a very good shower. We was all inclusive and yes the food was a bit repetitive and plain but what do you expect? There was plenty of choice and the fresh omelettes and pancakes at breakfast were superb. The bar was always quick service with a very good bar man and the Effes was always very nice indeed. Mehmet was a legend. Made everyone feel at ease and knew everyone's name. Always entertaining and doing his upmost best to make everyone's holiday special. Wil defo return

Entrainment fantastic Mehmet cant do enough for you he is the life and soul of the hotel this is only the really positive from this hotel. Food terrible - what ever food is left over from lunch is made into a salad for evening meal and this repeats with every meal Drinks terrible thats if they have any as they kept running out while i was there last week, but the two young lads behind the bar are a good laugh and do the best they can. Rooms hardly cleaned and when they clean them they leave went/damp towels and dont change the bedding often, And not sure how but when we arrived the toilet seat is stained yellow it looks terrible also in the two weeks we were there i think we had two hot showers the rest of the time they were freezing cold. Some of the staff seem scared to even talk to you never mind smile. Would not stay here again and thats a shame as the pool area is nice and close to the beach and strip
