Hotel Lemon Suites & Banquet By Aura

Cleanliness is not upto the mark.

The location is great and the room is clean. Expanding the breakfast variety would improve the experience.

Would improve in breakfast

The photographs displayed are much better than the actual property.

If you are visiting Noida for the first time, this is a great place to stay Hotel Emerald Suites. They provide complimentary breakfast, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the food is very tasty. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience.

need some improvement in breakfast items

It is next to a highway so if you like waking up to traffic noises this is the place for you. Air conditioning and electrical appliances don’t work, so it takes you back to a simpler medieval time which can be attractive for history aficionados.

1. Toilets were dirty 2. Taps and flush didn’t work 3. Rooms were filthy with lizards crawling on the bed 4. Air conditioning didn’t work 5. They changed my room once but the next room had the same problem, I was offered a third room as an alternative- but it was a windowless dungeon with no windows and no light. 6. No internet coverage 7. Photos don’t match the room or the property

This was amazing experience with Hotel Lemon Suites by Aura. we staying last night and staff very polite and humble and rooms was also very fresh clean washroom. we enjoyed much thank you so much Hotel Lemon.

Good and convenient

Good and convenient

Staff at the reception! The guy at the reception was accomodative and polite.

Food was pathetic; service needs improvement in terms of speed; bathroom and room need improvements; mosquitos galore in room; lot of noise from road due to vehicles passing 24 hours, honking, disturbing sleep; damaged sofa in room, walls are dirty, balcony littered with bird shit

Excellent hotel great central location. I spent 1 night here as a woman traveling on my own. All the staff are wonderful nothing is too much for them it really makes this hotel special. The rooms are compact but spotlessly clean you have to ask for daily cleans as they won’t enter a single woman’s room without permission. The breakfasts are great. Would recommend this hotel as is a very safe space with staff who really care about their guests

Located on main road

This hotel was peaceful and beautiful, and it provided me with one of the most relaxing stays I've ever had. They genuinely care about making guests feel at ease.

All are things very good

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Lemon Suites in Noida, and I must say, it was one of the most memorable and comfortable experiences. From the moment I checked in until the day I left, the hospitality, cleanliness, and warmth shown by the entire team made me feel like a valued guest. The restaurant and F&B service were truly exceptional.

Some Improvements in breakfast items

Reception area, Elevator

Room - without any window, dirty room and washroom

Location is good.

Room service and staffs are very slow. They sometimes forget your food orders to room and never show up.

5k for 3 nights was a good deal. My auto was on cash and had no change of 500, so they helped at reception with the change. Buffet was alright Poha, Puri bhaaji, sandwich, tea, and Omelette. Lift works. Wifi works.

Window less room even though super deluxe. Light was going off sometimes, but power backup would trigger in.

I had a lovely day at Hotel Lemon Suites. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They even brought complementary chocolates in the afternoon and arranged a late check out. Would definitely recommend

-If you doing business in Noida, this is a prime location. -Super efficient check in process. Everything is there in the system. -Super responsive customer service. Not only AI, but also real person consultant. -Room is squeaky clean and minimalistic. It looks fresh and comfortable. -Super eco-friendly. It does not provide razor and toothbrush/ paste but they are free on your request. All in all, affordability does not mean you have to stay in a lousy and dirty hotel. Hotel Lemon Suites is the perfect example of showing simplicity and not having to spend money on extra things. I am amazed at the level of hospitality at the hotel.
