Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Sehr gute Matraze und ruhige Lage (wenn der Nachbar nicht gerade nachts draßen telefoniert). Das Auto kann direkt vor der Tür geparkt werden, die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett.
Das Schlafzimmer liegt in der ersten Etage, daneben der Raum in dem man sitzen konnte, um etwas zu essen. Letzterer war ein kleines Arbeitszimmer. Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Sofa. Auf dem Fußboden ein Wasserkocher, auf dem Regal ein dicker Fernseher (im Schlafzimmer ist auch einer), also etwas unpraktisch zum frühstücken mit zwei Personen.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026We stayed at 15 Cluain Caoin while attending a wedding near by at the Ashley House. We could check in at a time that was convenient to us and were warmly welcomed by Cora. The accomodation was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. We both had a great nights sleep. Cora has really gone out of her way with lots of small touches that really make the stay. She has thought of absolutely everything you could possibly need while there. On top of this, it is great value and very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend!

It's also very central to town centre 5 min walk. The host Cora is a lovely friendly helpful person. . I would highly recommend this property, I will definitely stay again

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026Good communications between the host and ourselves. A friendly welcome and friendly host. Parking on the driveway to the house. A short drive into Nenagh for an evening meal and close to Tesco supermarket and fuel at a decent price. The accommodation is fully adapted with a chairlift, grab rails, low level shower fitting etc. We had the whole first floor consisting of three rooms so a bedroom, separate bathroom and office/sitting area with a sofa, small fridge, kettle and a good selection of tea, coffee, fresh milk, snacks and breakfast options too. It was a quiet night's sleep with the window open slightly.
The mattress was a little too soft but that's only personal taste.

There was even extra little touches left around the place like crisps and water and bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying.

Cora is an excellent host, very responsive to messages and lovely to chat with. Close to a Tesco Superstore with 15 - 20 minute walk to town and restaurants.

Reviewed Dec 21, 2025It was a lovely place to stay and the host was very friendly and the facilities were great was were the unexpected extras like the music playing in the bedroom on arrival -a great playlist, the coffee, tea, cereal, biscuits, crisps, sweets, bottles of water, etc. I was amazed and the stay was also great value.

Reviewed Nov 19, 2025The host, Cora, was super responsive and very friendly when we arrived fairly late in the evening. The rooms upstairs were so cosy and comfortable, as was the bed. It was spotless. The parking was really convenient. The property is an approx 15 minute walk into Nenagh town. Cora very kindly let us borrow her very nice golf umbrella for the venture into town in torrential rain!
A very small critique would be that the doors in the bedroom and bathroom were very creaky, so it woke us during the night when one of us woke up to go to the bathroom. But overall it is a fabulous place to stay.

The room is fantastic, cozy and I felt settled in very well. Everything was so clean and nicely decorated. I would recommend to whoever will stay in Nenagh.
