لم يعجبنى اى شئ فى المكان جميع المسابح غير نظيفه لا ترى الارضيه والماء معكر وغير صافى والأكوا سيئه كل العوامات غير صالحه للاستخدام البحر الشاطى ء سئ جدا هل اكمل فى سلبيات كثيره جدا

تجربه حلوه ولابد من تكرارها الاسره كانت مبسوطه والاكواب جميله

La chambre très grande, au calme, le personnel gentil, les jardins bien entretenus et propres, les restaurants a thème très bons, nous avons pu rester jusqu'à 15h le jour de notre départ sans supplément

La piscine principale inaccessible car en travaux, les toboggans ouverts que 2h le matin et 2h l'apm, mais les piscines des toboggans sont donc également fermées le reste du temps, le travaux dans l'hôtel d'à coté qui gênent beaucoup (poussière, bruit...), la plage pas très belle (mer caillouteuse)

موظف الاستقبال أحمد عظيمه بابتسامته الجميله وتعاونه وإنجازه بالتسكين وراحة أطفالي وجميع العاملين منتهى الذوق والتعاون وايضاً السيد عبد الله مدير التغذية قمة في الرقي والجودة المهنية وليست المرة الأولى لي في هذا الفندق لقد نزلت به في 2024 وان شاء الله تكرر في 2027

المكان محتاج إلى بعض التطورات والتجديدات وزيادة في الخدمات وخاصة البار على البيتش ومن الرغم من المارينا المليئة بالشازلونج والشماسي ولكن تحتاج إلى المتابعة والخدمات

The place is good

We have issue in the parking it’s mention in Booking there is indoor parking but they didn’t allowed us to park inside.

I liked the place so much , starting from reception I would like to thank Mr. Mahmoud Elmasry for his support, many thanks for service staff also thanks a lot for all chefs for delicious meals we had , house keeper who take care of our rooms was super , many thanks for recreation team specially Khaled life guard

You need to improve WiFi service

Staff attempted to sell us drugs every single day, told me how fat they thought I was, refused to clean the bar and restaurant bathrooms without a tip and ruined our holiday. To the point where we extended our trip and switched hotels.

تمييز عنصري بشكل فائق بين المصريين والجنسيات الاخرى خصوصا من موظفي الاستقبال وكانو في حالة استياء شديد من حجزنا عن طريق بوكينج على الرغم من ان سعر بوكينج كان اعلى من سعر الاوتيل بشكل مباشر و كانو رافضين الاستقبال وقالو مفيش امكانية لولا اني حجزت من بوكينج مكانوش راضين يستقبلونا اصلا اتمنى ان اكون في بلدي واقدر ادخل اي مكان براحتي طالما اني التزم بالزي المطلوب لدخول هذه الاماكن ولا اجد مكان يرفض استقبالي لمجرد اني مصرية وده جوة بلدي امال الدول التانية تعمل ايه وبعد الحجز قالو لو كنتو حجزتو عن طريقنا كنا عملنا خصم فكرة وجود المصريين في الفندق بالنسبة ليهم مرفوضة جدا على رغم من هيئتنا مرموقة جدا وبمناصب ادارية عالية في الوظائف ولا اعلم سبب العنصرية الرهيبة تجاه المصريين بالنسبة للاكوا بارك الخاصة بالاطفال مغلقة وبالنسبة للكبار وجدنا صعوبة رهيبة في توفير الادوات الخاصة بالألعاب

كانت إقامتي في الفندق رائعة، حيث يتمتع بمستوى مميز وخدمة راقية. جميع العاملين، من أصغر موظف إلى أكبر مسؤول، يبذلون جهدهم لراحة النزلاء وتقديم المساعدة بكل ود واحترام، وهذا يستحق كل الإشادة. أود أن أخص بالشكر السيد علاء، المشرف على مطعم الشاطئ، والشيف سيد في المطعم المركزي، إلى جانب فريق الاستقبال والعاملين على الشاطئ، على احترافيتهم وحرصهم على تقديم أفضل خدمة. فندق يستحق التقدير والتوصية.

The reception staff are great and so are most of the staff except for the harassment from the sellers around the pool. The food is good at breakfast only. The swimming pools are .amazing

The management staff very professional and have the know how of dealing with their guests. Special thanks to Mr Handy sedhom for his great efforts which made our stay and changed all the bad things of the 1st night 100%. Very busy

Very good hotel, cozy and comfortable. We live in Hurghada and often visit different hotels - this one is among the best in the "price-quality" category. Tasty food, clean rooms, great waterpark for children and adults - everything is super!

Staff knocked on our door at 8 AM with the question: "Do you remember, today is your check-out?" and tried to open the door himself (we were sleeping and using a door latch).

The resort is lovely, the staff were amazing. The food was very nice, including the restaurants on site. Staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough for me. They accommodated every request that I had.

The reception staff need more customer service training as some came across rude.

You get exactly what it says only. The Chinese restaurant was excellent, and we didn't mind paying the extra €20 for wine to wash it all down.

All inclusive food and drink was very repetitive. Everyone saves sun loungers early every day. The pool tables are pretty rubbish. Closed the pool at 1815 everyday and not at sunset.

Great staff. Most friendly and helpful. Everything about the resort is acceptable . Room is pretty large ,clean,and well equipped and comfortable.thanks for HK staff absolutely outstanding. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.very pleased with my stay. Overall, resort is acceptable as report quality product/ service, however it requires improvements

-Front desk is so slow,requires improvement in terms of customer support and problem solving. -There is no internal phone book list in our room, ext. 0 is always busy what if we have an emergency?? - There is no a good coffee,only one automated machine available in terrace bar that I consider OK,however it is out of order and breaches safety rules (photo att. )for few days hasn't been fixed yet. "Thanks to Youssef Mahmoud,he goes an extra mile to offer us a good espresso -Resort is faraway from centre about 40 minutes by car -tidal current is so effective for a long distance on the beach.

The staff are very cooperative, Aqua park was perfect, multiple swimming pools, Chinese restaurant was excellent, site is neat and clean. Special thanks to Mr. Hani (Front Disk) & Mrs. Alaa (Guest Relations)

Food required more variety. Animation team is new required to be more active, practice more and recommend to add comedy segment in the show. No internet available in the room, internet available in the lobby with additional charge.

Fantastic resort for kids, a lots of attraction, staff looking after kids, very nice clean rooms, good food and very nice staff everywhere. Especially on the reception. Big thank you for all staff looking after us. We had marvellous time and definitely will be back.

Large spacious room. Friendly and happy staff. Lots of well maintained greenery. Good selection of food in the main restaurant.

Long walks between facilities. The toilets outdoors near the main entrance were quite outdated, locks broken on the toilets and not the cleanest they could have been.

Property like any resort

This is the second time for us in less than a year, we have been to several hotels including high end hotels in Hurghada. This is our favorite so far .Mr Hani the hotel manager was very keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible .The staff are wonderful, helpful , and cheerful. The variety of food is little but the quality is great so thats not really an issue given the quality of food . All in all we will be coming again .Love it ,& keep it up!!!

Had to pay extra for New Year’s dinner, I would prefer to pay a higher price but to have it originally included. When we were checking in, the staff was not nice, the man at the reception demanded payment again in a very rude manner although I told him that we had payed online in advance. Even when I showed him the papers proving our payment he didn’t even say sorry…

paid an extra $60 each COMPULSORY as it was the 31st Dec. food was poor , celebrations were poor. There were about six small poor fireworks the kind you buy in a grocery store for $10. Couldn’t get a drink to celebrate the new year as the bar shut at Midnight, yes at midnight on New Year’s Eve ….. ridiculous. To make you pay extra and provide a trashy , terribly planned night with little food and no alcohol available is robbery. don’t even think about this place if you want a good new year.
