I recently stayed at Golden Beach Hotel for the second time, and unfortunately, this experience was even more disappointing than the first one. The rooms were generally clean, and the housekeeping staff did their job, but we repeatedly found insects inside the room, which was very unpleasant. The biggest issue, however, was the staff. While there were a few friendly and helpful employees, most of the staff were not welcoming and sometimes spoke to us in an inappropriate or disrespectful manner. The service and attitude of some of the lobby bar staff were particularly disappointing. Another thing that really bothered us was that some staff members would try to convince guests to leave positive reviews, even when they were clearly unhappy with their holiday. They would tell guests that the problems would be fixed in the future, but based on our experience, these promises did not lead to any real improvements. This was actually our second stay at the hotel. We were not completely satisfied during our first visit either, but at that time, we felt that the hotel offered reasonable value for money because it was significantly cheaper than better hotels. We were promised that things would be improved, which is why we decided to give the hotel another chance. Unfortunately, we did not notice any meaningful improvement. The food was decent, but there was not much variety, so it became repetitive. The swimming pools also need more attention. The water seemed to contain too much chlorine, and there was a noticeable amount of sand on the pool floors, which made the experience less enjoyable. I would especially like to mention three employees who were genuinely kind and helpful: two members of the animation team, a man and a woman, and one of the pool staff members in the quiet pool area. They were friendly, respectful, and made us feel welcome. Unfortunately, they were the exception rather than the rule. Overall, I honestly consider this a poor experience.

La piscine uniquement pour les adultes , le calme et la disponibilité des transat et les serviettes qui sont gérés par l’hôtel . Les restaurants qui sont super bon. Les barmans, le personnel qui faisait le ménage de notre chambre était incroyable , très gentil .

L’établissement propose vachement plus de choses que sur l’annonce, il y’a différents restaurants tous aussi bon les uns que les autres. Le personnelle était exceptionnel. Nous avons passé 1 semaine parfaite

Great staff, beautiful garden, wide variety of food selection. The hotel is very clean, the beach is nice and the hotel staff are kind and helpful. We will definitely return and I can only offer to visit the hotel if you seek a calm, quiet place mixed with beautiful sight.

Plaza je izuzetno losa! More se zbog oseke povlaci daleko od plaze pa iz tog razloga, izmedju ostalog, hotel nije vredan ulozenog novca. Al Ahyaa regija je definitivno za izbegavanje.

Dieses Hotel ist eine Abzocke. Wir waren als Familie mit drei Zimmern dort und hatten über Booking.com eine All-inclusive-Reise gebucht – und sind total reingefallen. Alles im Hotel kostet extra. Sogar Wasser, und das Frühstückscafé ist überteuert. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist unhöflich und hat keine Ahnung vom Umgang mit Gästen. Sie sagen einem: „Wenn Ihnen das Hotel nicht gefällt, reisen Sie doch ab.“ Jeden Tag dasselbe: eintönig, langweilig und kalt. Es gibt immer Hühnchen, weil es das billigste Essen im ganzen Land ist. Das Meer ist furchtbar; man sieht kaum etwas. Der Wasserstand im Pool ist höher als im Meer selbst. Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut niemandem empfehlen.

food quality was good and the staff were very welcoming and kind. The rooms were kept clean and up to our expectations throughout the whole vacation. The beach looked very nice and felt calm. The wifi was pretty fast although it wasnt free.

Good resort, but a few things need improving We had an overall stay at Golden Beach Resort and there are definitely some positives but there were also quite a few things that I think guests should know before booking. The biggest thing for me was that all-inclusive doesn’t really feel fully all-inclusive. There are quite a lot of things that you still have to pay extra for which can be frustrating when you expect most things to be included in the price. The beach is very shallow for a long distance so you have to walk quite far out before it gets properly deep. Once you reach the water though the beach or through the bridge is really nice and the sea is great for swimming. Another downside is the Wi-Fi as there is no Wi-Fi provided. I also wasn’t a fan of having to reserve restaurants especially when there is already variety. That said, the food that was available was genuinely good quality so I can’t complain about the taste or standard of it. One smaller issue was that an iron wasn’t provided even after we requested one, which I think should be a basic thing for a resort to provide when needed. Overall I enjoyed the holiday. There are definitely things I liked about Golden Beach Resort, particularly the food quality and the beach once you get into deeper water. However I think the resort could improve by including more, in the all- package providing free Wi-Fi offering more food variety and making some of the extra activities more reasonably priced.

Az egyik legjobb nyaralásunk volt. Közel van a reptérhez .Nagyon szép rendezett környezet , a szoba teljesen megfelelő, a saját tengerpart csodás. Medencék , csúzdák . Itt minden korosztály megtalálja a magának megfelelőt , gyerekbarát , rengeteg program egész nap és este .Több étterem , ahol bőséges, ízletes és változatos ételeket kinálnak . A személyzet nagyon barátságos , és segítőkész. Rengeteg ember keményen dolgozik azért , hogy a vendégek a megfelelő szolgáltatást kapják .Csak ajánlani tudom, remek választás.

Superbe établissement ! Personnel de qualité et très bon rapport qualité-prix. Je vous conseille les yeux fermés l’hôtel Golden Beach. Le personnel était incroyable, la nourriture parfaite, variée et très bonne. Il y a également de nombreuses activités, et le ménage est fait chaque jour avec beaucoup de soin. Petit plus : pas mal de membres du personnel parlent français, ce qui est vraiment appréciable et qu’on ne retrouve pas dans tous les hôtels. Un séjour au top ! J’y retournerai dès mon prochain voyage en Égypte. 🇪🇬❤️

Très bel hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Nourriture correcte et plusieurs restaurants à thèmes variés . Beaucoup de piscines et de transats . On ne se sent pas étouffé par la foule dans cet hôtel . Pareil pour la plage de l’hôtel, beaucoup de transats à disposition. Plage accessible aux enfants car peu profonde sur plusieurs mètres . La vue de la chambre sur la piscine et la mer, le personnel très sympatique, la nourriture qui était correcte.

Le mobilier de la chambre semblait vieux. Le wifi payant dans la chambre. Les cocktails avec alcool qui manquaient d'alcool. Et le pus embêtant, les personnes qui essayaient de vendre des prestations sur plage.

الغرف مستواها متوسط من حيث الاثاث العاملين في صالات الطعام و البارات يعاملون النزيل الأجنبي بشكل افضل كثير جداً من النزلاء المصرين و جود كميات كبيره جدا من الناموس ليلاً في جميع أنحاء الفندق في الأماكن الخارجية مما يجعل الجلوس ليلاً فيها شيء صعب جداً و كذلك وجد برص في غرفة النوم و بلغت الريسبشن و تم التعامل معه و القضاء عليه وهذه كانت تجربتي الشخصية

Hôtel sympa dans l’ensemble, avec plusieurs piscines, un aquapark et plusieurs restaurants à la carte plutôt agréables. Le personnel est vraiment un gros point positif : souriant, à l’écoute et avec une vraie volonté de satisfaire les clients. Mention spéciale à Sarah à l’accueil, qui parle très bien français et qui a été vraiment adorable et disponible.

En revanche, quelques points à améliorer. Il est très difficile de trouver un transat autour des piscines, car beaucoup de personnes les réservent très tôt le matin. C’est assez pénible, surtout quand on vient en vacances pour se détendre. Je n’ai pas non plus vraiment compris l’intérêt de réserver une grande piscine aux adultes à l’entrée de l’hôtel : cela prend beaucoup de place pour finalement peu de personnes. Nous étions dans le bâtiment des chambres 300 et l’odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain était vraiment très forte, notamment dans la douche. Et gros point négatif du séjour : les moustiques. Il y en avait énormément, aussi bien dans les chambres qu’à l’extérieur et même à l’accueil. Nous avions plusieurs prises anti-moustiques dans la chambre, mais malgré ça, nous nous sommes fait dévorer tous les soirs. Il faudrait vraiment que l’hôtel trouve une solution à ce niveau-là. Nous étions vraiment sur le point d’écourter notre séjour dans cet hôtel à cause de ce point là.

Hôtel grand très spacieux et surtout d'un propreté remarquable. Personnel attentif, au petit soin et un grand merci à Sarah a la réception. Également Mahmoud pour les transports et à Alex et son équipe pour l'animation autour de la piscine. Séjour impeccable super rapport qualité prix par rapport à d'autres hôtel 2 à 3 fois plus cher et beaucoup moins propre et classe. Merci pour cette belle semaine.

Les chambres sont propres et bien entretenues. La plage privée est un véritable plus, tout comme la piscine réservée aux adultes, qui permet de profiter d’un cadre plus calme et reposant. Nous avons également apprécié la présence d’un interlocuteur francophone disponible sur place et via WhatsApp. Un grand merci à Sarah pour sa disponibilité, son écoute et son aide tout au long du séjour.

Pas de transats disponibles, car dès 8h00, les clients déposent leurs serviettes sur les transats afin de les réserver. Il est donc quasiment impossible de trouver une place en journée, alors que de nombreux transats restent vides, mais occupés par une simple serviette. Le problème est d’autant plus important que toutes les serviettes sont identiques, puisqu’elles sont fournies par l’hôtel. Il serait donc nécessaire de mettre en place un système permettant d’éviter cette réservation abusive des transats. Par ailleurs, certains membres du personnel, notamment les serveurs, semblent davantage disponibles et attentifs envers les clients qui leur donnent des pourboires. Cela donne malheureusement le sentiment que la qualité du service dépend du montant des tips.

We rolled into the lobby looking like exhausted travelers who deeply underestimated how hot the Red Sea sun is. Checking in was reasonably fast, though our keycard seemed to have a personal vendetta against our door—it took us three tries every single time. The room itself? Spacious, clean enough, and had a balcony overlooking the gardens. Sure, the furniture looked like it had survived a few historical eras, and the bathroom plumbing made sounds suspiciously like a dying whale, but hey! We didn't come to Hurghada to stare at the walls. The bed was massive, which was great because my husband and I spent 30% of the trip fighting over who hogged the blanket (spoiler: it was always him). 🌊 Beach & Pools. The beach is genuinely gorgeous. Soft sand, warm water, and plenty of loungers—if you are willing to wake up at the crack of dawn to play the international game of "Towel on the Sunbed." My husband tried to look cool and macho by walking straight into the water without water shoes, only to step on a shell that apparently had a personal grudge against his sole. Cue dramatic hopping on one foot while I laughed so hard I dropped my sunglasses. The pools are huge and lively, though the pool bar is basically a magnetic field for overly enthusiastic guys named Mohammed trying to sell you quad-bike desert tours every five minutes. Just smile, say "la, shukran" (no thank you), and order another mango juice. 🍽️ Food & Drinks. Let’s talk about the culinary experience. The main restaurant offers a massive buffet where options range from "surprisingly delicious" to "what on earth is this mysterious grey meat?" Breakfast: The omelet station is the battlefield where friendships are made and lost. My husband stood in line for ten minutes, politely smiled at the chef, and walked away with an omelet that had onions, peppers, and enough chili to power a rocket ship. Lunch & Dinner: There is always chicken, rice, and pasta, so nobody will starve. Just pace yourself. By day three, my husband proudly declared himself an expert in identifying which salads were safe. The Drinks: Ah, the all-inclusive local alcohol. It’s an adventure. The wine tastes like liquid courage mixed with regret, and the beer is served in plastic cups the size of thimbles. Pro tip: Always tip the bartender one single dollar on day one. Suddenly, your tiny plastic cups magically transform into large glasses filled with twice as much alcohol. Magic! 🌴 Entertainment & Vibe. The animation team works harder than anyone I’ve ever seen. They try to get everyone to do aqua aerobics, belly dancing, and beach volleyball. My husband flat-out refused to dance, claiming his "knees were acting up," but the moment the evening show started, he was the loudest person clapping in the audience (mostly because he won a cheap plastic medal in some ridiculous trivia contest). Huge shoutout to Sheriff Egypt for making our excursions in Hurghada unforgettable! It is easy to find online by its name. Their prices are noticeably lower than what the hotel guides try to charge for the exact same trips. We highly recommend booking their Cairo trip in a small group (up to 8 people) with an individual guide—it makes the experience so much more personal and comfortable. Don't miss their sea trip to Giftun Island (Hula Hula) either; the yacht was brand new, and all the guides spoke fantastic English. Highly professional and totally worth it! ✅ The Verdict . Would we return to Golden Beach Resort? You know what? Yes, absolutely. It’s not a five-star ultra-luxury palace, but it doesn't pretend to be one either. It’s fun, vibrant, incredibly affordable, and gave us endless things to laugh about. If you go with a sense of humor, low expectations for the plumbing, and a high tolerance for buffet chaos, you will have a fantastic time. Just remember to bring extra sunscreen, a couple of dollars for tips, and water shoes. Greetings from Hurghada!

Nous avons apprécié le fait qu'il y ait plusieurs piscines et la taille de la plage privée qui ont permis de ne pas être serrés et d'avoir toujours des transats disponibles, ainsi que la diversité des toboggans et les glaces distribuées au moment du goûter Nous avons apprécié la propreté d'une manière générale tant pour les chambres que le reste de l'établissement. L'établissement est bien pensé pour ne pas avoir à sortir (petits commerces, restaurants à thème supplementaires qui permettent de changer du buffet, animations du soir, taille de l'établissement pour se balader ou boire un verre en terrasse à n'importe quel moment de la journée).

De ne pas avoir réunis les 2 chambres réservées malgré plusieurs mails envoyés en amont, bien avant notre arrivée. C'est la 1ere fois qu'un établissement n'a pas su coller nos chambres. Malgré tout nous avions 2 chambres au même étage après insistance.

Les repas etait d’une qualité mediocre et repetitif , y avais pas de choix , par rapport au tarif proposée la qualité et la diversification doit etre meilleur .

Un établissement ou vous pouvez allez sereinement, les jardins sont fabuleux et très bien entretenus. Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique toujours prêt à répondre aux besoins et très gentil. Les piscine sont magnifiques et très propres. La nourriture est bonne, c'est très copieux et les différents restaurants présentent des formules variées. C'est vraiment tout compris : cocktails, repas, billard, mini golf, glaces ... Les bouteilles d'eau sont renouvelées tous les jours dans les chambres gratuitement . Le ponton permet de se baigner dans la mer ou il y a beaucoup d'eau car en effet au niveau de la plage il y a peu d'eau (marées + faible pente). Les chambres sont propres et la climatisation fonctionne bien, nous étions au niveau de la réception et pourtant c'était très calme Le personnel parle beaucoup de langues. Un peu à l'écart du centre de la ville mais les tours operateurs viennent chercher les clients facilement. Bref nous avons passé en famille avec 3 grands enfants un superbe séjour.

We were very impressed by the warm hospitality and excellent service throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Waleed at the reception, which made a great first impression. We also thoroughly enjoyed the aqua park and the main swimming pool. A special thanks goes to the staff at the à la carte restaurants for making our dining experience exceptional. Chef Mina at the Asian restaurant, Chef Ahmed at the Oriental restaurant, and Chef Shafeek at the Italian restaurant all provided outstanding service and delicious meals. Our family truly had a wonderful and memorable vacation. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable!

We had an amazing stay at Golden Beach Resort! The hotel is exactly like the pictures online, and my family and I truly enjoyed every moment. There are so many fun activities to do throughout the day. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Mohamed from room service for his polite and excellent service! The animation team was also fantastic and full of energy, and a huge shout-out to Tera at the Kids Club—she was wonderful and so sweet with the kids. We will definitely come back!

I only like the daily cleaning of rooms and Bonzai restaurant

Mosquitos were terrible (you can't sleep and sit outside, many guests were complaining about mosquitos but they were not doing anything), sea is terrible (you walk 100m and it is still 20cm deep and very limited part of sea to swim because of the hotel boats with many people), breakfast is not good at all (always same and less variety) , they have charged 4 euros for a lost shit room card and this made me crazy in midnight while checkout (they did not do anything although i compalined about this issue). Most of the people are from Egypt or Arabian countries. Far from the city center so nothing to do during the night. Local alcoholic drinks have bad taste. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Pay little more to stay another hotel. You were going to Hurghada for a beatiful swimming possibilities but this hotel has no this.

كان في ناموس في الغرفة ودي اول مره تحصل المره اللي فاتت مكنش كدا .. كمان اللي مش عاجبني البراندينج بتاعكم اللوجو والمنيو واللوحات وكل المطبوعات والمعروضات على الشاشات بصفتي اعمل في المجال وانا مصمم جرافيك بخبرة فوق ال٨ سنوات اعرض عليكم ان اقوم بعمل براندينج جديد وتعديل للمطبوعات وايضا السوشيال ميديا واللوجو وكل شيء ودا هيساعدكم جدا جدا في التسويق

Good day, we have visited your hotel for the 3rd time and we are more than satisfied with everything and we would love to come back. This year our relaxing break at the pool was spoiled by an arrogant employee (head of the swimming pool) who did not greet us and behaved inappropriately towards his subordinates in front of the clients. The cleaner from room 324 is very nice and always cleaned up nicely for us and replenished everything. Big thanks also go to the guys at the bar in the Relax zone, especially Belal and Kiro.

We brought a group of 14 to Egypt. Some of these wanted diving through the "5-star PADI" Dive shop on premises. The dive operation was only 3 stars, the resort 5 stars. Regarding the resort? Fantastic! Food choices were phenomenal. Coffee and tea in the room. Pools were over the top. Grounds well-maintained. A LOT of families with kids. Concierge steered us to a taxi that kind of overcharged us. We found we needed to taxi into town for various things (location was far North of Hurghadas Marina) so we needed to taxi a lot. Miniature golf was free. Parasail kite surfing was fun to watch. Front desk could answer most questions but could supply no information about their [on property] dive operation. Might be unfair but diving was why we chose this resort. Plus its a looonng walk to the boats.

I’d like to share my experience at this hotel. First, the way Egyptians are treated is terrible. Second, there are no activities from the animation team—I don’t know what their purpose is—and there’s no DJ either. Third, the mosquitoes in the reception area and the rooms are a huge problem. Fourth, while I was eating in the restaurant, I found a gecko scurrying beneath me—something that is absolutely unacceptable. Fifth, there is no variety in the food; it’s the exact same thing every day. At one point, the coleslaw was spoiled and sour. Sixth, regarding the bar: even though I’m entitled to hard liquor, every time I go to get a drink, the bartender acts as if he’s annoyed and makes me feel like he disapproves of what I’m ordering.

The hotel is crowded with Egyptians from tourism companies and guests are pushing each other over food which will be refilled how silly is that! Food are ok but no variety. The waiters are very rude specially the man at the lobby bar who refused to serve coffee at 9:30 based on some silly enforced rule that coffees are served after 10:00 am which is idiotic, he removed his name tag to prevent me from reporting him which is against tourism guidelines, I got his name later which is Badawy. Managers are helpless and hold no authority over their employees. They do not take complains seriously. A deux, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’hôtel est superbe, avec de très beaux espaces verts et de belles piscines calmes ou animées. Il y a 4 restaurants à thème inclus et un grand buffet varié et bon donc niveau repas nous étions très satisfait. De plus le personnel est adorable et très réactif, les cocktails sont plutôt bon ( mojito top ). Chambre spacieuse, moderne et très bon service de chambre. Je recommande cet hôtel !

Notre chambre était côté routes et étaient bruyante la nuit, la plage est bien entretenue même si l’on ne peut pas faire de snorkeling et que la couleur de l’eau n’est pas bleu turquoise. Manque de fruits surtout l’après midi.

Food.. food is really sucks and haven't meet the expectations of the hotel level and price. There is a real a problem in food varity and quality.

This was our second stay at the hotel for my family and first time for me , and overall it remains a good property that offers reasonable value for money. The gardens and landscaping are beautiful and well maintained, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. I would like to extend special thanks to Mr. Karam Gamil at the Beach Bar for his outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and excellent attitude. Also, thanks to Mohamed Gamal at the main restaurant for his kindness and great service. However, as a hotel manager myself, I would like to highlight a few points that need attention: 1. The mosquito problem is extremely serious, especially during the evening and night. The number of mosquitoes was excessive and affected both adults and children. This issue requires immediate action. 2. Unfortunately, most members of our group suffered from stomach pain and diarrhea during the stay, which raises concerns regarding hygiene and food safety standards. 3. Our first impression was negatively affected by an unpleasant interaction during check-in with the receptionist, Fatma. Even when misunderstandings occur, front desk staff should remain calm, professional, and welcoming, as they represent the hotel’s first impression. Additional customer service training would be beneficial. 4. Housekeeping serviced our room only once during the entire stay. If guests are inside the room when housekeeping arrives, there should be a follow-up attempt later or communication through reception to confirm whether service is required. 5. The flooring in the main restaurant is in poor condition and negatively impacts the overall appearance of the dining area. Despite these issues, the hotel still has many positive aspects, and with improvements in these areas, the guest experience could be significantly enhanced.

Très bel hôtel avec une magnifique végétation ! L’emplacement est idéal, les pieds dans l’eau avec une belle plage privée. Tout le personnel est souriant, chaleureux et à l’écoute. Le rapport qualité/ prix est top ! Nous avons passé de superbes vacances grave à vous ! Merci encore et à bientôt !

The Best Place

Una struttura pulita e con tanti ristoranti all'interno, staff professionale e cortese . Reception molto professionale, hanno esteso anche il check out gratuitamente permettendoci di fare una doccia prima di ripartire.

L'unica pecca della struttura è la spiaggia e il mare e l'assenza di barriera corallina, purtroppo l'acqua è bassissima e con la marea addirittura l'acqua sparisce e bisogna fare centinaia di metri per fare un bagno

L'accueil est agréable, merci à Fatma qui nous a bien accueilli à la réception. Le personnel est sympa dans l'ensemble. La chambre est formidable, et propre. La piscine est merveilleuse. La nourriture est diversifiée. Le parc aquatique est cool.

La plage est grande mais l'eau de la mer est en reflux, ce qui rend la baignade impossible vu que l'eau n'atteint pas les genoux. Internet gratuit en lobby uniquement, pour le reste de l'hôtel c'est payant.

Tout absolument tout ! Du personnel, l’hôtel la nourriture tout absolument tout est super tout le monde est au petit soin l’hôtel est très très propre toujours en rénovation toujours entrain de se faire nettoyer matin, midi soir, des équipe tourne pour entretenir l’hôtel la réception est à l’écoute et gère le moindre petit soucis merci absolument à tout le monde pour tout nous quittons l’établissement le cœur serrer merci à Ali et à Sarah de la réception qui parle très bien français nous recommandons mille fois cette hôtel et nous reviendrons avec plaisir merci encore pour tout les mot sont faible ❤️

Сподобався готель, привітний персонал, кухня різноманітна та смачна. На пляжі біля всіх шезлонгів стоять ширми з лози, які приховують тебе від інших туристів - естетично та зручно. Територія зелена та квітуча. Піщаний пляж та дно моря - для туристів з дітьми ідеально. Особлива подяка за індивідуальну увагу Шефу десертів на вечері))

Дуже приємний персонал. Величезна територія комплексу. Приємно здивувало, що замість номера економ-класу, запропонували покращений номер, без будь-якої додаткової оплати. Море не глибоке, для сім'ї з маленькими дітками ідеально.

Готель розташований далеко від центра міста, але це можна розцінювати і як великий плюс, в розрізі тиші та спокою. Все залежить від ваших планів на відпочинок.

Le service etait excellent. L'équipe a été aux petits soins avec moi, sachant que j'étais seule. Le resort est grand on peut se balader, il y a des espaces verts, parc aquatique, plusieurs piscines, une plage et plusieurs restaurants. Dommage que la baignade n'est plus possible après 18h00. La nourriture pourrait être mieux pour un 4 étoile, mais on peut manger convenablement. Je remercie vivement le personnel de l'accueil, les serveurs de la terasse et les serveurs de la piscine pour adultes 🫶🏾

Thanks to the resort for giving me a beach view double room ( suite ) for free which was a nice gesture from all of them 1 - Value for money ( you will get much more than you expect ) : the amount I paid I assumed it is good or very good hotel but it is definitely perfect and I will come again for sure 2 - Friendly & welcoming staff ( Walid from Reception - Madkour from Restraunt - Tayb from beach bar - Ahmed on the omelette in Restaurant - Mohamed on the Restraunt entrance - Heba from guest service - Reda on Mediterranean Restaurant) 3 - Huge area on the beach & 3 pools ( 1 of the 3 pools is relaxing pool without noise ) where you will never feel it crowded in addition to a very nice aqua park for adults & kids as well They have free parking In front of beach and pools there is bar ans snacks 4 - Tennis , GYM , Padel , kids area , football , volleyball, theatre, beach games area , camels , horses , aqua park , darts , pingpong , SPA , reading , video games are available in the resort 5 - FOOD : Main Restraunt which offer everything with big variety ( beef - fish - chiken - salads - rice - pasta - vegetable - healthy corner - sweets & fruits - bakeries - pastries - drinks & beverages ) Beach restraunt : nice atmosphere on beach with less variety for breakfast & lunch but super feeling eating near by the sea Restraunts : Italian - Asian - Arabian oriental - Mediterranean/seafood - fastfood Snacks : Sandwiches - soft cream - fruits - slush smoothie - fish - kebab - burgers Bars : alcoholic & non alcoholic drinks - beverages - juices - hot drinks

J'ai pas apprécié certains personnels on avait l'impression qu'on les faisait chier plus qu autre choses ... le fait de s'adresser a eux demander quelque chose et qu'ils se parlent entre collègues en arabe on a plutôt l'impression quils se foutent de nous c est pas très respectueux... le personnel dans les petits magasin très envahissant forcing pour rentrer acheter . ..

Prachtig hotel met voor ieder wel wat! Verschillende restaurants, veel activiteiten, een bar, meerdere zwembaden en de zee. Het personeel is ontzettend attent, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De schoonmaakservice was ook erg goed.

Er is geen WiFi op de kamers, alleen in de lobby.

We got upgraded to a great room, staff was very friendly and helpful, taking care of us even after check out to our flight late evening. Everything very clean - rooms, restaurants, washrooms in good condition. Great variety of food and very tasty. Lots of activities , beautiful garden and property. Lots of pools , beach greatly furnished with recliners and wind breakers. Great kiting school on the territory, we had lessons with Ahmed and were more than happy with his help.

There is a "lazy river" pool, would be great if the hotel had some donuts or other floaters. Pool hours are very short, were expecting pool working at least till 9-10 pm. Would like to see more fresh fruits like watermelon, melon and bananas at lunch and dinner, not only breakfast.

Every thing was amazing. Staff was great. I would like to thank Mr Mohammed Naim and Mr Ali from the reception and room service Mr. Ramadan plus Farouk from F&B for the excellent service and help. They make my stay very comfortable with my family. Plus Britt the guest relationship manager for her caring. They assisted me to celebrate my son birthday during my stay Thank you all for your high standards. You will be my favorite hotel in Hurghada.

Mobile network was bad Etisalat. Wifi is charging service.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit im Golden Beach Resort. Ich war mit meiner Frau und meinem Sohn hier und wir haben jeden Moment genossen. Besonders begeistert hat uns die große Vielfalt beim Essen. Es gab jeden Tag eine riesige Auswahl an verschiedenen Gerichten, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas Passendes dabei war. Auch für Kinder ist bestens gesorgt: Die tollen Aktivitäten und das Unterhaltungsprogramm am Abend haben unserem Sohn riesigen Spaß gemacht und den Urlaub für ihn unvergesslich gemacht. Ein kleines Problem mit dem Internet zu Beginn wurde noch am selben Tag superschnell gelöst. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an den Chef der Rezeption, Herrn Mansour (ein echt netter Mensch), der uns extrem entgegengekommen ist und alle unsere Wünsche perfekt erfüllt hat. Auch bei Herrn Ali von der Rezeption und dem gesamten Housekeeping-Team (Rooms) möchten wir uns herzlich für den tollen Service bedanken. Hier wird wirklich alles getan, um die Gäste glücklich zu machen! Wir empfehlen das Hotel wärmstens weiter und kommen gerne wieder.

Mr. Walid at reception was extremely helpful and supportive throughout my stay. The bakery lady at the buffet was very kind, and the animation team was energetic and made the atmosphere enjoyable.

The internet was very disappointing. I paid 5 euros for Wi-Fi, even though internet is usually free in hotels, but it was extremely slow and I still could not do my work. I had to use my mobile hotspot and buy extra subscriptions, and even then the network was very poor. The room also did not have an espresso machine or espresso, and the buffet did not offer fresh juices without an extra charge. There was no conditioner/balsam, and getting a dental kit was a bit difficult, although Mr. Walid honestly helped with many things.

Das Essen im Hotel ist top. Der Reis schmeckt super lecker und das Frühstück ist auch sehr vielseitig. Der Kaffee könnte für meinen Geschmack ein bisschen stärker sein, aber das ist auch okay. Man darf nicht vergessen, dass man in Afrika ist und sich die angestellten sehr stark über ein für europäische Verhältnisse kleines (0.50€) Trinkgeld freuen, weil für Sie in Ägypten 1€ die Kaufkraft von 10€ hat. Generell ist das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Fitness-Studio ist auch gut ausgestattet und die Nähe zum Strand und zur Tauchbasis, RED SEA DIVERS, ist der Hammer. Ich habe in den 14 Tage 22 Tauchgänge gemacht und es war fantastisch. Ich komme definitiv wieder zu Jungs!

Der Alkohol an den Bars könnte bessere Qualität haben. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn direkt beim Einzug in das Zimmer ein Schlüssel im Safe gewesen wäre, um den Safe direkt zu nutzen. Die Taxifahrer direkt vor dem Hotel sind sehr dreist und haben mich beleidigt.

Stuff was very helpful at the hotel - when we didn't like our room in the main buidling and staff accomodated our request and moved us to quiter location with a better view of the beach. Walid at reception was very helpful with all of our requests. I especially liked breakfast at the beach available with reservation, away from the all inclusive main breakfast facility and dinners reserved at a-la carte restaurants because it was less crowded with service.

Main building rooms can be noisy if they face to the corridor which goes all the way through the building. Insulation of the rooms is not great. There was also noise from the main restaurant in our original room, however our request was accomodated and we were moved into a better room away from main building. There was also construction in front of the main building, but it was wrapping up at the end of our stay.
