Excellent Stay at Hotel Exotic, Amritsar ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Hotel Exotic, Amritsar. The biggest advantage of the hotel is its excellent location—it is within walking distance of the Golden Temple and other major attractions, making sightseeing extremely convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. The staff were very polite, cooperative, and helpful throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The food was also good, with a nice homely taste. Overall, it was a pleasant and value-for-money experience, especially for families visiting Amritsar. I would definitely recommend Hotel Exotic to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a great location and friendly hospitality. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Amritsar. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stayed here for a week. When we reached there it was 4:30 in the morning and our checkin was at 11 but the guy who attended us was very sweet and gave us a temporary room to sleep till 11. Nancy and Lucky were very welcoming and helping us throughout our stay. The other staff were very sweet and did their job very promptly. The property is very close to the temple like 5 min away. The breakfast was good too. Soya chaap is their signature dish!

The property had an issue with electricity due to voltage drop but they promptly handled it. There was an issue in the AC so they gave us temporary room for a night and got it fixed within in an hour.

Unfortunately, there was very little to appreciate about the stay. Basic requests such as bottled water and sugar for tea required multiple calls, and the overall service was slow and unresponsive.

I was disappointed with several aspects of my stay. The road leading to the hotel is very narrow and inconvenient, especially for guests arriving by personal car. The service was extremely slow, with long delays for tea, coffee, food, and even basic requests like bottled water. The kitchen was not ready at the promised time, and dinner was served very late. There were also multiple power outages, and the backup generator did not start immediately. Overall, the experience did not match the standards expected from a 4-star hotel.

Breakfast was very basic. Access to the hotel is through very narrow lanes as the access road from Jalianwala Bagh side is dug up. The room facilities and bathroom were decent. Overall value for money.

Location was literally 5min walk from JW Bagh and Golden Temple. But lanes are small so big cars may not go till hotel gate. Breakfast was good. Small but nice spread.

Cleanliness is something which can be improved specially on the utensils food plates bowls etc. Rooms were clean enough. Beds are spring ones so very uncomfortable but that's what most hotels around the world has.

Amazing stay! The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. The best thing is parking is also available inside the hotel.

Room was too small to comfortably accommodate 3 persons with the extra mattress. Once the mattress was placed, there was hardly any space left to walk around. The staff even had to remove the chair and small desk to fit the extra bed. I was quite surprised that this property is rated as a 4-star hotel, as it felt more like a regular 2 or 3-star stay in terms of room size and overall experience. That said, the staff behavior was good, breakfast was nice, and the Golden Temple is within walkable distance, which is definitely a plus point.

The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the breakfast was also very good. Overall, it was a nice and pleasant place to stay.

We left so early in the morning because of our flight to Srinagar so we only had packed sandwiches and fruits for breakfast but we are still thankful for their effort to prepare the food for us. The food was just enough for a quick breakfast while on the way to the airport. The front desk staff was very nice to help us in getting tuktuk to the grand temple and in arranging for taxis the next day to the airport.

Upon arrival, we were quite hungry so we went straight to their restaurant but we found it difficult to call on anyone to ask for additional orders or to orient us about what could be served at that time.

The pictures didn’t adequately reflect the actual property. WiFi signal wasn’t good. Hotel staff were friendly. I probably wouldn’t stay in this property again. Its location was good though, as it was within walking distance to Golden Temple.
