We had a corner room on the 1st floor #105. The room was too small by any standard. The service was overall slow.

Whilst the breakfast spread was grand and lavish, I felt the food taste definitely needs enhancement. The taste was very average. The channa / chole which is soo famous in Amritsar was very very average in taste.. Most ITC properties have the best Indian cuisine in the country, and hence we did come in with very high expectations too..

As mentioned above , it should bot have happened. and rates should be in range of 3k-4k only with the size of room and view.

Small reception areas/ lounge is just enough to seat a guest or two, but the staff was very helpful with giving us a room quickly. Rooms feel small, but are comfortable, they didn't have in room slippers...

Pieza cómoda, limpio, cama cómoda y lo mejor la buena disposición y amabilidad del personal de cocina y comedor, fueron extremadamente amables de adaptarse a nuestras necesidades, muchas gracias!
Solo creo que podrían mejorar la zona de recepción y comunicación con el comedor, porque en invierno es muy muy frío!

Was given an external heater as room centralised heating was not working . Next day they had another guest demanding an heater so they disturbed me at quarter past 11 pm to check if they can collect the external heater and same thing they did thee next day too. I was surprised the staff saying they have only one external heater available with them. This approach is not appreciated

They charged us for breaking a drinking water glass, which could happen to anyone. Sometimes even in restaurants glass break but the don’t charge the customer. If a major damage occurs in the room I can understand but just a glass of water and charging us for that is nonsensical when you are already paying top money and we also agreed to pay 50% more on top of room charges for checking out 3hrs later than actual time, inspite of that they charged us for the broken glass.

Old property that hasn't been kept well. Floor was peeling off. Water stains. Seepage. Very small room for 15k per night. The location was great! Walking distance to everything we wanted to be near. Not value for money though. Excellent staff. Especially Sukhwinder. Very very helpful people.

Local authorities often block the access and guest have no option but to alight from the cab and look for cycle or E-rickshaws to cover the last 300-400 meter distance. There was no information or assistance from the hotel regarding the same.
Location is very good but very poorly managed. Check-in/out can take ages.
