The H Cairo Suites

I stayed here for almost a month and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is quite convenient, with Cairo Festival City and several modern business and shopping areas not far away. At the same time, the hotel is relatively far from the main roads, which makes the surroundings quieter and more peaceful. The room was spacious, with plenty of natural light, which made it comfortable for a long stay. The staff at the hotel lobby were also very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Fares and Mostafa, who were always welcoming and willing to assist whenever needed. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay for an extended period, especially if you value a quiet environment, spacious rooms, and friendly service.

We had an excellent experience. Everything was great, the place was very clean and well maintained, and the service was excellent. We would especially like to highlight Fares’ attention, kindness, and willingness to help. He was always attentive and happy to assist us whenever we needed anything.

تجربة جميلة جدًا وأجمل ما فيها حسن التعامل والاهتمام. الفيلا كانت نظيفة ومريحة، عبارة عن واحدة من أربع فلل خاصة، مع حديقة ومسبح مشترك، بالإضافة إلى وجود ريسبشن خاص لخدمة النزلاء. المالك كان في قمة التعاون ، ومتواجد معي وواقف على كل احتياجاتي، وأي طلب أو مساعدة احتجتها كان متعاون جدًا وسريع في الاستجابة. وأيضًا الأخ فارس في الرسبشن، خلوق ومتعاون جدًا، وما قصر معي أبدًا. الموقع ممتاز، وجميع الخدمات والاحتياجات قريبة ويمكن الوصول لها مشيًا على الأقدام. بكل أمانة، إقامة مريحة وتعامل راقٍ 🤍

De locatie was goed; rustig district. Mustafa wie aanspreekpunt was, was erg aardig en behulpzaam en was daar wanneer wij iets nodig hadden. Het zwembad was ook goed

The property was big enough for me and my wife. We had a very beautiful time. It was clean and very spacious. We like the fact that we could ask for certain things and get it such as extra towels and a glass or cups and stuff as well as we took the opportunity to use the pool available at the property. The property is also located in an area that is very accessible to a lot of shops, grocery stores, ATMs.

İşte Booking için uygun, net ve kurumsal İngilizce çeviri: English: On the first day, the air conditioners were not working. Communication was very difficult as the staff could not speak English. There was no hot water, which was completely unacceptable. On our last day, water leaked from the kitchen sink and the floor was flooded. I definitely do not recommend this place.

It was stunning! A cute and quaint little villa that’s the perfect welcome to explorers. The staff were extraordinary and exceptional in making us feel welcome. Moustafa and Abdurahman were amazing. There was a language barrier but that didn’t stop them from helping us with anything we needed. Such lovely people mashallah!

Quartier calme du Nouveau Caire à seulement 15 minutes environ du centre du Caire en taxi, le personnel est réactif et très attentif (bien que tous ne maîtrisent pas l'anglais), les chambres sont propres et confortables, l'établissement est fidèle aux photos. Je recommande !

La limpieza y el tamaño

Amazing location and amazing stuff!

Literally nothing.

The hotel is in a perfect location, not too close to the airport but conveniently near the facilities in New Cairo. Some staff members don’t speak English, but they are so kind, friendly, and welcoming that it doesn’t detract from the experience.

There were some maintenance issues: the air conditioner in the second room didn't work effectively, and the shower in the second bathroom had water pressure problems. Additionally, the sound of the nearby mosque's call to prayer was clearly audible even with doors and windows closed, which might be worth noting for light sleepers or those unaccustomed to it.

No complaints. Personel was fine (shoutout to Marianne!), breakfasts were simple, but tasty. I think the venue is more suitable for a longer stay, especially if you like to cook for yourself and have kids (there's a large garden, pool, PS5...).

This was my first stay in Egypt, so I am not sure how safe the area is or not, but I found the door of the not-that-high-placed balcony very... breakable-into. I think the door would benefit from being changed to something that could withstand a shoulder push. The other door has an outside rolette, which gives some more feeling of safety. On the other hand, the gate seemed quite sturdy, so maybe its just my paranoia. :-)

Big room, swimming pool, staff lovely, very helpful...They even waited up until midnight to make sure we arrived safely back to our accommodation.

Location was hard to find by taxi drivers but staff were excellent always assisting us whenever we needed a driver.

Clean, good location and kind staff

The breakfast

The location is away from the auditory and air pollution of the old Cairo and close to the airport. Quiet and nice garden.

It is a villa so it is not built originally as a hotel. Unmarried couples are not allowed (I received a message on WhatsApp after I booked and paid for it). Breakfast was all prepackaged food. The bed was not well assembled. The water for some reason was not working (might have been some plumbing repairs or issues) then they fixed it after I called them.

The staff were amazing, especially Maria she is one in a million, they could not do enough for us. The self contained units were modern and high standard cleaning. The garden and pool were great and nice quiet location. Food option was good but could be even better with option of toast instead of just bread.

Pool furniture could do with upgrading, not a lot of restaurants within walking distance

The staff had very, very modest language skills. The breakfast was dissapointing considering the price we paid for the room. Furthermore, the staff lacked flexibility as to when breakfast could be served, not before 9 am. The service provided made it unclear to us if we have booked a hotel or an appartment. In case it was a hotel, then the above comments regarding breakfast i applicaple. If it was an appartment, then we certainly missed access to the kitchen. We were denied acces to the kitchen by the staff

The members of staff were nice and welcoming. The hostel is very clean and tidy. The rooms are airy and spacious.

The hostel is not very easy to find. Took us some time with a local driver. The first room was not quite ready for a stay, but the owner suggested we have a bigger room that had no convenience problems. So in the end everything was excellent.

Nice environment, nice house, nice service. The owner is a very kind gentleman, you will have second stay if you had first for sure.

The most thing l don't like is that l can't find what l don't satisfy with.

Our stay at Villa 13 Luxury Suites was absolutely exceptional. The room was excellent, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable experience. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Hassan and Ms. Malak for their warm welcome and outstanding care. I would also like to thank Mostafa and Islam for their cooperation and attentiveness in ensuring all our needs were met with such professionalism and kindness. Villa 13 will undoubtedly be our top choice for future visits to Cairo!
