Reviewed Sep 6, 2026El apartamento en general está bien y cuenta con lo básico para una estancia cómoda: la cama, la ducha y una cocina con lo suficiente. Tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos dos cápsulas de café y una botella de agua a nuestra llegada, lo cual agradecimos.
La ubicación no nos pareció la mejor. El apartamento está bastante aislado, en medio de una zona donde no hay prácticamente nada alrededor. Flic à Flac está a unos 4-5 minutos en coche, pero es necesario disponer de transporte para moverse. Por las noches había un ruido muy extraño procedente del apartamento con el que nos costaba bastante conciliar el sueño. No conseguimos identificar qué era exactamente, pero resultaba bastante molesto. Las vistas tampoco son agradables, ya que uno de los grandes ventanales da a un espacio vacío que actualmente está en obras. Para una estancia de 8 días nos dejaron únicamente dos rollos de papel higiénico. Cuando preguntamos si podían traernos más, nos respondieron que no estaba incluido en el presupuesto pagado por el apartamento y que debíamos comprarlo nosotros. Sinceramente, creemos que proporcionar suficiente papel higiénico para una estancia de varios días debería ser algo básico. Además, no se puede dejar comida fuera porque rápidamente aparecen muchas hormigas. Durante nuestra estancia también encontramos varias cucarachas. Por último, las toallas estaban en muy mal estado, rotas y con un aspecto poco limpio, algo que nos pareció bastante desagradable. La tasa de turista que te comunican al realizar la reserva la tienes que pagar en efectivo al llegar, nosotros pensábamos que se cobraba con el cobro automático del total pero no. En general, el apartamento tiene una buena base y podría ser una estancia agradable, pero hay varios detalles importantes relacionados con la limpieza, los suministros y el descanso que deberían mejorarse.

El colchón, excesivamente blando, sería interesante una renovación del mismo.

La personne qui est venue nous voir au logement ne nous a rien expliqué du fonctionnement du lave-linge (disjoncteur declanche) grille pain hs. Un seul rouleau de papier WC pour 1 semaine. Par contre elle nous a dit qu'elle venait pour percevoir la nouvelle taxe de séjour.

Le fait que nous n’avions pas un peu de lessive sur place en attendant de faire les courses, pas de pinces pour étendre le linge; le parking, car le trottoir était un peu trop haut et pouvait abîmer notre voiture de location, ainsi que les pavés à trous pour accéder à notre appartement n’étaient pas très pratique en fonction des chaussures qu’on porte, et l’accès au premier étage pas pratique non plus quand on a de lourds bagages.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2025Appartement propre, bien agencé et bien équipé dans un quartier calme bien situé. Personnel très sympathique et réactif. Très bon rapport qualité prix Très jolie vue mer et coucher de soleil de notre balcon 😊
Manque quelques équipements comme un sèche serviette dans la salle de bain, des pinces à linges pour étendre le linge car beaucoup de vent, un porte savon Wifi pas très puissant mais une solution nous a été trouvée pour y remédier

Reviewed Dec 30, 2024Modern space, lots of room - a lovely design. Attention to comfort. We liked retreating from the busy beachfront after the full days - had a rental car, so getting there was fine for us. The pool was lovely, and we spent a lot of the evenings reading on the balcony.
Only 2 small parkings on site. The other side was reserved for the owner. Not quite what the website said, but we did not need to leave our car on the street at all, so it was fine for us.

My booking was unfortunately non -refundable. Booked for 4 nights /3 nights only used - Could not come to an agreement on my dates changed for a refund as I could not check in on the first day. Commuting is either by public transport due to distance from the beach, you will have a better experience if you could hire a car. Please buy your own water pack for clear drinking water.
