It is super bad how the property is managed by your representative: it is extremely dirty, including bed sheets which are not changed but just run with hand on top to make sheet flat, there is broken AC, insects all around the house, not flashed bath and toilet and stuff was asking to welcome pump maintenance even we clearly communicated we came only for 1-2h day sleep of our baby. That’s complete mess and disrespect for the money the took.

Broken glass and dirts in the pool. Had difficulty to lock and unlock main entrance door. No key to close the gate properly. Issue with wifi (password was always incorrect despite being provided).

L’appartement était sale. Des cheveux dans la douche. Pas de papier toilette, 2 serviettes humides sur l’étendoir dehors alors que nous étions 5, pas de tapis de bain donc dangereux avec un carrelage glissant, la piscine qui s’écaille, une odeur désagréable, la vaisselle sale, des fourmis mortes dans le réservoir d’eau de la cafetière, le grille pain salé inutilisable, des traces de doigts marrons dans les toilettes, bref heureusement que c’était pour une seule nuit je ne serais pas resté. Nous avons écrit au propriétaire qui a juste répondu à un seul message pr dire qu’il était désolé puis plus de réponse de sa part !

Porte de chambre cassé. Pas de papier toilette dans les WC. Les mitigeurs de douche non fonctionnelle. Les serviettes de bain trop petite et tâcher. Pas de bouteille de gaz avec la plancha extérieur. Rideaux des chambres Pas assez occultant. Manque les petites cuillère.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2025A newly constructed unit with all the modern features and amenities mentioned. Gated car parking but with at most capacity of a compact SUV. Nice terrace with an ocean view. Pool and barbecue grill. WiFi was good.
The unit was cleaned superficially but not maintained really well. 1. No bidets in the toilets and only one partially used toilet paper roll was provided the first day to be used in three toilets among five people. We discovered this too late in the evening to go and buy one. After mentioning this, more toilet paper was provided the next afternoon. 2. No trash bags were provided and as instructed we dumped all the wet and dry trash in the same trash bin, but out of courtesy we washed it before we left. 3. In one of the toilets, the shower drain was clogged and water filled up almost immediately. 4. No drinking water was provided in the refrigerator. 5. Unit is outside the city. 6. Some of the crockery and mugs were chipped but seems like the manager didn't know about it. We sent them some pics to report the damage. Not sure if the manager actually inspects the unit after someone checks out.

The property needs some proper renovation ( the bathroom, the bedrooms, the pool area) There are some debris on the exterior condenser/compressor of the air conditioner of a room .

The staff in charge is very rude. She started to insult us as she came for check out. She started to be wild when my mother in law accidentally touch her car from backward. She started to insult. I was waiting for her to check out and was in bathroom she started to ill speak to my guests. In the rush I forgot to take out the bin since she was stressing us, she started to insult me now.
