Πραγματικά έχω μείνει σε αρκετά 5αστερα ξενοδοχεία και αυτό είναι ένα όντως πεντάστερο !!! Παρά πολύ καθαρό αρχοντιά και πολυτέλεια … οι βίλες μεγάλες και άνετες .. αλλά οκ αυτά τα βρίσκεις και αλλού αυτό που θα κρατήσω πάνω από όλα είναι οι άνθρωποι !!! Το προσωπικό ήταν ένας και ένας .τοσο ευγενικοί τόσο πρόθυμοι και μονίμως με ένα χαμόγελο στο στόμα !! Η όλη εμπειρία ήταν μοναδική το προτείνω με κλειστά μάτια !!

الفيلا كانت نظيفة جدًا، وتتميز بالخصوصية والهدوء وسط الطبيعة الخضراء. المسبح الخاص كان نظيفًا وممتعًا، والإطلالات خلابة وتبعث على الاسترخاء. طاقم العمل كان ودودًا ومتعاونًا ويقدم خدمة احترافية منذ تسجيل الدخول وحتى المغادرة. الإفطار كان متنوعًا ولذيذًا، كما أن خدمة النقل داخل المنتجع كانت سريعة ومنظمة. أنصح بهذا الفندق لكل من يبحث عن الهدوء وقضاء وقت مميز في بوكيت، وسأعود إليه بالتأكيد في زيارتي القادمة.

As the villa is surrounded by nature, it’s normal to see and hear lizards around the property. If you’re scared of lizards, this might be a bit challenging for you.

الفيلا جداً جميلة والخدمات جميلة، هدوء وتنفع للاسترخاء والاستجمام، اخذناها زوجين (كبلز) شهر العسل لمدة 4 ايام وكانت استجمام بعد راحة من 11 يوم بين كرابي وبوكيت وانشطة ورحلات وايضاً لما قبل الذهاب لبانكوك، وبكل امانة جدداً جميلة ومساحتها كبيرة

El personal era extremadamente amable y las habitaciones un sueño! Pasé demasiado tiempo dentro del hotel porque ese era mi plan, descansar bastante.

Si está un poquito alejado de la ciudad (yo lo solucioné usando grab para pedir comida o taxis y en 15 minutos llegaba a cualquier lado)

Beautiful layout, it was a private yet inclusive resort. Very comfortable and clean. Staff go out their way to make you feel at home. Everyday the food selection was so varied, endless options very impressive

The distance from activity can be an issue if your into night life or days out

It was an amazing experience. The hotel is perfect for relaxation and disconnecting from the outside world. It is located in the middle of the jungle. The service was excellent. Cars are not allowed inside the resort, so guests are transported by golf carts. The golf cart service is available 24/7 and arrives very quickly whenever needed. Check-in and check-out were fast and smooth. The villa has a private pool. The restaurant also offers halal food, which is convenient for Muslim guests. The only downside is that the pool water is not heated. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely come back again.

The staff were truly wonderful—extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Their warmth and professionalism stood out and made the experience much more pleasant.

My husband, my 3 months old son and I stayed at Villa Zolitude and while it is a beautiful hotel with a pleasant atmosphere, I feel it is not advertised properly and the price point is far too high for what is offered. At this rate in Thailand, one would expect a truly high‑end experience, but unfortunately there are many details that fall short. The rooms show signs of age, with noticeable wear and tear, especially in the bathroom where there are deposits of limescale. Electrical outlets are limited, which is inconvenient, and overall the facilities feel dated rather than luxurious. Another major issue was the constant noise from cicadas. It was not just in the morning or evening, but literally all day long. At breakfast, the sound was so loud that my husband and I could barely hear each other speak. Breakfast itself was enjoyable but again not at the level expected for the price. Small details matter, and the absence of items like Nutella highlighted that the offering was not aligned with the premium positioning. Additionally, the property is not particularly kid‑friendly or accessible for people with reduced mobility. To reach the breakfast area, there are stairs and no elevator, which makes it inconvenient and limiting.

الفلل لم تكن على مستوى التوقعات، حيث لا توجد إطلالة حقيقية. مستوى النظافة جيد، لكنه ليس ممتازًا. الإفطار كان جيدًا. التنقل داخل المنتجع غير مريح، إذ يتطلب استخدام سيارة غولف للوصول إلى الاستقبال ومكان الإفطار. حشرة الزيز كانت مزعجة جدًا، ومع الأسف الفلل لا تحتوي على عزل صوت جيد، مما يجعل الأصوات مزعجة ومؤثرة على الراحة. بشكل عام، التجربة كانت دون المتوقع بسبب الإزعاج، صعوبة التنقل، وعدم توفر إطلالة مناسبة.

The villa was amazing. Felt very exclusive and personal. Felt like we was the only people here.

To be honest, not the staff and Villa Zolitude fault, and I knew beforehand there is lots of bugs about the area being a rain forest. Got bit a lot at night by mosquitos

The villa was absolutely beautiful. The bed was very comfortable, and unlike most hotels the airconditioning wasn’t aimed at the bed which was great. Breakfast was great, service was great, cocktails were great. This place was a nice place to relax. I’m glad we picked villa zolitude for our final days in Thailand.

Perfect place for a honeymoon. They provide us with the best service, very helpful, everything that we ask for we got without a problem. We got a private villa with a pool and waterfall -200 square meter all for ourselves- for a good price. It was amazing, we would love to come back!!

Nothing not to love- just maybe doesn’t suit for young people who want to part, because the villa is far from the beaches. Didn’t bother us. We took a cab and that was cheap as well.

The property was very spacious and secluded we didn’t want to leave the villa.

De staff, de jongens die je altijd van de parkeerplaats naar je villa of de lobby rijden en de kamer zelf.

De indeling van de benedenverdieping ging een beetje verloren met de rest van de villa. Daarnaast heb je echt een scooter nodig om de locatie te benutten.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti al Villa Zolitude a Phuket in zona Chalong ed è stata un’esperienza fantastica. La villa era bellissima, spaziosa e immersa nella natura, con una piscina privata molto bella. Il resort è molto tranquillo e perfetto per rilassarsi, situato su una collina immersa nel verde. Tutto il personale è stato sempre gentile, sorridente e disponibile, facendoci sentire accolti durante tutto il soggiorno. Ottimo il loro ristorante. Anche la spa è stata un vero punto forte dell’esperienza. Un posto perfetto per chi cerca relax, privacy e comfort. Lo consigliamo assolutamente!

Unico aspetto da considerare é la posizione: essendo immerso nella natura è necessario sempre avere un mezzo a disposizione per potersi spostare(escursioni, spiaggie, luoghi di interesse, ecc.) ma è tutto facilmente organizzabile sia grazie al personale della reception o facendo in autonomia(auto con driver a disposizione, noleggio di auto o scooter che sia) e per noi non è stato assolutamente un problema, non ha influito minimamente sulla qualità della nostra vacanza.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is located very close to the jungle, which makes the atmosphere incredibly peaceful and beautiful. From our villa we had an amazing view and could even watch the sunrise in the morning. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive – it felt like they could read every wish from our eyes. Our villa was very clean, the pool was beautiful, and the surroundings were full of cute wildlife that didn’t disturb anyone. Breakfast was also excellent with fresh fruit, fresh juices, pancakes, French toast, and a chef who prepared eggs exactly how you like them. Overall, everything was perfect and we would definitely come back.

All thing it’s was amazing

Lugnet, en vistelse i thailand är fylld av intryck och människor. Hit åker man för att få ladda batterierna. Med fantastisk mat. Mysiga rum och en allmän pool som jag sent kommer glömma. Vi kommer tillbaka.

Temperaturen i rumspoolen. Något åt det kallare när det är 30 grader i luften men det är väl nämnvärt.

Trochę daleko do atrakcji

Truly a solitude to be at this place. Surrounded by trees and great mountain views, you enjoy the splash, the wind and food. Spa is super amazing and the breakfast spectacular.

On s'était mis d'accord pour pouvoir prendre la maison a 10h preuve a l'appui. Une fois arrivé là bas on a dû attendre 2h. Dommage

الموظفين فقط لحسن تعاملهم مع العملاء

1- اول ما وصلت من السفر كنا جوعانين وطلبنا للاسف من المطعم حقهم ثاني يوم انا دخلت المستشفى بسبب نزله معويه. 2- الوزغ يدخل الغرفة !! ، وكان عذرهم انهم في جبل وهالشي متواجد و ما نقدر نسيطر عليه، اتفق معاهم فيه بس ما يدخل الغرفة !!!

The villa looks very nice and we liked the overall design. The staff was okay, but unfortunately they don’t speak English very well, which made communication difficult.

The location is very isolated, not suitable for people who are looking for some atmosphere or activity. Taxis hardly reach the property, which is a big inconvenience. Breakfast was average, definitely not what you would expect from a 5-star property. When we arrived, we found two cockroaches in the bed — one of them was shown immediately to the staff member who welcomed us to the room. The experience was far below the standards of other 5-star hotels we have stayed at.

When i was in the toilet, there was a lizard. And some bugs inside the villa.

The resort itself is beautiful and is perfect for anyone looking for a luxurious private vacation. The villas are excellently designed.

The location is a bit remote which means that going to the city for activities is tricky as even cans refuse to pick you up from this location.
