Bora Bora Villa Phuket

The staff was very friendly. The location is nice. The pool is big and looks clean. The restaurant was nice. The room was a great size and I love the fact that I had a nice big balcony. The greenery surrounding the place is lush and the sounds of nature were peaceful and relaxing.

The Internet didn’t work in our room. The tv in the room didn’t have any channels or Netflix so it was useless. Only two pillows on bed. Could use upgrading. The grounds were rundown and needed someone to pick up all the dead leaves and fruit that fell off the trees so it didn’t smell.

Love this hotel, we have stayed here over the years and love coming back. Located 2 min walk from Tiger Muay Thai, quiet hotel, gorgeous pool and fabulous staff. There is also a restaurant on site too and massage place just outside. We had a first floor room, clean and spacious and opted for an extra bed to be added as 3 of us. We also had a couch in the room, fridge, kettle ect. Room is cleaned every day.

Stiff bed but still good for the price

Showers were terrible. Cleaning staff was lazy - dint replace hand towels, dint refill the coffee, needed to ask them to clear the bins. General professionalism was missing. One night there was a gecko in my room, no way to contact the staff as the phone in room was disconnected and also no one was at the reception. Only stayed for the location. Avoid if you can

The property is in a great location, just a 1 minute walk from Tiger Muay Thai and the various training camps on “fitness street”. The property also has a nice pool area.

Incredibly dated, very badly in need of a refurbishment, the rooms were never cleaned properly, the bathrooms look like they’d never been clean, there was an ant infestation which resulted in ants crawling on me in the night, when I was using the toilet, in the shower, despite telling the staff of this problem, nothing was done. The room felt very dark and dingy. The bathroom was awfully dirty and staff never cleaned properly. Cups were never cleaned. It’s usual in this area for water to be left daily, they often completely forgot. Some days the staff completely forgot to clean, and when they did it was often late in the day after 2pm when I was trying to use the room. The WiFi did not work whatsoever, which made working remotely impossible so I had to connect to my phone.

The bath room smelled so bad. The cleaner won’t exchange towels and sheets everyday.

Basic but okay amenities

Staff tried to overcharge me for an extra 4 nights when I paid at the start, but due to their lack of receipt keeping, they tried to charge me again and claim it was me who didn’t pay. Rude and confrontational when showing proof of payment from my bank.

Location great, although a bit odd that we were the only guests in the place. Swimming pool was nice although the sun beds and general upkeep looked a little weathered.

A couple of things: 1. Pillows to high/hard, fridge making a noise so had difficulty sleeping most nights. 2. Our room was painted a dark green so felt dark - on final night, our electricity cut out and we moved next door - brighter and cleaner room ... my fault, as the only guests, i should have looked at multiple rooms!!! 3. Cleanliness was OK - found stains on walls, ants crawling around and the occasional coackroach, but you get what you pay for i guess. 4. Restaurant was closed, maybe due to the lack of guests, and there is plenty of choice along the street - however, it would have been nice to know in advance.

Nothing was like it says. No robes.. no slippers.. no safe.. no no toiletries... even no hand soap at the sink.. terrible wifi...no satellite TV only thai channels.. satellite TV means foreign channels...when I complain ans ask for manager the answer I got was ... ohhh sorry and manager in bankok .. well they brought me a safe wich was hilarious because it was not bolted down so you could just walked out with it I was here 3 years ago and then there was a different management and now it is so so much worse .. they even forgott to clean my room one day The only good thing about this place is the swimming pool

Canceled my room because the maid stole some of my things I went to complain and cancel the next night and they said the maid did nothing wrong moving my things (cash earrings watch stolen) but they will cancel my room and give me my second night stay back. They never did and the police never recovered my stolen things.

Good location. Room is ok but expensive for what you get. If you take the first price everybody entering or exiting the hotel can see in your room if you don't close the curtains. And everybody looks, including the staff. Housecleaning was good but reception staff wasn't welcoming, a bit rude and obvisouly didn't know much about how to receive clients properly.

Close to fighters alley and great restaurants. Friendly staff too.
