Reviewed Apr 2, 2026Everything. It was almost perfect. The hosts were very nice and friendly. I had an issue on the way, so they were willing to delay my arrival in a couple of days with no charge. The place is very big and modern, spotless clean with attention to details. The air conditioner is very strange and quiet and additionaly there is also a quiet fan. I can't put the general feeling by describing more details, but the place is simply very nice and cozy (which doesn't mean small in this case 😄)
If I must get into details, the only window is towards a direction were neighbors can walk through, but it is very rare. Some more kitchen facilities, or even just a microwave could be nice. Again, those are things that coul upgrade the place, but it is very nice and very recommended as it is.

Reviewed Nov 9, 2024We loved the clean and tidy room with a large fridge and good AC with fan. Central location close to Mr D restaurant which has great food and cold beer. Close to the port so easy if you are travelling to Bogo City. We only stayed one night but have stated longer if we had time. Friendly owners and the best placed we stayed as it was hotel number 4 for us in 5 days. Highly recommend, first class.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2024The room was nice and clean. Even though there's no hot water in shower the water was warm enough. Good location! Staff there were extremely helpful and attentive. They're the reason I would consider going back..
There was construction going on from, 7:30am to 4pm, on top floor while we were staying there for 6 nights, very very noisy!

The bathroom is small. It is located on the third floor, bringing a big luggage is not a good idea.

The aircon was a small window unit and not a split. Unit. It took almost 5 hours for the room to cool down. It did not help that the ceiling was 15 feet in height. Need a ceiling fan installed to help cool the room down faster. I had originally booked this room for 3 nights but we only stayed 1 night because we needed to get back to Cebu city. I asked about a refund on the 2 nights we payed for but never stayed there. So far no resolution.

The rooms were spacious and clean with a modern feel and design. Highly recommend staying at FN Lodge town proper
