Logement idéalement situé. Market, café, boulangerie, restaurant, boutiques etc.

Très bon appartement au 3eme étages d’un belle immeuble récent, plusieurs ascenseur dans la résidence, un parking en sous sol facile d’accès, un hôte extrêmement disponible, qui a énormément envie que vous passiez un bon séjour, toujours prêt à vous accompagner quelque soit votre besoin. Nous avions besoin d’un lit bébé nous l’avons trouvé en arrivant, nous étions proche d’absolument tous, carré éden à quelques minutes à pied, Mariane Market et Bim à moins de 2 minutes à pied, des bons café et bon restaurant à proximité, absolument tout est dispo dans un rayon de 100 mètres. L’appartement disposait de tous le confort nécessaire, des serviettes de douche propres, de qualité, du gel douce et du shampoing, un sèche cheveux, une bonne machine à lave, un fer à repassé, un étang à linge, une machine à café, une bouilloire, et nous avions même des capsules de café, du chocolat en poudre et des bouteilles d’eau à notre arrivée. Je recommande franchement cette appartement pour découvrir Marrakech

Senti que estava em uma casa marroquina típica. A acomodação é bem equipada, inclusive com máquina de lavar, o que é muito prático para estadias mais longas. Também havia café e chá disponíveis. A localização é boa para quem prefere não ficar dentro da Medina (como era o nosso caso) e oferece um excelente custo-benefício. O Hicham foi muito atencioso durante toda a estadia, sempre em contato conosco e disponível para ajudar, além de indicar um mercado próximo e algumas atrações na região.

l'appartement est spacieux et son emplacement est très appréciable pour tous déplacements en bus y compris celui pour l'accès a l'aéroport. très bon quartier il y a de nombreux restaurants de qualité et des commerces et supermarché tout proche. j'ai apprécié la disponibilité de l'hôte . juste un petit bémol un peu sombre mais sans plus car l'idée est bien de profitez au maximum de la ville de Marrakech.

La localisation exceptionnelle …l’accueil d’Hicham, le confort la propreté ..la sécurité aussi avec le gardien à l’entrée 24/24..toutes les commodités à côté ( nourriture supermarché etc ..)..j’ai l’habitude de tout faire à pied à Marrakech ..donc 30 mn de la médina , 10 mn carré éden, 20 mn hivernage et mall Ménara , 20 mn majorelle ,parfait !..idéal pour 1 ou 2 personne ou couple avec enfant en bas âge

C’est provisoire mais un immeuble est en construction à côté ..donc un peu bruyant le matin ..mais une fois la construction achevée ce problème ne sera plus

Générosité de la part du propriétaire avec thé, café, chocolat à votre disposition ainsi que pour les produits de la salle de bain. C'est très agréable ! L'appartement est chaleureux, aux notes du Maroc.... Très bonne literie. Nous étions au calme. J'ai adoré l'appartement et m'y suis sentie comme à la maison 🤩 Les gardiens de la résidence sont très courtois et serviables. La résidence est très bien placée.

La proximité d'un immeuble en construction, le manque d'un point de vue. Les lampes de chevet ne fonctionnaient pas! La piscine en cette saison, ne peut être utilisée car l'eau était gelée 🤨

Appartement très agréable et bien situé. Il y a des bus pour aller au centre ville. Pendant le mois de Ramadan, pendant iftar, il y 'en a pas, mais si on le sais, c'est faisable! En février il y en avait des travaux juste en face, même le weekend, mais avec les enfant on se reveille tôt quand même, pas grave. Merci

Perfect for single person, couples & family’s. Hicham is the perfect host. Very strong WiFi. Private secure parking. Felt very safe. Nothing was a problem. Agradecemos ao Hicham pela atenção e por todos os detalhes que nos mandou e que facilitaram nossa chegada ao local. O apartamento é bem confortável, bom ar condicionado, cama boa, sofá cama ok, banheiro completo e cozinha bem organizada. Observamos que tudo é de boa qualidade.

Foi um pouco difícil para chegar ao estacionamento na nossa chegada por causa das ruas estreitas e trânsito mas com a orientação do anfitrião conseguimos estacionar. Depois observamos melhor o mapa da região e conseguimos um caminho mais fácil.

The sofa in the living room needs to be replaced because one side of it is quite sunken, the iron is burnt and needs to be cleaned.

Beautiful apartment in a nice quiet area. Underground parking, the parking man helped to park our car. If you don’t mind walking, all the main sights are within 30 min walk. There is one drawback - renovation works next door that start at 7 am, but I guess it temporary

Morrocan style apartment fully functional. Clean beds and towels. Apartment is secured with security guard in garage and front office. Everything you need for family stay.

Comfortable apartment with a very welcoming and accommodating host who let us keep the luggages after check out. It’s very clean and located next to some nice restaurants and grocery shops.

Location is really good in Gueliz, not in the busy Medina, very close to bus stops. There are a big supermarket nearby and lots of good cheap food places. Room and living room are great. Hicham is very easy to communicate with.

A private apartment of one bedroom. The apartment has all the equipment that you usually need, espresso machine, Coffe machine, refrigerator and washing machine. The location is a walking distance from the train station and the night life

the appartement was so clean the furniture was comfortable and adequate to the weather. the kitchen was well equipped for our stay. the location is very convenient, there is a Marjane mini market below the appartement as well as many good restaurants. The host is very friendly and helping, and we were provided a parking spot specific to our appartement. I would definitely book again the next time I’m staying in Marrakech

Exceptional It is a very modern and helpful staff . Hicham was so helpful via WhatsApp. Good location. Very clean. Our flights were late evening, and the owner allowed us to stay longer. Overall, it's a nice comfortable apartment.

Spacious apartment, nice furniture, cosy bedroom, good communication with the host Hicham to arrange the check-in. Nice to have the washing machine. Location ca. 10min walk from the train/bus station which is good if you want to go to some other place.

Equipment in the apartment was good, but would be nice to have some small things provided like tea bags, coffee powder and sufficient toilet paper. But this was only small negative points.

This is a very good and clean appartement in the middle of Gueliz. The host is a very kind person. If u need some appartment in Marrakech is this the right adress.
