Beautiful studio - easy check-in, free parking & wifi

The apartment was absolutely perfect. 10/10. It was exceptionally clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher and washing machine, and even a balcony. The double bed was very comfortable, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like a candy on the towel as well as the shampoo and shower gel provided in the bathroom. As a very light sleeper, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was at night — completely silent and a truly safe space to rest. The location is excellent: about a 5-minute walk from Rovaniemi’s largest shopping mall (with a large supermarket) and less than 10 minutes from most restaurants. The host was also very considerate, sending clear instructions one day before my arrival. A couple of practical tips for future guests: the apartment is on the second floor, so be sure to press button 2 in the elevator. Also, enter the address into Google Maps as usual (Vartiokatu 9 C), but access the building from Pohjolankatu Street.

Really comfortable beds, easy to find, good instructions on how to find key

Nothing

Everything. The location is great. The apartment has everything you might need.

Just 5-10 minutes walk to Rinteenkulma shopping center and town center Lordin Square. Also 10-12 minutes walk to Arktikum museum , and we were lucky to see northern light during our one night stay.

Nil

Bastante sucio

It’s cozy, warm and clean.

Nothing

Excellent communication regarding access. There was everything we needed. Apartment was nice and clean.

was near to the city center, clean & looked like in the picture.

Buena ubicación

Cozy apartment in a lovely area of Rovaniemi. Clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient to explore the city by foot. Easy to check-in and check-out. We really enjoy and recommend!

The studio looked just as pictured, and the location was fantastic. The place was spotless.

Lovely clean apartment, walking distance to centre and bus routes. Excellent and helpful host. Had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon.

Ehdimme hieman piipahtaa tutustumaan kaupunkiin ja käymään kaupassakin.

Sijainti rauhallisella alueella keskustassa lähellä palveluja. Asunnossa on kaikki tarvittava lyhytaikaiseen oleskeluun. Viestintä omistajan kanssa sujuvaa.

Asunnon rappukäytävän pääoven vieressä on useita mustia avainsäilöjä, joista kolme on samanlaista kuin annetussa ohjeessa. Emme tienneet, mikä on oikea, joten jouduimme kokeilemaan ilmoitettua koodia kaikkiin niistä.

Great place!! Very cozy, clean apartment. Everything you need is there. I recommend!!

It was perfect for work trip. The bed was very comfortable and the place was tidy. The apartment is in the city center and also the railway station so it's perfect for both a work trip or city holiday.

Unfortunately, I only stayed one night at this accommodation. I would have loved to stay longer, but it was fully booked for the following days. For the price (outside of the winter season), you really can't find a better place to stay. Everything was clean and nicely arranged. The bed was super comfortable. I arrived by car and was able to use a free parking spot on the property. The city center is no more than a 5-minute walk away. I've been to Rovaniemi several times, and I have to say this has been my absolute favorite so far. I'd happily stay here again!

effortless communication, easy to enter and spotless clean

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean, comfortable & conveniently located. Self check in & check out instructions were clear & easy to follow. The parking space was very handy.

Good location Near to places of interest Parking is available

Confinient appartement close to the centre and train station. Own parking place.

Comfortable bed; washing machine and drying rack. Easy key pick up. Friendly and helpful host! City centre and Arktikum museum in walking distance. Parking spot available.

Quiet peaceful night. Very clean. Comfort bed.

Booking.com didn't send the check in instructions in time but three hours after check in time. I called the owner to get info.

Great location. Lovely comfortable bed. Very responsive and helpful host.

Affordable apartment near the center of Rovaniemi with free parking next to the apartment building. Beds are comfortable and the apartment has a decent kitchen. You get the access key via lockbox, so you can check-in any time you like after 15:00.

Great value

A fan would be nice due to no air conditioning.

All was as I expected

Simplicity

No person in the place to help in case of a problem

It was really clean and near the city center.

I can’t say it was something I didn’t like.

Location was within easy walking distance of city centre. Free parking spot was nice. Elevator. Very clean with comfortable bed; the was the most comfortable bed on our holiday!

The key/entry instructions were provided and clear, but it required a little patience.

Absolutely everything! The apartment was well equipped, super clean, comfortable, cozy, warm and very welcoming! Heidi was very friendly and helpful, she suggested some great places for us to visit! A fantastic host!

We loved everything!

Everything was great. The host was very nice and the instructions we received were very clear as we arrived quite late in the evening, with a plane at 01:00 in the morning. The studio has everything you might need, hairdryer, stove, mictowave, coffee machine, utensils, pots, oil, salt, pepper. It truly felt like home. And the location so close to the city center was a huge bonus as we had many activities planned. We will definitely stay here again.

Tidy, clean and new stuff

It was only difficult to locate the correct building so I needed to call the assistant
