Yasmina II - Splendide Penthouse vue mer à 5 mn à pied de la plage

Het balkon, en dat het op korte loopafstand is tot het mooie strand van flic en flac en verschillende leuke restaurants. Dat de auto onder appartement veilig kon parkeren is ook een pre. Verder was de wifi zeer goed en waren de kamers groot en ook voorzien van een airco. de aanwezigheid van een fijne keuken en koffiezet apparaat maakt het verblijf ook goed. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is prima op order en ik zou voor een gezin dit appartement ook zeker willen aanraden.

water in douche was niet altijd warm, maar met warm weer was dit niet heel erg

L' appartement est conforme aux photos , à 5 minutes à pied des plages et des restos . terrasse super agréable .

A notre arrivée la piscine était verte le propriétaire a fait son possible mais une semaine sans pouvoir se baigner , pas de chance dans la série ascenseur en panne deux jours mais le propriétaire est très réactif et répond rapidement.

bardzo dobra lokalizacja, ok 200 m od plaży, apartament bardzo duży ( 3 sypialnie, 2 łazienki, duży salon i taras), bardzo dobrze zaopatrzony ( naczynia, pralka, żelazko, deska do prasowania itp).

2 razy były problemy z wodą

Un problème d'eau dès notre arrivée était embêtant mais vite résolu par le propriétaire qui a été à l'écoute.

There was no hot water for a while but the owner quickly fixed it

Het appartement zag er mooi uit. Er stond een fijne loungeset en eettafel op het balkon. Er waren 3 ruime slaapkamers met airco. 2 badkamers inclusief wasmachine. Het strand was op loopafstand. Priveparkeerplaats onder het appartement.

Er was geen informatie over de werking van de kookplaat. De wasmachine was verstopt ( we hebben zelf het filter leeg gehaald) Bij beide douches liep het water niet goed genoeg weg. Dat zorgde voor ongemak, stank en onhygiënische omaatje in de douche. Gedurende 7 nachten hebben we 3x zonder water gezeten. De matrashoezen waren te klein voor de matrassen waardoor s nachts alles los kwam.

L'emplacement proche de la plage, la terrasse très grande et extrêmement agréable,le mobilier de qualité, la vue depuis la terrasse ..le top!! On a passé un très bon séjour en famille L'appartement est très agréable et je vous le conseille vraiment

les Fourmis qui rentrent depuis la porte d'entrée , il ne faut rien laisser trainer. Dommage que l"apparemment ne soit pas plus entretenu Il manque du savon dans les salles de bain, des produits d'entretien et il faudrait plus qu'un demi rouleau de papier toilette pour débuter le séjour

Ein Bett war kaputt und die Wohnung war bei Übernahme zwar gereinigt, aber nicht wirklich sauber.

We loved the private parking space in the building, the shared pool, and especially the amazing sunset from the very large terrace equipped with modern and comfortable furniture. Everything is within walking distance from the apartment (shops, beach, and restaurants). Spacious and comfortable apartment, we will be back.

At the beginning we rented this penthouse for 4 days and the first impression was satisfying. It is in a good condition and has modern furniture. It is very spacious and well equiped. Wifi works well. The great advantage is a beautiful terrace. Penthouse also has the assigned parking space on the ground level.

Unfortunately there are no toiletries in bathrooms, even a soap is unavailable. 1 toilet paper for each bathroom is all you get. After 4 days we decided to extend our stay for next 4 days so we asked the owner by mail (using booking contact) for towels change, bedlinen change and one garbage bag. We were completely ignored!! Nine days in the same bedlinen in Mauritian climate is really uncomfortable. Towels are not fresh either. Each of our last two days of stay someone was cutting off cold water using the valve in the staircase. It was very weird and unpleasant.

We loved the set up of the apartment which was lovely. the furnitures are well taken care of. I got lots of compliments.

we didn't like to not have cleaning included (bed sheets, towels and basics like mop) during all our stay but it was included in our price.

We had a fantastic stay as a group of 4 friends, location is great, view and outside terrace are amazing!! But best of all it was our host Rakhee, she was super helpful, friendly and always on the other end of the phone. We felt well looked after and she made our stay in this apartment unforgettable!!!
