Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Appartement très propre et très bien équipé. La réactivité de l'hôte est excellente. La place de stationnement sécurité est un vrai plus dans un endroit où le stationnement peut être difficile dans la rue. Très bien placé, on peut se rendre à Jamaâ Lefna à pied en empruntant un boulevard tout droit et très sécurisé où la présence de la police est remarquable. Bravo à Hicham pour la qualité du service. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Un grand merci à Hicham, un propriétaire très gentil, disponible et toujours à l’écoute. Je recommande vivement cet appartement et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

La communication par messagerie a été irréprochable (explications fluides, fiables et efficaces) et l'ouverture du logement à distance s'est faite sans aucun souci. Côté appartement, il ne manque rien : tout est fonctionnel, propre et bien pensé. L'emplacement est idéal, proche de toutes les commodités nécessaires. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026- le rapport qualité prix est imbattable - la localisation , en dessous de l’appartement il y’a plusieurs supermarchés , épicerie , un magnifique restaurant où j’ai mangé à plusieurs reprises (le marivaux) , des restaurants plus locaux . Vous êtes à 10 minutes maximum en voiture de la Médina vous évitez ainsi le bruits et l’insécurité qui peut y régner . Il y’a des taxis qui passent juste en bas de l’appartement - l’appartement est propre et comme sur les photos , il est spacieux et dispose d’une machine à lessive , d’un sèche cheveux, de serviettes de bains, de gel douche , de thé et café et d’un balcon . - la sécurité du quartier (la police reste juste en dessous du bâtiment et il ya un gardien d’immeuble) - la gentillesse et la disponibilité du propriétaire Hicham qui a accepté de me faire un Check out tardif et répondu aux moindre de mes demandes
- il faut retirer le rideau de douche et mettre une porte à la douche c est beaucoup plus pratique et hygiénique . - l’eau chaude dure environ 10 minutes , si ça peut être amélioré pourquoi pas . Sinon rien à redire je reviendrai sans hésiter et je recommande ce logement à tout ceux qui viennent à Marrakech .

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026- juste en dessous de l’immeuble il y’a plusieurs supermarché , un restaurant délicieux (le Marivaux), des restaurants de locaux , des épiceries , des taxis . En d’autre termes superbe localisation - il y’a un balcon (pour les fumeurs c est le top) - l’appartement est exactement comme sur les photos et propre - la gentillesse et la disponibilité du propriétaire Hicham - le quartier est très sécure (la police est juste en bas) et il ya un gardien à l’entrée de l’immeuble - Hicham a été flexible et m’a laissé faire un checkout à 14h car mon avion était plus tard - le rapport qualité prix est top !! - Machine à lessive à disposition ce qui est très important - sèche cheveux à disposition et produits de douches et serviettes à disposition
- il y’a des travaux en face du balcon mais cela est indépendant d’Hicham - il faut absolument retirer le rideau de douche et mettre une porte à la place pour l’hygiène (même si il était propre) et pour la luminosité - l’insonorisation est pas au top, mais si vous fermez la porte de votre chambre vous serez tranquille Se sont des points à améliorer et en aucun cas des points qui doivent vous empêcher de réserver . Le rapport qualité prix est plus que correcte et si je reviens à Marrakech j’hésiterai pas à revenir à cet appartement et à le recommander à mes amis .

Reviewed Mar 11, 2026Krásné ubytování v docházkové vzdálenosti od centra. V apartmánu je krásně teplo, čisto a je to celkově dokonale pohodlné a příjemné ubytování. Chtěli jsme strávit jednu noc. Nakonec jsme zůstali dvě noci. V tomto ubytování se cítíte jako doma.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Marrakech! The hospitality was top-notch—Hicham truly goes out of his way to help with anything you need and made us feel very welcome. His local recommendations were also super helpful. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Gueliz, walking distance to cafes, restaurants, and a Marjane supermarket right next door. It's easy to catch a cab, and staying here was a nice break from the chaos of the medina while still being close to everything. The apartment itself was well-equipped—we appreciated being able to cook and do laundry during our stay, which was a big plus. There’s also a friendly security guard at the entrance, which added an extra layer of comfort. Overall, a comfortable, convenient place to stay with excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Marrakech!

Reviewed Oct 15, 2025The location was absolutely stunning, everything was within walking distance (Carré Eden, the train station, and Djemaa el Fna). Hicham, the host, was super friendly. He wasn’t physically there, but he stayed in touch with us via WhatsApp to make sure everything was okay. The apartment had 24/7 security and an elevator up to the flat. It was clean and offered Wi-Fi, airco, a washing machine, and basically everything you need for a great stay.

Le + : piscine, parking, équipement de l'appartement, gentillesse du propriétaire, l'emplacement. Je reviendrai à Marrakech en passant par cet appartement.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2024The apartment was overall nice for the money. Kitchen and washing machine were useful, the bathroom was clean and nice. The bedroom was nice with AC, the sofa was OK for sleeping. Our host was friendly and helpful. We also liked the underground garage for our car.
Well, the pool is available for the whole building and was always crowded by the people, so we never used it. The AC in the living room was not working, so the nights were very hot.
