This is the 4th year in a row I’ve stayed here. The staff are very warm and friendly. Rooms are clean and cozy. A delicious breakfast included (from 6am until 9am weekdays and 10am on weekends) and can do free laundry. There is a nice shopping mall within walking distance. A great home base for travelers in Hanoi.

Very friendly hotel staff, great food in the restaurant

The staff is really helpful and friendly. Anytime I had a problem they helped me immediately. Communication was very easy with them in English. Arranging transfer from and to the airport was really easy.

The breakfast could provide a little bit more variety of options

Clean, comfortable stay, staffs friendly & helpful. Room is good size, food is average. Hotel's internal and external looks presentable. Like most is the B2 restaurant. Used to be western restaurant but now is a Japanese restaurant. Good dinning experience.

The manager made my stay very comfortable. The bed is amazing and laundry facilities great. Wee gym is brilliant, clean and if you want to get away from the madness that is Old Quarter, away from the tourist trap - come here for quality. It's in the business district and is a professional hotel. 🇮🇪🫡

The room was spacious and comfortable. It was conveniently located near the business district. The noodle soups (Pho and Bun Moc) served at breakfast were very delicious. It would have been even better if I could have ordered the same dishes through room service.

Cost effective for business trip

Love staying here, room was super clean, had an amazing view, and staff was super friendly! Will definitely be staying here next time I travel to Hanoi!

ずいぶん前からお世話になっているホテルです。雰囲気が良いです。ロビーとか部屋もいいのですが、地下のレストランの雰囲気はローマの隠れ家レストランに来た感じで、ハノイにいることを忘れます。客室は広々で、キッチンがついているユニットもあります。調度品はシンプルですが長いソファーがありがたいです。風呂は今回はシャワーのみですが、十分です。タオルも厚さがしっかりして快適。朝食はようしょく、和食、洋食、アジア食、普通ですが、おいしいです。フォーもあります。2階のレストランはメニューが複雑でベトナム初心者はなかなか注文がしにくいかと思います。給仕の方も英語が微妙なので、相談にのってくれるほどではないです。メニューを借りて、レセプションに行って、相談するといいと思います。ルームサービスは今回からセットメニューになっており（麺、ご飯＋おかず、または、コース）こっちの方が便利かもしれません。だいたい200k VNDで食べられます。インドシナセンターも徒歩圏内ですので、食事は困らないかもしれません。まあ、近所でバインミー身振り手振りで買って（レセプションで具の種類を紙に書いてもらうと便利です。私は肉のペーストと、卵でしたが、最高においしかった）、部屋で食べてもいいですけどね。この地区に用事があるのであれば、おすすめのホテルです。

部屋もロビーもきれいに掃除されよかったです。 でも、朝食が6：00からでしたが、６：00にレストランに行きましたが、フォーを注文してもまだ準備が整っていなくて20分以上待たされました。

Clean, convenient and hospitable

5回目くらいのステイです。11時ぐらいに到着してしまったのですが、アーリーチェックインさせていただきました。スタッフはフレンドリーでありながらプロフェッショナルです。部屋は眺めはあまり良くないですが、エアコン、シャワー、ベッド、ソファー、テレビ等快適。電源タップは国際規格です。2階のレストランを利用しました。一人だと量が多かったですが、味は大変良かったです。値段もリーズナブル。次回は地下のワインレストラン・バーに行こうと思います。オススメできるホテルです。

Rooms are clean and hotel is of the main road so it’s quiet. Mr. Chien has a wonderful staff and the free breakfast offers a good choice of eastern and western dishes.

Good Service / Hotel condition Want to stay next time again!

Overpriced hotel far from the city centre. Only stayed here because it was closely to the university. Staff barely speak english, breakfast is underwhelming, probably much nicer if you speak vietnamese.

The breakfast was absolutely OK. Moreover, the restaurant was able to give me a meal anytime during a day. Manager of the hotel was able to arrange trips exactly how I asked. Excellent work!

Breakfast have few menus and not many choices. Does not recommend to stay.

10日間ほど滞在しましたが、快適に過ごすことができました。スタッフも親切で私の拙い英語でも十分理解していただけました。（どうやら日本語スタッフもいるみたいなので、特段英語は話せなくても問題ないようです。）また次回出張時には利用したいと思います。

日本人に優しいホテルです

출장으로 몇 차례 투숙한 호텔입니다. 위치는 관광이 아닌 이상 무난하지만, 조식은 정말 형편 없습니다. 조식이라도 개선이 되면 좋을 듯 합니다. 그 외 방의 크기나 가격대비 만족도는 좋습니다.

깨끗하고 친절한 호텔이네요. TV의 화질은 개선되었으면 좋겠어요.

ホテル自体は悪くなかったが、外の工事の音が夜の時間まで聞こえていた。 隣室のドアの閉まる音が少し気にはなった時があった。

バスターミナルに近く、とても便利。なによりスタッフの気配りが素晴らしいホテルでした。部屋も清潔、アメニティも十分と、悪い点が見当たらないです。

ちょっとした不満に対しても迅速に対応してくれた

Wonderful stay made happen with the great vietnamese hospitality from the conceirge and front desk staff. absolutely brilliant ! only issue i had was the bathroom - the tub was too deep and the water pressure from the shower was pathetic to the point of dripping and the ceiling above was leaking with droplets of water

Bathroom drain is not working well, so took a shower in the bath tub. Please clean the drain. Other thing was good.

Vi abbiamo trascorso una sola notte perchè eravamo di passaggio. E' un'ottima struttura pulita e le camere davvero spaziose. L'abbiamo scelto per la vicinanza con la stazione autobus My Dinh (5 minuti a piedi).

料金が高いわり宿泊設備が悪い。 宿泊料金が高いのに部屋にバスルームがない。 ベツドからテレビが見れない。 ジムが使えない。

清潔で設備は整っていて快適だった。ハノイで1万円超なので値段からするともう少し頑張っても良いかも。 ドアボーイはよく携帯でゲームか何かやってて客を見逃すがそのくらいでいいとおもう。 キッチン付きだったがフライパンが反ってたので変えてもらった。コンロは電熱だったが火力が弱くて効率悪くて困った。 フロント何人かの内男女一人ずつは日本語が多少できるがどちらかがいつもいるわけではない。 朝食は悪くはないけどバリエーション少ないので1月いると流石に飽きる。

방은 사진과 같고 스탭들이 매우 친절하며 아침식사는 기대보다 좋아서 놀랐다. 욕실은 깨끗하지만 오래된 느낌이라 아쉬움. 길건너 하이랜드 카페와 로컬식당. 노보텔 호텔이 있으나 편의시설은 거의 없음. 호안끼엠쪽은 너무 멀고 비지니스로 오신 분들이 장기로 묵을때 딱 좋을 호텔.

乾淨安靜，服務佳。

가격도 착하고, 호텔 직원들의 서비스는 정말 만족스러웠음. 깔끔하고 깨끗한 호텔.. 다만, 한가지 개인적으로 아쉬웠던 것은 베개가 꽤나 두꺼운 편이라서 똑바로 누워서 자기에는 목이 좀 불편했음 (목욕타월을 말아서 적절한 두께를 만들어 이용했음). ^^

가격, 시설, 아침식사, 친절 모든것이 좋았습니다. 한가지 좋지않았던 것은 호텔에서 소개해준 마사지숖이 너무 비쌌습니다.

広い部屋とゆっくり湯船に浸かれるバスルームは快適です。 難点は、最近少し価格が高いかな？という気がすることと、近くにコンビニやレストランがほとんど無いことでしょうか。 朝食は満足できると思います。

Initial welcoming was one of the best, seemed to go south from there unfortunately. Regarding the recommended massage facilities next door, for upcoming unsuspecting clients, be careful because the masseur girls will rip you off 'as tips' !! Breakfast options could be a little better, the chef's responsible for the egg/omelet making were late to arrive which appeared to be the best breakfast option that I missed !! Though upon departure, the complimentary transfer bus to the airport was a nice touch.

Comfortable to stay in this hotel

It was good, the hotel staff is good, and the room is big!

I paid for executive room and my friends had standard rooms. They all got a free upgrade and their rooms were even bigger than mine. So don't book executive room because you just end up paying for nothing. Hotel was excellent to its price, good restaurant downstairs and around the corner and breakfast is very good and included in price.
