Nothing, they were of no help in accommodating us after a booking issue.

They ignored us after arrival, no contact from their side and not taking calls.

Everything was perfect even the staff was very friendly and polite.

The electricity was off when we got there and also the fact that we could lock the burglars

I liked the overall privacy of the space, and how quick and easy it was to book.

I didn't like how what I saw in person didn't reflect what I booked on the site. There was also a rat in the ceiling that kept on making noise at night.

We paid a R1000 deposit as per booking.com policy as listed under their property, the staff member accepted the deposit and affirmed that we would receive the refund upon check-out provided that the place is not damaged in any way, long story short, upon check-out we were informed that the police is old and we were not expected to have made any deposit payments, the staff member who accepted the cash payment was unreachable and the property refused to make an immediate refund, we now had to receive a refund of R480 since we agreed with the property that they would use the other R520 as payment for time spent in their property, long story short we received our full refund after close to two weeks, they first refunded us R250 and later, after constant enquiries R230 after we made several follow-ups. Their conduct was very unprofessional and the manner in which they resolved this was disappointing. There was no hot water throughout our stay.

La grille de la chambre ne se fermait pas car ils n’avaient pas les clés, la chambre ne correspondait absolument pas aux photos , il n’y a pas de fenêtre dans la chambre pour aérer ,aucun tapis de douche ,rideau de douche était sale. Le ventilateur très sale & non seulement ça ils n’ont pas de trousse de secours pour les premiers soins & même pas d’eau minérale.

The room I booked its not the one they gave me ,they contacted me on whatsapp to confirm booking then I relaxed only to get there and found a different room ,and I was informed that the room I booked its not even at the property its on their other property and its fully booked ,if I had known earlier I would have booked somewhere else because I value my sleep and comfort, what is advertised its not what is there ,no even soap ,the water is cold am very disappointed

The set up of the rooms are ok. It's ok in general.

There was no hot water for the basin. No basin plugs for both the bathroom and kitchen. The TV remote didn't have batteries.The was no coffee tea or sugar. The morning of check out there was no electricity.

I paid for a guest house which has in house bath and toilet but when I arrived I slept in a sharing which was not what I paid for. I communicated regarding that and got no refund regarding that I will like to get my cash back 337 Justice Mohamed Gueat House was not fair for what I paid for.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to book this place...the room was so dirty, the entire place smells like old cigarettes, the carpet was filthy, we spent a whole 20min at the gate before we were even noticed, the beds smelled like smoke, bathrooms were also dirty! The experience there was really not pleasant! I got sick from inhaling the scent in that place...
