We really enjoyed our stay at this very nice apartment. The terrace is wonderful with a great view and comfortable places to sit. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. It is very spacious. Checking in and out was very easy and straightforward.

Although it’s very close to the train station, we had a hard time getting there as the only way we could find involved a lot of stairs. I was travelling with my 85 year old dad and climbing a lot of stairs with luggage was really difficult after a long day of travel. I wrote to the host and he let us know there is a bus we can take (which unfortunately we read after arriving at the apartment) which I didn’t think of exploring because it was only five minutes from the train. But I am writing this now to let others in the same boat know there is a bus you can take so you don’t have to do what we did! Otherwise everything was great.

Check in was super easy and the host was so sweet to accommodate our early check in request. They provided detailed instructions on how to locate the property, too. Even included photographs! It was located right by the train station which was very convenient. The beds were very comfortable, the shower pressure was outstanding, the outdoor table and seating was lovely. We loved the Nespresso machine, too! Clean, spacious and wonderful place - would highly recommend!

Apartment is cozy.

Good balcony views, clean and comfortable and very handy for the station.

There wasn’t anything significant. I guess more personal touches would make the apartment feel more homely.

Everything is great about this place: its location (a couple of minutes from the train station) and a short walk to the city centre, it's extremely clean and fully equipped.The person in charge is very kind and flexible. We now have a place to go back to in Lugano.

É uma apartamento espaçoso. luminoso e bem equipado. É pertíssimo da estação de comboios e rapidamente se está no centro a descer, depois para subir custa um pouco mais, mas também se faz. É um bairro residencial muito calmo e de fácil estacionamento. Tem um terracinho agradável e de onde se consegue ver o lago. Não tem cafés ou supermercados por perto, o que há é na estação.

Está mais adaptado para 4 pessoas do que para 5, porque a 5ª pessoa tem que dormir num sofá cama da sala, que tem uma janela ampla e entra muita luz. A chegada ao apartamento não é fácil, apesar das explicações e fotografias da anfitriã. Estava muito calor e o sistema de ar condicionado não é o melhor, apenas aceitável.

Just one down side is just one bathroom for 5 people.

The location is very close to the train station and extremely convenient to access. What impressed me the most was the detailed guidance and video showing the way from the station platform right to the front door of the accommodation — something I had never seen before. We arrived quite late that night, and the host was incredibly thoughtful, staying up to make sure we got in safely. The room was spacious, fully equipped, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

I think the floor in the house could be improved to be a bit cleaner.

The property was very clean and very close to the station, we are family of six and sleep well , we going downtown by fenicular train from station , we are recomended this apartemen for a family vacation

location is close to the station, so it is very easy to transport by bus only I rented a car and had difficulty parking the location but the staff helped me Thankyou

We booked this accommodation as we got off the train into Switzerland. The location was perfect for us. The messaging between booking and checking out was fantastic. The views were out of this world ! On the morning, a snowy mountain is one side and glorious sun at the other ! The property was beautiful, clean, tidy, and modern with comfy beds and a good shower. The property had everything you could wish to need.

Amazing stay! It’s equipped with everything you need: coffee, tea, sugar, a hairdryer, shampoo, and super fast WiFi. Very clean and close to the station. Highly recommend!

The Host was really friendly and helped me with everything.

The location is awesome. Just a few steps from the trainstation and from the city central and the lake. Apartment has everything you might need and works simple and as expected. Very clean.

The accommodation is very conveniently located. The host is considerate towards the needs of the guests and she even sent a detailed video instruction on how to reach the property from Lugano railway station and how to collect the keys from the safety box. It takes around 3-5 minutes commute time from the station.

It’s very near in the station and the apartment was clean and the staff are very easy to contact.
