Dotan's Boutique Studios - By The Beach!

L'unica cosa che ho apprezzato è la vicinanza alla spiaggia, ai servizi e mezzi di trasporto ma il resto indecoroso

Il video dell'appartamento inoltrato dal Sig. Dotan dopo la prenotazione, se pur piccolo, sembrava decoroso. Al nostro arrivo ci siamo trovati in una situazione di degrado e sporcizia indescrivibili. Umidità, muri scrostati, sporcizia, impianto elettrico non a norma e pure blatte. Senza contare che non era nemmeno presente un armadio dove riporre gli indumenti. A seguito di nostra segnalazione il Sig. Dotan si è adoperato per cambiare l'appartamento ma la situazione non era molto diversa da quello precedente. In realtà, come si vede dalla foto, l'appartamento è un soppalco di un negozio. Davanti alla nostra finestra era presente la serranda avvolgibile. Non ci siamo mai trovati in una simile situazione, vergognoso! Le immagini si commentano da sole

Amazing location, Dotan was so helpful and easy to communicate with.

The space is a little tight but it was a very reasonable price so I can’t complain.

מיקום מאוד נוח קרוב לחוף, למסעדות ולתחבורה ציבורית. הסטודיו מאובזר כך שלא היה חסר שום דבר, החל ממגבות, מצעים ועד הפרטים הקטנים.

המזגן הוציא ריח של רטיבות, אך לא ניתן היה לשהות במקום ללא מזגן מכיוון שאין חלונות או פתחי אוויר בסטודיו. השירותים קטן מאוד בצורה שהיה ממש לא נוח, בעיקר כשיש ילדים שצריך לקלח או להושיב על אסלה. היו תיקנים בסטודיו, ליד המיטה וליד הספה ובשירותים.

סטודיו קטן ומקסים, מקום חמוד במיקום פשוט מושלם המקום מאובזר לשלמות, מעוצב יפה ופשוט שובה לב. מסודר נקי ונעים! דותן היה חמוד נעים וידידותי.

הריפודים על הכסאות בפינת ישיבה היו קצת מלוכלכים אבל לא נורא בכלל והמקלחת יכלה להיות קצת יותר מטופחת אבל גם ממש לא משהו לדאוג לגביו.

מאובזר טוב, מיקום נוח, מארח זמין,

אקוסטיקה לא ממש טובה כך ששומעים ממש רעשים מבחוץ

מיקום מצויין קרוב מאוד לים ובתי קפה ומסעדות דותן מאוד נחמד ואדיב. הדירה מאובזרת טוב ומעוצבת יפה.

אין חלון שאפשר לפתוח .

נקי מאוד, דותן היה מאוד נחמד וענייני.

מההתכתבות עם דותן ,הבעלים של הדירה ,השיח נעים ומכבד בהמשך הגיע בזמן להביא מפתח הסביר בברור על הדירה בדירה יש כל מה שתרצו כלי מטבח מכונת קפה פן הדירה מרווחת מסודרת נקייה היה זמין לכל שאלה יצאנו מרוצים מהשירות ומהדירה ממליצים

Excellent location. The host was always available for anything we needed and very helpful throughout our stay. The apartment also had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We really enjoyed staying there and would definitely recommend it.

The studio was clean and tastefully designed.

It was right above the tram building site that unfortunately happened at night during our stay so it was very noisy. And the neighbours were very noisy too at night. You heard everything.

Sehr netter Host. Super Lage, nur 2 Minuten zum Strand. Alles was man braucht in der Nähe: kleine Geschäfte, Kaffees und ein großer Supermarkt. Saubere, gemütliche kleine Wohnung, komfortables Bett.

Me gustó la cama, la localización; a dos calles de las playas, y que estuviera bien equipado

No me terminó de gustar porque el espacio en definitiva no estaba en condiciones. No estaba en condiciones por problemas de humedad que provenían del apartamento de arriba. Al ser un espacio reducido, esta se hacía notar más de la cuenta invadiendo paredes y techo. La escayola del techo se desprendía sobre la cocina, así que no me animé a preparar un cafè siquiera. Si no fuera por el aire acondicionado no hubiera sido posible la estancia

Ausstattung und Design sind sehr schön, der Gastgeber nett und hilfsbereit.

Leider liegt die Wohnung direkt an der riesigen Baustelle der neuen Tram-Linie in Tel Aviv, was nirgends vermerkt war. In der ersten Nacht wurde das Wasser plötzlich abgestellt und kam erst am nächsten Vormittag wieder. Nachts wurde gebaut, teilweise mit so schweren Geräten, dass an Schlafen nicht zu denken war. Schade!

Communication and efforts to help 10 points. self-checkin is fast and easy, the apartment has everything you need.

In the cold season the apartment is cold, humid, the heating function of the air conditioner basically does not work, the air blowing is just cold. The armchairs outside are next to the garbage containers, the panorama is a small empty back yard with a view of the wall.. We found a cockroach. I did not like that half of the payment must be transferred by bank transfer to a personal account.

Very good location. The apartment is great and beautifully furnished. There is everything you need. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Good contact with the owner. I highly recommend it.

Ive stayed at Dotan’s place for over the week and I enjoyed every second of it! Studio is just as described, comes with all amenities that could be necessary while traveling. Place is a bit small but besides that location is 10/10, surrounded by coffee shops, supermarkets, few minutes away from the beach, laundromat etc… Dotan is great and communicates very well making sure that you have everything you need! Highly recommend and definitely be back💗

Great value for money, quite, comfy

On the way to the rooms there was a spot with water leaking. Not part of the facility but unfortunately no way around it (I assume ot will be fixed)

Small but very nice, cozy and well equipped apartment in a great location, very close to the promenade and beaches. Just perfect for a short stay in Tel Aviv. Dotan is a very nice and communicative person. Easy check-in and check-out. Very good value for money.

The property was 100% like in the pictures, it was clean, very well furnished, it was a very nice and cosy atmosphere. It was so close to the beach and Dizengoff, right in the middle of TLV, lots of buses around. And the cherry on the cake was the host who were available and welcoming ! Thank you again Dotan ;)

A well-appointed studio apartment, close to the beach, near shopping, eating, and socializing -- the Tel Aviv experience. Doron is friendly and generous. We had a wonderful vacation.
