Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Great location. Bed was comfy. Kitchen was decent.
The suite was dirty. Hair in the bedding and stains on the sofa. The bathroom had a bad drain smell and the shower head was dirty. A previous guest's clothes were left in one of the bathroom draws. Tiles are missing on one side of the bath exposing the drain and under floor. Curtains didn't close fully, so people in the houses opposite could see into the bedroom, and the early morning sun woke me up. The lighting in the bedroom and living area was awful. Very harsh white light which didn't feel very relaxing. The bathroom lighting was much nicer, but then that room was spoiled by the smell. In the morning house keeping blocked the stairs with bedding and towel trollies, which feels like a serious fire safety issue. The cups provided were too small for the coffee machine, so it overflowed. The staff in the bar and restaurant would benefit from some better hospitality training. As they didn't seem to know how to operate a front of house position. Really disappointed with this stay. It looks okay in photos, but actually staying there is far below my expectations for the price. I won't be staying again.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Bella struttura moderna e curata.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026A good hotel with several strong points: an excellent location, convenient self-check-in, a nice bathroom, and a great view from the window. We stayed here in July, and there was no air conditioning in the room. There were two fans, which definitely helped, but having air conditioning would have made the stay more comfortable. If you are arriving by car, it is worth securing a parking spot in advance, as there may be no available spaces late in the evening. We also stayed here last year, so this was our second visit. :)

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026It’s new and the junior suite was spacious. There was taken care of details, like providing toothbrushes, a fully equipped kitchen and a fancy bidet toilet.
There is no AC. There was no parking available close-by which gave my an uncomfortable feeling. The bedding felt like cheap cotton. The playroom activities were expensive.
