Sehr modernes Hotel mit neuem, stilvollem Design. Die Möbel sind modern und hochwertig, die Dusche und das Badezimmer sind gut durchdacht. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Beleuchtung bot viele Einstellungsmöglichkeiten. Ich mag solche Hotels sehr. Obwohl die Zimmer eher klein sind, wird dies durch den hohen Komfort und die moderne Ausstattung mehr als ausgeglichen. Zudem steht am Eingang eine praktische Schuhputzmaschine zur Verfügung. Wir empfehlen, den Alpenkäse direkt in der Hütte vor Ort (siehe Foto) zu kaufen. Er ist sehr lecker und preiswert. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und fleissig.

Trotzdem gibt es noch Luft nach oben. So kam es beispielsweise zu einem Missverständnis bezüglich der Bezahlung, und bis heute haben wir keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Auf der Booking-Seite konnte man ein Doppelzimmer buchen und bezahlen. Anschliessend erhielten wir jedoch eine E-Mail, dass für die zweite Person ein Aufpreis zu bezahlen sei. Eine solche Regelung ist uns bisher noch nie begegnet und ist auf Booking.com auch nicht üblich. Daher wären deutlichere Hinweise bzw. Erklärungen auf der Booking.com-Seite erforderlich. Der Check-in war sowohl online als auch vor Ort einfach. Vor Ort musste man jedoch erst herausfinden, wo sich die Schlüsselkarte befindet und wie man sie entnimmt. Beim Check-out haben wir die Schlüsselkarte einfach in einen anderen Schlitz des Automaten eingeworfen. Da es keine Rezeption gibt, wären deutlichere Anleitungen vor Ort hilfreich. Der Selbstbedienungs-Food-Automat war ausser Betrieb. Aus unbekanntem Grund wurde uns das Frühstück nicht im Restaurant, sondern in einem kleinen und wenig gemütlichen Raum serviert. Die Gipfeli waren zunächst ausgegangen, sodass wir danach fragen mussten. Entkoffeinierten Kaffee gab es nirgends. Die Terrasse war trotz trockenen Wetters nicht geöffnet. Abgesehen vom Zimmer konnten wir daher keinen weiteren Service des Hotels nutzen. Die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer war noch mit gebrauchten Kaffeekapseln gefüllt und nicht gereinigt. Ausserdem sass eine grosse Spinne zwischen der Fensterscheibe und dem Metallgitter. Auch über die Zufahrt und die Parksituation mussten wir uns selbst informieren, obwohl wir sowohl über Booking.com als auch per E-Mail nachgefragt hatten. Falls ihr mit dem Auto anreist, müsst ihr unten an der Schranke ein Parkticket ziehen. Die Parkgebühr bezahlt ihr am nächsten Tag oben am Kassenautomaten. Der Parkplatz kostet CHF 25 pro 24 Stunden. Die Zufahrt zeitlich geregelt: Bergauf darf man nur in den ungeraden Stunden fahren, , bergab nur in den geraden Stunden.

Location, view, appartment size & sauna!

Mir hat das Zimmer sehr gut gefallen. Gemütlichkeit und modern und praktisch treffen sich. Das Nachtessen im Frutto Bene war lecker, das Morgenessen hat meine Wünsche erfüllt. Ich komme wieder. Danke.

Tolle Lage und top Aussicht vom Zimmer! Wunderschön mit dem grossen Fenster und der direkten Sicht auf die Berge und den Sternenhimmel!

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Bett direkt am Fenster mit wunderschöner Aussicht war ein highlight!! Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Da es keine "Gipfeli" mehr hatte, wurden extra neue gebacken. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Preis schon etwas höher. Da es aber nicht so viele Hotels hat, okay. Danke viel mal :-)

Preis eher hoch. Für 1-2 Nächte okay aber eine Woche da können sich nicht viele Leisten.

Direkt auf der Skipiste gelegen, ideal für einen Wintersporturlaub. Das Restaurant im Hotel "Frutt O Bene" ist sehr lecker. Frühstück war ebenfalls gut.

Wunderschönes, modernes Zimmer /Wohnung, die alles hat um sich wohl zu fühlen.

War zu heiss im Zimmer zu wenig Fenster zum Lüften.

I love the idea of all the wood, the breakfast was decent, location was good once we were able to find it (it's a bit confusing with all the 'Frutt' lodging, hotel locations in town). I love that you don't allow dogs (animals) as I have allergies and this is very much appreciated that the hotel is dog-free.

Check-in was horrible, I had checked in ready to open our room door with my phone, we get inside the hotel, finally find the room in the maze and there was no cell service so of course opening the door with my phone didn't work. The building was like being in a cellar blocking cell service. We go back down to reception, no one there so we tried to connect to wifi, that didn't work. We both tried that so many times, we called the hotel and guy on the phone disconnected without helping us. Finally we thought, even though we already checked in online, we tried checking in again with the box machine at reception. Luckily this finally worked with the card, we were so tired from a 4 hour journey to get there and wandering around town to look for the hotel, it was not a good impression after paying almost CHF 300 for just one night's stay. The room was fine but the covers were way too warm for summer, turning on and off all the lights was super confusing and it sounded like a heard of elephants were staying above us. We were in room 3 (no noise from the sides but the floors/ceilings are not sound proof at all as we were told and this disrupted our sleep multiple times. The bathroom door should be able to stay open (we used the water bottle to keep it from shutting). The bathroom light being on automatically was keeping the room lit when we were trying to sleep. We've staying in a lot of these wooden chain locations (Adelboden and Lenzerheide) and the noise issue from the ceiling and the bathroom lighting issue is the same in all of them. It's a mystery that the builders didn't think to fortify the floors/ceiling with soundproof materials.

The location was excellent, close to everything. The rooms were beautiful with a great mountain view. The restaurant was very nice and we enjoyed their food. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The only thing that would have made our stay even better: a sauna and perhaps a whirlpool 😁 After being in the snow all day, a sauna would have been perfect to end the day. 🙂

location is spectacular just need a note about transportation hours for the road provided on hotel description (it is limited hours for driving to the hotel) Breakfast was amazing and the family making the food there is wonderful!

Wonderful place, so hospitable, restaurant is fantastic, would stay again in a heartbeat.

Rooms a bit warm and Wi-Fi doesn’t really work but you aren’t there for the WiFi ;-)

The room was perfect with a great view. Construction was happening on one floor but the staff still made sure the common areas were clean.

Unique location.

You need to park your car far away from the hotel. The walk to the hotel with your luggage is horrendous.
