Room felt more like a hotel more than a homestay. They even provided hotel-style towels, toiletries, toothbrushes, hair dryer and mugs. Even have a Coway water filter. All at a really affordable price. Would happily stay here again!

Check in and check out is very simple Security at its best Safer as no room keys, just need to use password All the facilities are good enough and met my expectations

Perfect spot for transit! Stayed here to catch the ferry the next day from Berjaya Waterfront. The location is super close and convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and the toilet was very clean too good job! The self check-in process was seamless, and the host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free stay near the ferry terminal! 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was uncomfortable because there were dogs around the property. For improvement, it would be great if a mirror could be provided inside the room for guests’ convenience. Other than that, the location is okay and the place is quite comfortable for a short stay.

The place was close to shops and the central ferry terminal. I arrived late and used several booking cards. Finally, there were dogs waiting for you in front of the door.

The smell and signs of dampness in the ceiling and walls; they told me they had taken note of it to begin repairs.

Little bit out the way on a quiet residential road is the only drawback - would probably recommend if you’re a solo female traveller to get Grab’s if coming and going at night just to be on the safe side but we had no problems at all

La habitación olía a humedad , tuvimos que dormir con la puerta y la ventana abierta. La habitación está al lado de la lavadora, cocina, con lo cual la gente pasa a todas horas y se escuchan ruidos constantemente.

Stayed here for one night and overall it was a good experience. The place is self check-in, so make sure to reply on WhatsApp — to confirm details and share ID to complete the check-in. The room was minimal but clean. AC worked well, and there’s drinking water available in the shared kitchen, which was a nice bonus. Location-wise, it’s about a 10-minute taxi ride to the checkpoint and very close to the seaside — perfect for an evening walk with great views of the sea and the bridge.

The price was cheap, but that’s about it.

The bedsheets were very dirty and caused itchiness for me and my family. Overall cleanliness was bad and it wasn’t a comfortable stay.

Die Lage war vollkommen abseits. Es gab nichts in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war winzig und hat modrig gerochen. Es war nicht möglich den Geruch hinaus zu bekommen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war extrem schlecht.

The bed was comfy, there was AC, which was absolutely necessary in the sweltering heat. The room was clean.

The shower didn't have any screen to separate it from the WC, so every time you would shower, you would make it wet. There was a smear of something on the seat of the toilet. It didn't seem to have regular cleaning.The underside of the sink was absolutely disgusting, either mouldy or rusty or both. The kitchen space was not very clean, the cutlery had stains of food as well.

Price is fair, near to the hotel of my training, easy to grab a car

The window handle was broken before my stay. So insecured cause anyone can just get into my room at anytime. The first night I can't really sleep and worry about the security. The next day I reported to the staff, then it was fixed on that day, thanks. But it would be better if the staff check before the guest checkibg in. May prepare more hanger. The first two days I got only one in the room. Then I managed to get a few more from the public area on the third day. The air conditioner is not cold even I set it to 16 degrees. I think it needs servicing.

The room is clean, well equipped with necessities and good safety features (password locks). Walking distance to restaurants.

An electric kettle would be good

The staff was fast responsive. The room came with the necessary toiletries, making our stay convenient. I hope the cleanliness can be improved. The location is excellent—there are plenty of food options and shops nearby, all within walking distance if you don’t have transport. The hotel is very nearby the Singapore custom around 10 mins plus by grab. The price was fair for what’s offered. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Johor.
