Reviewed Sep 2, 2026It is central and quite near most amenities. It has a lot of parking slots. It is a busy place. It looks presentable and value for money. The bathrooms are clean and cleaning products are made available. As well as toilet paper.
Firstly, their communications are abysmal. It is shocking how completely apathetic they can be about people needing to plan in advance. They only provide details at their convenience. They never apologise and expect customers to understand their style of communications. They expect you to send photos of your identity card over the What's App, this was very unnerving. The information for the check in arrives exactly before checking in. This is because they have an code access system. There are 3 codes to access, the entry to the accomodation, the access to the unit where the room is and finally the room itself. We are talking about 4 to 6 digit codes. As there are shared bathrooms, you probably have to take your phone to the toilet. The bed was rickety for room 310, it squeaked. Sheets seemed clean and towels were decent. Bare minimum in the room, a side table and hooks on the door. The electrical sockets may/may not work especially UBS points.

Not ideal for light sleepers due to poor soundproofing. You can hear some noise from adjacent rooms, including occasional snoring, as well as noise from passing cars. There are also only two shared toilet facilities serving six rooms. No TV and room table.

The hotel provided good privacy, and the facilities were complete and convenient. Everything was well-organized, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The overall experience was smooth and pleasant, and I definitely feel that it was worth the price. I would happily stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

No shelves or hooks, nowhere to store anything. You have 3 doors all with their own pin code to open, takes a long time to open and the keypads don't work great. was pretty paranoid I'd forget my phone inside and forget any of the 3 codes. Toilet/showers were not ideal too. It's fine for 1-2 nights

Check-in senang, staff pun friendly dan cepat bagi bantuan bila ada pertanyaan. Lokasi pun strategik, senang nak cari makan dan dekat dengan kedai-kedai. Harga memang berbaloi dengan apa yang kita dapat. Kalau datang kawasan ni lagi, memang saya akan pilih Maco Inn semula. Pas de fenêtre, attention il est nécessaire de prendre en compte les 2h d’immigration pour se rendre à Singapour à toute heure de la journée, si vous voulez visiter le pays c’est peut être mieux de prendre un logement de l’autre côté de la frontière

The room was tiny, the bed was so uncomfortable. I got the single room and there was no window. The wall was so thin that you could hear everything. Everytime someone was going to their room you could hear them putting the codes in too. I was travelling alone and I didnt feel safe in the area.

Probably not suitable for anyone who is not Singaporean or Malaysian as the payment for the security deposit was either Malaysian bank transfer or for Singaporean PayNow, and there are no physical staff there to assist. A little annoying with having 3 security codes to use for the front door, the door to the rooms and then the actual room.

良くない点というわけではないのですが、チェックイン、チェックアウトはいずれも非対面で、事前にWhatsAppで連絡を取り、指示があった暗証番号で解錠して入室します。慣れないと戸惑うかもしれません。また原則として銀行口座へデポジットの入金を求められます。

No sound proof, I was disturbed by neibour snooze . The blanket is too thin and the bed is not comfortable. I need to pay very careful to carry my mobile even go to toilet. It is because I can't get back the room if I can't remember the password after toilet. The host asked for deposit is quick response, but any question you ask for help has no interested to care. Not a good experience to stay here.

Reviewed Jan 11, 2026Room was very clean, bed was comfortable without being too hard. Towels, toothbrush provided. Aircon worked well. The floor in the common area is very clean too. Although shared bathrooms, there were 2 units shared between 5 or 6 rooms.
3 different sets of door lock six digits codes to be used when entering from the main door to room door. No receptionist. Communication by online chat only. Eg WhatsApp and others. Will not be friendly for older folks with no knowledge of digital tech.
