Duplex in the historic heart of Liège - 3rd floor

J’ai adoré mon séjour dans cet appartement ! C’est vraiment l’un des meilleurs appartements que j’ai pu réserver. Il est parfaitement équipé, avec absolument tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir comme chez soi. La cuisine est complète, la chambre est très confortable et tout est propre et bien entretenu. L’appartement est exactement comme sur les photos, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. L’hôte est également très attentionné, disponible et agréable. Je recommande cet appartement à 100 %. Il vaut vraiment le coup et j’ai passé un excellent séjour. Si je reviens dans le coin, je réserverai sans hésiter à nouveau ici. Merci beaucoup pour ce super séjour !

Lage war super. Die Unterkunft war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Balkon ist gleichzeitig der Treppenzugang. Das kommt aus den Bilder nicht richtig zum Vorschein. Dadurch, dass das Apartment ganz oben lag, war es vollkommen fein und wie ein Balkon. Perfekt und abends noch ein Getränk zu genießen oder morgens den Kaffee.

Sehr hellhörig die Unterkunft. Die Gastgeber kennen anscheinend das Problem und haben direkt für Gehörschutzstöpsel gesorgt.

Heel gezellig duplex appartement. In een oud gebouw maar heel mooi gerenoveerd. Mooie keuken en badkamer en gezellige woonkamer om tot rust te komen na een stadswandeling. De ligging is pal in het centrum maar een rustige straat. Wij hebben enorm genoten en voelden ons direct thuis. Ook onze kleindochter vond het de max. Vermits we met de trein kwamen mochten we onze bagage al vroeger afzetten terwijl de kuisvrouw a h werk was. Dat vonden wij heel attent. Om de hoek is een lekkere bakker, zo konden wij gezellig ontbijten in ons verblijf. Er is ook een terrasje aan, vooral voor de rokers denk ik.

Duplex très bien placé, à proximité de tout. Sophie, en charge du service clients, a été top, réactive, professionnelle et très sympathique !

Excellent emplacement et hôtes très réactifs. L'appartement est très bien équipé, avec une cuisine, machine à laver et tout le nécessaire.

Il n'y avait pas de draps pour le canapé lit, mais une fois signalé, on nous a apporté de la literie. Très réactif !

The location was excellent., in an interesting building. We could easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit, including la Place du Marché, Le Carré, Coteaux de la Citadelle, Enclos National des Fusillés, La Montagne Bueren, Brasserie C, la Rivière Meuse, Marché de la Batte. The neighbourhood is full of shops, restaurants, cafés, museums, historical sites (such as the Palace)... as well as grocery stores. We travelledby train and the St. Lambert train station was a 5-minute walk away. The apartment itself was excellent. The kitchen was very well equipped with nice dishes, glasses, pots etc, gas burners for cooking, a dishwasher and washing machine. What we really appreciated was the coffee - there was more than enough coffee and coffee cream for our stay, as well as tea, salt, sugar, pepper, cooking oil, laundry soap... all the small things we usually have to run out and buy. There was also body wash and shampoo provided, which are not always included in some stays. Our hosts were very attentive (via messages) and responsive. The internet was good and there was a tv but we did not use it. There was great air flow and breeze through the apartment, which I always like. We enjoyed being up on the third and fourth floors, and looking around at the buildings around us. We didn't mind the stairs at all, as we enjoy exercising. The bed was very comfortable and the towels in the bathroom were large and thick and luxurious, with lots of hot water in the bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return and recommend.

The only thing that could have been better was if we had a second set of keys.

Location and facilities were great, if it wasn’t raining, outside terrace would’ve been great.

wir hatten einen tollen aufenthalt in der unterkunft und können nur positives berichten! schon das einchecken verlief reibungslos, sodass wir direkt entspannt ankommen und uns wohlfühlen konnten. die wohnung ist unseren erwartungen mehr als gerecht geworden. sie strahlt eine angenehme und gemütliche atmosphäre aus, wir haben uns deshalb sofort zuhause gefühlt. alles war sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. besonders beeindruckt hat uns die perfekte kombination aus zentraler lage und ruhiger umgebung. man erreicht alle wichtigen spots in lüttich schnell und bequem, kann sich aber gleichzeitig jederzeit zurückziehen. auch der gastgeber war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit erreichbar. wir haben uns rundum gut aufgehoben gefühlt und jede frage wurde schnell beantwortet. wir können diese unterkunft von herzen weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Cet appartement est vraiment super. Très confortable et cosy. J'ai passé 7 jours à Liège et lorsque je rentrai le soir, je me sentais chez moi. J'ai bien aimé l'emplacement, la déco, la facilité pour récupérer les clefs, les informations communiquées par l'hôte à chaque étape, le tarif. L'appartement est situé au 3ème étage sans ascenseur mais ça se fait bien, il y a un palier toutes les 8 marches. C était très propre.

I cuscini del letto sono piccoli e nell'appartamento faceva freddo. Ci sarebbe bisogno di una fonte di riscaldamento aggiuntiva perché i termosifoni non bastano, visto quanto sono alti i soffitti.

Tout était impeccable. Emplacement, confort, propreté. Une petite terrasse super sympa. L amabilité du personnel (petit souci avec la tv réglé immédiatement) Personnel très réactifs et aux petits soins . Je retiens l adresse.

Modernes Appartement, alles Wesentliche ist da. Gute Lage, in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß ist man im Zentrum. Gute Cafés direkt vor der Tür. Vermieter antwortet schnell und freundlich auf Fragen.

Le logement est très bien situé, proche de la place saint lambert et du marché de Noel. Logement propre, conforme aux photos.

Absolument rien j'ai failli me casse la figure.

Manque de sécurité pour les enfants. Et donc j'ai écourté mon séjour parce était en famille ma femme enceinte et ma fille de deux. Ce n'est pas idéal pour une famille.

A entrada no apartamento e as áreas comuns precisam de alguma intervenção.

Very good value for money, and as I said before, very clean, spacious and well appointed. Having a washing machine and dishwasher was a real bonus - everything you might need had been thought of. A really nice 10 day break for me.

Toaster didn"t toast! Needs replacing .....

Everything was prefect

For my advice need a low tabe to put the television and need a thick bigger pillows in the bed room.
