Slaapkamer aan de voorkant ligt aan een drukke straat dus was vrij veel lawaai. Maar goed, voordeel was wel dat het in het centrum ligt dus alles is op loopafstand.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026The duplex is on a quiet road yet very central. It is beautifully presented with lovely exposed brick in places. It is well equipped too although we didn't actually do any cooking! We bought great bread, croissants and cakes from the boulangerie nearby. It was extremely quiet when we were there and we slept very well.
Although we loved the exposed brick on the stairs up to the bathroom and bedrooms the winding, narrow stairs could be challenging for some people and the external metal stairs got wet in the rain and were rather slippy. I wouldn't recommend this apartment for those with mobility issues

Reviewed May 4, 2026Appartement très agréable dans le vieux centre de Liège, propre, lumineux et spacieux, bien équipé, avec une literie confortable. L'accès est très bien décrit par un message reçu le matin du séjour. La possibilité de louer une place de parking à 10€ par jour à quelques centaines de mètres est un vrai plus. L'appartement est situé à deux pas d'excellentes boulangeries, friteries, et de bars.
Peu d'isolation sonore dans la chambre côté rue, qui peut être un peu bruyante. Mais des bouchons d'oreilles et des masques de nuit sont offerts dans le logement.

Reviewed Apr 25, 2026Great location near saint lambert station and the tram stop. The place was clean and well appointed with a good shower and toiletries provided. The coffee machine had capsules and things like oil and condiments were provided in the kitchen.
Accessibility is a little poor. The external steps to enter the property are a little industrial and the apartment is an old timber framed building which has been restored. The original staircase looks good but somewhat treacherous for anyone with poor mobility.

Das Schlafzimmer zur Straße ist früh morgens recht laut. Das Bad ist gut, aber nur von jeweils einer Person zu nutzen, die Toilette ist separat.

- Sehr laut zur Straßenseite hin (sowohl in der Küche als auch im Schlafzimmer) - Das Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof hat leider ziemlich gemüffelt - Eine Lüftung auf der Toilette wäre sehr sinnvoll und hat leider gefehlt - Leider nur 1 Schlüssel für die Wohnung. Bei mehreren Personen sehr unpraktisch, zumal der Türöffner nicht funktionierte und man immer runter laufen musste, um die Haustür zu öffnen

Reviewed Oct 5, 2025De locatie is super goed en het appartement is ruim en leuk in gericht. Alles is verder vollop aanwezig. Ruime hoeveelheid koffie, servies, glaswerk en linnengoed. Voelt daardoor heel gastvrij. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Fijn appartement in leuke stad.
