Reviewed Sep 7, 2026I was booked for 4 nights but I was not enjoying my sleep. I have moved from one room to another with no electricity on the 1st night, 2nd night paying the same money with bed facilitation, no internet,and a small room. I asked for another room but the response was unsatisfied. I Pay expensive just to put my suitcase not for sleeping. I was trying to find another room available I paid £50 but before checking, I was Informed by a staff member that the room was fully booked even though my money took. I was advised to apply for a full refund as it was a staff mistake however, I only got a refund of £10 and I lost my £40 without using it. It was a very bad experience I have had in my whole life during my holiday. I waste my time, and my money for nothing. I would never ever recommend that apartment for a holiday.

Reviewed Sep 22, 2024Location is excellent as our main purpose is to see doctor in sunway medical center. Juat across the connecting bridge. Apartment also clean. Lot of foods surrounding.
