Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Great location. I can easily access any of the food places I want to go nearby. There are nearby public transports but too bad I do not get to use them often because the main KTM train lines are under maintenance.
The room I am in is at the Hotel's WiFi dead zone. I could not connect my laptop to the WiFi and had to resort to my own mobile hotspot. But I somehow have no issues with my mobile phone connecting to the same WiFi.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Hotel has done some refurbishment, a new coat of paint on some area, the corridor is brighter and looks much better.
1) the shower-head in room 301 needs repair or change to a new one. 2) please place more bottled water in the room, 2-small bottles is insufficient. 3) upon booking, I stated that I’ll arrive hotel late at night in 11Sep but unfortunately I was delayed, reached KL on 12Sep to check-in early morning at 6.30am, was told my room was cancelled due to no show ?! I explained that I’ve pre-paid for the room so hotel shouldn’t cancel my room till 12pm on 12Sep….The reception did arrange for the room for me, so all was fine.

Reviewed Jan 17, 2026It was cheap and cheerful and just what I needed for one night's stay. The location was great, only 5 mins walk to the Sunway Pyramid. The room was clean and the shower was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a very small kettle in the room and space to hang a couple of clothes. The bed was OK and I had a reasonable night's sleep. It wasn't anything to write home about but did the job for one night.

Reviewed Nov 17, 2025The location is excellent — very close to the mall, with plenty of food options nearby. There’s even a 24-hour restaurant just around the corner downstairs.
The only downside is the poor sound insulation. If someone talks in the hallway, it feels like there’s no wall at all.

Booked for 3 nights stay. Had issues with the room's aircon for 2 nights. Azlan, the staff handling the case was verbally intimidating as if I was the one at fault. Reluctantly put me up into another room for the first night and on the second night lied and said all rooms were occupied and later put me up into another room. Did not argue with him as he put on a sour face that's reluctant to help.
