Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Precise le istruzioni accesso / codici chiave. Alloggio tranquillo anche se in centro, camera silenziosa. Wi-Fi ottimo. Caffè, bollitore, acqua e cioccolato. Parcheggio privato interno. Sembra stiano ristrutturando un po' per volta...
Arredamento un po' pacchiano e sciatto; poltroncina sfondata... Biancheria letto non fresca, non stirata, brutta e vecchia anche quella in bagno.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Mõnus kõrge voodi, vaikne asukoht, ilus vannituba. Vastutulelikkus oli väga hea. Eriti meeldis kohvitegemise võimalus, kohvikapslid olid koha peal olemas.
Voodilina oli vana ja topiline ning ajas sügelema. Teiste tubade õhukonditsioneeri hääl, mis tuppa kostis, häiris pisut. Toolid olid toas kasutuskõlbmatud, üks oli täiesti katki ja mõlemate kate oli väga plekiline.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026A lovely place to stay in Mons. The central location is excellent with the main square just a five minute walk away. There is good private parking that is secure. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was immaculately clean. There is air conditioning if you need it. Communication with the host was excellent, I had a slight payment issue with booking.com (not this property) and Serge was immediately kind and responsive. Thank you Serge. A highly recommended place to stay.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Everything! This is a fabulous place to stay. Very helpful host with excellent communications and suggestions for nearby restaurants - there are many! Very stylish, comfortable rooms with a beautiful, large shared kitchen.
Only wish we could stay longer. Will definitely aim to return.

Reviewed May 17, 2026Alles war mega: der sichere Parkplatz im Hof, der Eingang und die schön dekorierte Eingangshalle, das außerordentlich geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer mit super bequemem Bett, 2 Waschbecken, separater Toilette und tea/coffee making facilities, die Küche - alles wow ! Lage genial, so nah am Zentrum, alles zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar :-)

Reviewed May 17, 2026Lovely modernised room with separate WC and bathroom. Very comfy bed. Secure parking on-site. Shared kitchen (which we didn't use). Just a ten minute walk to the centre of Mons.
In hindsight it's obvious which was the entrance door, but because there are two doors at the front of the building and the correct one had no sign on it, we opted for the other one. We got it wrong - it was the large, unmarked door. This could be clearer. We couldn't find the button to open the main gate when we departed so we had to use the keypad - not a problem but perhaps it could be made more obvious.

A bit odd having a bedroom off the shared kitchen especially when we forgot to lock the door and someone came in .....but it was quiet and it wouldn't stop us staying again.

Reviewed Feb 27, 2026A lovely apartment in a large house. Was very quiet with a comfortable bed - we had a good nights sleep. Serge provided us with excellent guidance for locating the property and for identifying suitable restaurants and breakfast places.
Toilet being separate to the bathroom (had to walk through the bedroom to get from toilet to bathroom).

We arrived at 10am and we were able to park (we could have left out lugagage as well) but came back mid afternoon to check in to our room he had prioritized cleaning for. Perfect distance from the town centre, we could reach everything easily. (He also provided a lot of handy local tips, we just weren't there long enough to take advantage of them!)

Aangename kamer met uitstekend bed en warme badkamer. Op voorhand tips voor ontbijt en restaurants bekomen van Serge. Uitstekend nieuw visrestaurant in directe omgeving La MAAdelaine.

Reviewed Dec 8, 2025Fantastische locatie in de binnenstad, dichtbij musea en bezienswaardigheden van de stad. Parkeermogelijkheid op het terrein zelf. De prachtige woning biedt zeer comfortabele gastenkamers, koffie, thee en water op de kamer! Er is een gemeenschappelijke keuken waar ook koffie en thee kan gezet worden en een koelkast ter beschikking is. Je kan er dus ter plekke ontbijten en/of een hapje eten.
Niks negatiefs! Goed om weten dat de bar aan de overkant van de straat nogal nachtelijk feestlawaai kan maken (nochtans staat de woning een heel eind achteruit). Hou in de kamer aan de voorkant best de ramen dicht, er is immers airco en ventilatie aanwezig in de kamer.

Reviewed Dec 6, 2025The hotel overall was really nice. Only really saw staff when they were ironing in communal area but they were pleasant upon interaction. There was no cleaning of the room during the stay but this was fine as we were only there for 4 days. Bedroom was really tastefully decorated, bed was high and very comfortable. Internet and tv access were great, no issues with connectivity. Access to the property was realitively easy via keypad through gates. Ample parking was a bonus as streets outside were always full. Location was amazing. So close to the shops, bars and restaurants in the town centre. Host communication was fantastic. Could not fault. Gave so much information about the hotel and local amenities.
Lighted area over key boxes as they were difficult to see in the dark. Slight drainage smell between toilet and bedroom.

Nous avons reçu des explications détaillées de la part de notre hôte à la fois pour accéder au logement et pour les repas (petit déjeuner et diner). Le logement est très bien situé, non loin de là Grand'Place de Mons. Le quartier est assez animé le soir mais le logement est bien insonorisé. Détail appréciable : un parking gratuit avec accès sécurisé est à notre disposition.

Receptionless hotels are becoming more prevalent. They are fine when everything is fine - and I might add that we had no problems at this hotel - but when things aren't perfect or one is looking for advice, then life becomes more difficult. The connection between who runs and manages the hotel and the customer needs to be strong.
