Basic setup. No frills. would have liked additional seating in the living room and balcony, only one sofa showing signs of wear. No coffee machine.

Road works on Ben Yehuda street causes diffculty to reach with car or public transport, no reasnable parking near by. Only double beds, no singles.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2023בנו ברחוב כולל עבודות כמעט כל הלילה, רעש נוראי. לא נאמר לפני התשלום. חלק מהתריסים החשמליים היו מקולקלים, אין וילונות החשכה על החלונות. מהמזגן המרכזי דלף ריח מאד לא נעים.

Reviewed May 22, 2023L emplacement au top (proche plage, marina, city hall,...) ! Les travaux en cours dans la rue en font un endroit très calme ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié. Arrêt de bus très proche. Appartement lumineux avec balcon très appréciable. 2 chambres avec lits confortables. Réactivité du personnel.
Meubles vieillissants (canapé et fauteuils), pas de torchons à disposition dans la cuisine, volets cassés, aucune attention pour les hôtes à l arrivée (pas de bouteilles d eau, ni de vin, pas de gâteaux,...). Pour un hébergement à ce prix, une attention particulière serait bienvenue.

Reviewed Apr 11, 2023היינו 5 אורחים- 2 מבוגרים+ 3 ילדים. מיקום הדירה מצוין והתמורה ראויה לסכום הנדרש. ראוי לציין כי כרגע לא ניתן להגיע עם רכב בשל עבודות בכביש. הדירה מאובזרת היטב, נעימה ומתאימה בקלות לשהיה ארוכה של משפחה וילדים (מטבח מאובזר, מקרר גדול, מדיח כלים, תנור אפיה), חדרים מרווחים, מצעים ומגבות נקיים. הסלון מרווח והמרפסת נעימה לישיבה. הכניסה לדירה ללא קושי ובהתאם להוראות המדויקות שנשלחו לפני כן. כאשר נתקלנו בבעיה, יצרנו קשר עם המארחים וזכינו לתשובה מהירה ואף לפיצוי הולם.
הדירה אינה חדשה והדבר ניכר בעיקר בחלק ממתקני הדירה. ראוי היה לתת תשומת לב יתרה לניקיון האמבטיה והחרסינה.
