Η τουαλέτα μπορεί να είναι πιο καθαρή, δεν είχε αρκετό χαρτί υγείας, δεν έχει ούτε ένα ποτήρι εκτός από μερικές κούπες, μπορεί να έχει μια πετσέτα επιπλέον.

Je pense que les photos et les avis précédents sont truqués ! Impossible de louer un logement dans cet état !! Très sale, draps immondes, beaucoup de choses abîmées, cassées : sol, fenêtres, électricité, plomberie... Bref, un carnage... Nous sommes ultra déçus. Nous n'avons pas pour habitude de laisser des commentaires, mais là, impossible de ne rien dire. Si cela évite de gâcher les vacances d'autres personnes, tant mieux. Changez de logement s'il n'est pas trop tard ! Sinon, passez votre chemin. Même les travaux du gros bâtiment en construction juste contre le logement restent anecdotiques à comparer du reste. Même pas cher, c'est du vol !

posizione comodissima, a pochi passi dal centro ed esattamente davanti al porto dove partono le escursioni per le isole. per i prezzi che si trovano a KK va più che bene. piccola palestra con bellissima vista, bella la piscina anche se abbiamo trovato un cantiere davanti, stanno costruendo un super palazzo che presto ostruirà una parte della bellissima visuale sulle isole. self chek-in valido con indicazioni chiare del personale molto gentile. asciugamani puliti e lenzuola anche considerando gli standard malesi che purtroppo non sono come quelli italiani, frigo pulito! ottima lavanderia sotto casa

l’arredamento e l’appartamento in sé sarebbe veramente stupendo se fosse curato di più! segni di usura ovunque, dai muri macchiati, i tavoli rovinati con parecchie macchie, alla cucina poco pulita, il pavimento pieno di righe, il bagno con parecchi segni di ruggine. servirebbe davvero qualche piccola accortezza per rendere più piacevole il soggiorno. la lavatrice non funzionante era credo indicata in precedenza ma mi è sfuggito.

We love our stay here. Rooms were spacious and more than enough bed for my lil family of four. Wifi was fast. Great city view.

A good option for a short stay. The place is clean and has all the basic necessities required for a comfortable visit.

The lift situation was the worst part of our stay. We spent nearly an hour getting from Level 32 to collect the house key, and on the day of check-out, it took us 45 minutes just to enter a lift. The excessive waiting times were unacceptable and made the entire experience very inconvenient, especially when traveling with family and luggage.

Dirty . Bathroom floor was slimy, soapy stains on the wall and mirrors. Lighting inside bathroom extremely dimmed and hard to see . No extra toilet rolls for4pax 2 days stay. Come on how expensive can that be . Main room ( attached to bathroom) was dirty . Hairs everywhere as if it has not been vacuumed or dusted. Microwave not working . I tried everything I can to make it work but even after 20 minutes my food was not even warm. Hardly enough plates and cutlery for 4 pax. TV channels was a joke . Front door entry lockset need to be user friendly. It is not fun trying to punch in 10 digits number while your hands are full. Will be nice to have keyless card. Location was perfect.

The location is fantastic and walking distance to lots of things. All facilities needed and a fantastic view from the top floor.

The pool was closed for maintenance during our stay but that was not the owners fault. It would have been nice for a cool down in the afternoons.

mould stains on the wall, malfunctioninig overhead shower, leaking soapy water all over the floor in the bathroom when washer is running, weird smell (even post 24 hours), caved in bed, no handsoap (only single bottle of 2in1 shampoo for the whole house), has TV but does not even have normal free channels like the news.

Our family of five—spanning three generations—stayed here for five nights during our trip to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. My kids went to the swimming pool on the 7th floor every day to play and enjoy the sunset, while my wife and I visited the massage services on the P1 level several times. On the ground floor of the hotel, there are three convenience stores and many restaurants, so basically everything you need is available right within the property. The location is extremely convenient as well—you can walk to the jetty for island hopping in just 5 minutes, and it’s only about a 10-minute walk to Suria Mall. Other popular attractions in the city are also nearby. Whenever we had questions, the staff responded very quickly, which made our stay feel safe and comfortable. On our last day, it only took about 15 minutes by taxi to get to the airport. We would definitely love to stay here again on our next trip to Sabah. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍

Ideal for snorkeling holiday. Its proximity to the jetty gives you quick access. Also, the big windows allowed lots of sunshine to come in and dry our towels and swimwear. Comfy bed and good towels provided. Airconditioning worked great. The view was pretty cool- at sunrise we could see the tip of Mount Kinabalu, before it got swallowed by the clouds again. Such a lovely surprise! The independent check in system- demands some concentration from you, but is actually very convenient for midnight and other odd flight arrival times.

The lobby of the building is a bit stuffy, so are the lifts, as there is no AC there. We couldn't get the geyser to work for a hot shower, but host offered immediate assistance.

The apartment is okay overall. Jesselton Quay is in a good location because close to the new jetty and walking distance to Gaya Street. The sunset view is really nice since it faces Pulau Gaya. Price is affordable, and having a water dispenser is a plus. The best part is definitely the host. Even before I arrived in Kota Kinabalu, the host was already responsive and willing to help with my requests. Fast reply and very helpful throughout my stay.

But cleanliness needs to be improved. When I checked in, there was a smell coming from the bathroom. I asked for a gel freshener and the host arranged it quickly, but it felt a bit off when the staff said they couldn’t smell anything because I ended up cleaning the bathroom myself and sweeping the floor because it was quite dusty. Also, the photos didn’t really match the room I got. It would be better to use the exact room photos or at least mention that the room may vary based on availability to avoid confusion.

1. Parking is available but not free park . Enter fee is RM3 to 4 ..overnight stay fee is RM15 But its okay .i still think this is the best home to stay 😊😊

-Spacious -Aircond works properly -alot of cafe and restaurants at the ground floor -clean room -had a place to cook and even had a water dispenser also water heater, hairdryer and streka -great city view at night

Everything is okay! BUT for anyone that wanted to stay here please take note that around 10 to 11 am the elevator will be packed like there would be stop's on every floor so if you don't want to wait half an hour i heavily suggest check out a bit early so everything is okay except the elevator

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights during Raya (1st–3rd), and overall it was a great experience. I would definitely give it 5 stars. Everything was good ☺️ the room was comfortable, and I really enjoyed my stay. The only small issue was that the ceiling fan didn’t seem to be working, but it could also be that I didn’t know how to operate it properly. It might have just been the remote control needing new batteries, as the fan is attached to the chandelier light and only turns on with the main switch. However, since the air conditioning was working well, the room was still cool and comfortable, so it wasn’t a big problem. I also really appreciated the facilities provided. The washing machine worked well, the oven was in good condition, and there was even an ice box available. The bathroom was clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary cutlery. There was also a water dispenser, which was very convenient. The city view was beautiful, especially at night, it made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The ceiling fan didn’t seem to be working, but it wasn’t a big issue as the air conditioning worked well.
