Hi, I would like to give some feedback regarding the room. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean, and part of the floor felt a little unsafe. The chair was also dirty, and some of the kitchen utensils were incomplete. I hope these issues can be checked and improved for future guests. Thank you.

Location and air con was good

The queen bed mattresses are worn out. Need to be replaced. Hallway to the lift smell and the lobby smell of rubbish. The lobby is also very hot.

The location is excellent, within walking distance to the jetty for the boats to the island and to the city center. There are shops and coin-launderette below the apartments.

No microwave in the kitchen.

Que l’emplacement

Établissement à fuir ! L’hygiène de cet hôtel est tout simplement déplorable. Les chambres sont extrêmement sales et très vétustes, sans aucun rapport avec les photos présentées sur le site. Les vitres sont très sales, la salle de bain également, les sols sont abîmés et sales, et l’ensemble des équipements est vieillissant et mal entretenu. Concernant les draps, ils n’ont pas été changés malgré des taches clairement visibles et mises en évidence. Nous avons dû relancer plusieurs fois l’équipe pour qu’ils soient finalement remplacés. Même problème avec les climatiseurs : nous avons dû demander expressément leur nettoyage, car ils étaient remplis de poussière et de moisissures. Un niveau d’entretien totalement inacceptable pour un établissement hôtelier. Nous déconseillons fortement cet hôtel et vous recommandons de passer votre chemin.

All easy access,, lot of shop nearby, near to jetty, near to town. 10 minutes transport to town. Our group just coming down from hiking Mount Kinabalu, we arrived late nite, the check-in is so easy. We have a very good rest that day, before continue others activity to Island. The room is clean, event we arrive midnight, there still shop open for some food to purchase. You will not sleep in hunger.

The view is so nice, my kids love it. 5 minutes walk to suria Sabah. Parkings 👍 worth it 24 hrs just only RM15 it's cheapest. The lift also fast not to long waiting. The hotel it's on the gate 1.

I choose Lego room but no Lego only the table. But so far other is okay.

Uciekajcie jak najdalej. Obiektowi daleko do tego co jest na zdjęciach. Poza obsługą i lokalizacją blisko portu nie ma nic pozytywnego. Budynek to wielki wieżowiec o standardzie hotelu robotniczego. Śniadanie dramat. Na dole w kawiarnii masz do wyboru dwa zestawy jednej jajko i słodki tost drugi dwie bułki. Ale nawet w tak prostym menu jednego dnia był tylko jeden do wyboru. Basen brudny siłownia to żart: stoją 4 urządzenia. Mieszkanie brudne. Łazienka w pleśni. Nie ma żadnej szafy czy komody żeby rozpakować rzeczy. Na wyposażeniu kuchni 4 szklanki i talerze i to wszystko. Panele na podłodze z dziurami jakby komuś zabrało materiału. Uciekliśmy po dwóch nocach

La literie était correct. La piscine est très bien. L’appartement était propre lors de notre arrivée. La proximité des restaurants les magasins 24/24 juste en bas de l’immeuble c’était très utile. L’emplacement près du quai pour prendre les ferrys pour les îles était très appréciable.

Il manque un séchoir dans cet appartement pour étendre les maillot de bain. Le mobilier est abîmé chaise avec trou dans le dossier. Canapé repliable qui tombe en morceau. Frigo trop petit. Pas assez de vaisselle.

The view, location and amenities were good. It's near Jesselton Point so it's walking distance to go for snorkeling. There are plenty of shops downstairs and walking distance to Suria Sabah mall.

One of the bedroom beds was a bit springy. Could use an update. The lifts does take a while so have to time it well. The escalators at the shopping gallery were not working so you still have to take the lifts. The sofa and coffee table was flimsy so have to be extra careful.

The WhatsApp communication with the hotel, super convenient. clear instruction given. breakfast at kopitiam (no pork no lard no alcohol)

Apartament jest bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany. Blisko portu, dużej galerii handlowej ale tez spacerkiem od kultowej Gaya str. Z lotniska 20-30min Basen, teren zielony i boisko gry w padla super!

Choc apartamentowiec wydaje sie byc nowoczesnym to niestety standard pokoi juz taki dobry nie jest. Po pierwszej nocy poprosiłem recepcję o zmianę bo apartament był dramatyczny, brudna podłoga, tumany kurzu, brudne okna...naprawde słabo.. Obsługa w recepcji stanęła na wysokości zadania i znalazła mi apartament który był zdecydowanie bliżej tego co w ogłoszeniu. Dlatego finalnie jestem zadowolony choc bez wymiany ocenę dałbym góra 5.. Śniadanie intrygujące.. bez czekania tosty oraz jajka na miekko ( prawie surowe) + ice tea lub coffee...ale muszę powiedzieć ze jadłem 6 śniadań i zawsze mi smakowało...rodzince też.

We stayed in the apartment on the 19th floor and had a beautiful ocean view. The reception staff were fantastic with whatever we needed as was the housekeeping staff. Everyone was very professional. Also, we enjoyed the breakfast in the restaurant downstairs.

The apartment could use a paint job and new flooring. Also, a microwave oven should be available for use.

Room a bit small

The air conditioners, the bedrooms, more than 1 toilet papers.

The living room sofa is old and looks like never been cleaned, there’s no microwave, no coffee mugs only juice glasses, no small casserole to cook something, they only provide 1 frying pan. Would be good to have more than 1 plastic for the dustbin.

Very Spacious. Can fit up to 7 max in 1 apartment. Staff was very helpful too. Its exactly like the pictures

Only 1 bathroom. Maybe need instructions om how to use the kettle & stove.

Please show video of the lift location during check in as there have 2 lifts (go to mall, another one is go to apartment). Lift very hot and limited lift in building. Need to be patient while waiting lift.

* One of the rooms has a window without curtains. In the morning, direct sunlight shines into the room, and at night it feels uncomfortable due to the lack of privacy. * The kitchen is lacking some essential facilities and utensils. * Only two towels were provided, which was quite limited. * The homestay is located facing a main road. * The bathroom was not very clean.

It’s a nice view, but instead of a sea view, I got a forest view.

The elevator wait time was quite long. Parking is not provided for homestay guests, so you have to pay for it yourself

Expensive parking

Our stay was amazing! The apartment was so spacious and the location is so convenient (very close to the jetty and also reasonably close to the center). Everything was very clean and the staff were very welcoming.

The only small thing that we experienced was the smelly sewage in our room. The bathroom was very clean but the sewage stank so we had to have the bathroom door closed at all times. But it was just a small detail and the rest was amazing! Plus there were very few kitchen utensils (no pots, even no cutting knife), which was not an issue for us, but if you want to cook, be prepared for that.

Todo, apartamento precioso, al lado del puerto, la piscina, debajo de la torre tienes tiendas, lavanderías y excelentes restaurantes.

Parking for whole day kinda costly about RM 15 and also not so user friendly

Prima locatie. Goede prijs! Ruim! Heel appartement met twee slaapkamers. Uitkijk over de haven. Dicht bij de haven om naar de eilanden te gaan. Zwembad aanwezig. Ontbijt beneden bij een Chinees koffie tentje.

Er werd volop gebouwd bij de haven. Jammer dat dit het nodige bouw geluid met zich mee bracht. Zal nog wel een lange tijd gaan duren. Ontbijt was net oké, koffie, twee witte boterhammen met iets erop en twee bijna rauwe eieren wat daar waarschijnlijk normaal is. We gaven aan dat we hard gekookt willen maar vervolgens alsnog zacht.

Check-in and check-out were convenient. Location is strategic at the heart of Kota Kinabalu where most of the places are at walking distance.

The management should check room first. The sink in the toilet drained really slow. Breakfast can be more variety for those who are staying for more than three days.

The TV and the bed

The stay was quite disappointing. Many things were damaged — the walls were peeling and had a lot of stains, and the floor was also in poor condition. Walking on the floor made the bottom of my feet dirty, which was really uncomfortable. The only things I was satisfied with were the bed and the TV. The bathroom was clean, but unfortunately it had a strong unpleasant smell. Overall, the place needs better maintenance.
