The bed

Apt h6 need to have a refurbished honestly the environment is lovely but the Celining need to sort out and the seating in tge living room need dusting ..the TV wasn't even coming on ,the ac is old,no hot water, I guest other rooms there are ok but where I was wasn't pleased

The pool and the view were phenomenal

The rooms were very dated and the host had a lot of attitude

I did not do Breakfast. The facility was an invitation to treat. NO HOT WATER, POOR VIEW, NO NETFLIX, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BY JANICE, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AND I WILL NOT BE BACK. MY ANNIVERSARY WAS SPOILT.....PERIOD

The appliances weren't working. The toilet wasn't working and we got a different room from what we booked. It was apartments j3, and the host Janice was disrespectful.

False advertisement on the website the place is outdated and really in need of a renovation, also no hotwater

The location

The place was dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned awhile. The roof of the bedroom has mold and falling on the bed. The pull out couch is old and the mattress is visibly dirty and aged. The TV doesn’t work even when tried to input our Netflix info it just would not connect and had an error message that the device was outdated 🙄. The kitchen, the stove is outdated 1hour just to fry burger meat, the dish washing liquid was finished and could see that they added water to it, toaster oven was not able to be used due rust. The patio just bare and seating was damaged. Trees blocked our view which was ok no problem there but the eye sore was the roof top of the gym. This is my 2nd time booking with this place and it’s “runned “down. 1st stay here was in 2018 and I had no complaints.

But I'm on my way from home it was worth it I love the view Everything else was good If you are someone that like to walk you will love it but if not please make sure you drive But it's a wonderful place

The only thing I did not like is the fact that they say I was getting 2 bad I did not but I get a king bed and 2 sofa bad But otherwise from that it was good

I enjoy the view as well asthe pool and the garden areas

Didn't like the kitchen area and the sofa needs to be sanitize

The place needs some fixing up,and maintenance.

I was extremely disappointed with the host, Janice. I spoke to her on Friday to further confirm my stay and she told me that 3pm would be checked in, however, she would call and inform me if 2pm. will be available. Anyhow, I didn’t hear back from her. I called her on my way Saturday, and at that time I was told that it wasn’t available. I drove to the gate and it was difficult to reach her. Anyhow, when she answered the phone she told me it was unavailable and she was going to call another property to see if there was any available. Up until now I haven’t heard back from her. I had a function which started at 4pm and it was approximately 2:45 when I was told that the room was not available. I think that was poor service and she needs to know how to deal with people.

We loved the location to the town center and the apartment was nice have all the equipments just like home, it just need a professional receptionist upon collection...very comfy we will be back... But thanks ms Janice and Marsha..

Completely outdated, roaches, unsafe, not easy to access (down a gully) no door to the bedroom, rusty stove, host did not respond with WiFi info, cabinet doors falling off

The condition of the property dont match the images shown. The host didnt meet us and the towels provide smelled like was there for months. My friend sinus flared up and she sick now.

The big bed was a plus.

The apartment was ants infested. Ants all over the kitchen counter, the floors, and sofa. Front room very hot you need another standing fan out there or AC. The AC in the room wants a tune up we were very HOT!

The location is great. There is security and on-site parking, so I felt safe. The apt was clean. The furniture was comfortable. There is a small balcony to sit out on. The a/c worked. I stayed one night and didn't use the kitchen. Overall, nice place.

There wasn't much I didn't like about this place.

The TV was boring it doesn't work on YouTube. Cable no nice stations. Ac not working so good. Not there fault but light gone the first morning after 7 and take 5 hours to come back. But host not even show her care could say sorry. The house keeper was not bad.

That the Security scaremonged me into not any circumstances to go near the Office on Site. Only hand my Keys back to Security the day i leave. Office on site is for any enquiries. Why i was told NOT to go near. Also when i went to sit outside on the chair to smoke. I felt a pinch in back of my thigh, because Both Chairs had a Split along the middle B Broken things in my room. Believe me to maybe think the Person i rented from gave cash to with no Receipt given was mayve Subletting the property. For what other reason was i Blasted by Security not to go near the Office on Site. Its an agreement between me and Whom i rented from. I did not feel comfortable with being told that But did as they asked.

Absolutely nothing. Janice was Absolutely horrible. She was very helpful before the money was paid but literally after the ash was handed over to the security guard at the gate as she instructed un order to get the apartment key. Upon entering the apartment/room and was extremely shocked, disgusted and appalled we tried calling Janice and she never answered. We called a fee times. The balcony or patio to our room was shared by the other guests in the adjoining room and were enjoying themselves as they should however I was unable to sleep with the loud laughing and talking. It sounded like they all were in my ear yelling their words. The room was Absolutely trash, outdated appliances, furniture and linens. After all that I finally decided to make the best if it and found bugs under the covers as I pulled it back to lay down. Omg!!! That was it for me!!! I got fully dressed and slept on top of the covers with my entire head of hair covered as nit to have any other insects getting caught up🤢 Please note that this property and Mystic Ridge is the same owners. Save yourself the headache and possibility of catching something by staying here and dont!!!!

Janice just needs to burn that room completely. Extremely horrible experience 😪

this was the worst apartment/condo. I have ever stayed at in Jamaica. I have stayed in this community before that is why I booked that specific location but there were a lot of things wrong with that apartment. Let’s start off by saying Janice tried to rob me the cost of my stay was US$117 because Janice noticed I was an American. She tried to overcharge me with cash. She was unaware that I was with another Jamaican. Janice told me the total in Jamaican dollars. I then asked Janice what was the charge in US dollars, Janice basically tried to have me pay almost $200. Janice told me that in Jamaican dollars it would be $26,800 but that does not equal out US$117. Then when my husband corrected her, she act as if she was oblivious to it, she did not know that I was with a Jamaican next, the unit has a very old AC unit in the bedroom. It does not work. I called Janice and told her that same night that I got there that the AC is blowing hot air. She asked me what the temperature was on, I told her, and then she instructed me how to fix it it did not work, therefore my husband and I had to sleep on the couch together because the AC in the room was blowing out, dusty air, and was making us cough and sneeze. Furthermore, I believe that booking.com needs to adjust the check in time for this unit because on Booking.com it says check-in time is 2 PM. I call Janice and she said it is not at 2 PM and that it is a mistake. It is at 3 PM when I got there at that time, I called her, and then she told me that I had to wait another 20 minutes to check in because she had to find out information about my reservation, that was before she tried to rob me. The unit is very uncomfortable, it’s very old and I would never recommend anyone to stay there especially if you’re an American.

The building is unique, you can see the ocean view from your balcony.

some amenities are not good condition like air conditioner is old and it’s not running good on the first day we came. The fan have a broken cables. We called the owner and she brought a Tehnician to repair it. The are some ants and some cockroaches in the floor too.

.unfriendly, unprepared and incompetent staff that seem to care more about collecting our money than providing a service. .no warm water .air-conditioning does not work. .Garbage in passage outside property. . Music from gym wakes you up quite early.

the location is right in the middle of ocho rios, safe clean and easy to get around.

The check out time was too early and the pool was dirty couldn't use it 😒. You can put a map of the area in the rooms; because I thought it was only one pool when the housekeeper came that's when I knew about the other

Place was clean and bed comfy. The other two sleeping spaces were convenient and also comfy.

The shower was missing a liner so the bathroom soaked every time anyone showered. There was no kettle or small pot, so no coffee in the mornings. more sheets and towels were needed. The pull out bed needs bedding and it was a reservation for 4 and we got 3 towels and rags.

. Central location and the apartment itself is comfortable is comfortable, clean and provides a pleasant environment. The view of ocho Rios harbor is beautiful. Very well equipped gym on the compound.

The apartment complex is not well maintained. Some buildings need to be painted and windows and doors need to be replaced (including the broken door of the apartment we stayed in). This spoiled the experience of relaxing on the patio and looking at the view of ocho Rios.
