Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Buen complejo cerrado y tranquilo, me toco la habitación 103 estaba en planta baja al final del complejo era la última. Esta céntrico aunque no es primera línea de playa esta a pocos minutos caminando.y también estan cerca algunos comercios y restaurantes.
Me dieron una habitación en planta baja y en el cluster mas lejos, el último cuando viajo sola por seguridad nunca considero las habitaciones de planta baja y menos con puertas al jardín que son mas vulnerables y menos en el último rincón del complejo, de hecho pensé que como decía que tenia balcón era en nivel superior.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2025My stay was good and it was the 2nd time. I certainly enjoy the swim up pool and Ciabelos Italian restaurant around the corner. The junior sweet is a good option because I like space and the ability to hang out on the balcony. NOTES: make sure the cabinets are clear of other peoples bottles. Double check the bathtub because though it may have been cleaned prior to my arrival dirt sinks into porcelain and as a public place the tub should be pure white. Bathrooms always need extra attention. Overall it was a nice stay!

Reviewed Aug 26, 2025Big beautiful pool and swim up bar enjoyed as much as beach, staff friendly and helpful the manager of this property is very accommodating we made reservations in the late evening because the booked fisherman point resort had issues which caused our group of eight to seek better accommodation and Mystic ridge helped us to enjoy the rest of our stay in Jamaica and the manager even called us to make sure we arrived safely back home this is the five stars vacation is made of Mary McClendon

Reviewed Aug 15, 2025Check in was easy... I arrived early and was able to lounge at the pool until my room was ready. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and cool. Every room has its own balcony/outside sitting area, and mine overlooked the pool which was large and clean. There are bar stools in the pool for the swim-up bar and music was played during the day. The property is well kept, the staff are friendly and I felt very safe. The town and cruise port are a quick walk from the property for shopping, food, etc... I also used the Uber App to get around. I will definitely stay here again.

I didn’t like that the lady on the first level would play music really loud at 8 o’clock in the mornings. Otherwise my stay was great. The pool area is great. The receptionist was welcoming and accommodating! Would stay again!!

Reviewed Jun 23, 2025I liked the close proximity to activities and shopping centres. I also liked that the wifi connection worked really well. The things i highly disliked was the poor customer service given at thw front desk on the morning of my departure, the lack of assistance by the staff to go back to my room to retrieve an item. There was also no option when booking a room to select a room closer to the entrance so there was a long walk to get to the apartment room while having to carry my suitcases up more than 4 flight of stairs. If it was not for the bad customer service i received on my departure i would have considered sting again but due to that experience at the front desk, it was definitely my first and last visit

The only drawback was the fact that there was one door connecting the upper fl and there was a lot of traffic and inappropriate noises that kept us up. I just truly believe that the rooms should not be rented at the same time, its truly an in convince, other than that we had a great time.

Just come prepared for all you need because they supply the bare minimum but clean, pool/pool bar, ac room, hot shower and decent breakfast to purchase on the property was a plus.
