La ubicación muy cerca de la plaza. Todo súper limpio y el personal estupendo, teníamos que irnos pronto antes de la hora del desayuno y nos lo pusieron para llevar.

Hay que ir como un minuto por callejones poco iluminados pero se llega fácil.

The location was excellent as it’s right in the markets and the staff were all so lovely, incredibly helpful and accommodating.

maybe they could add a mini fridge into each room as when we went it was really hot and cold water wouldn’t last long in the rooms. Other than that all was great!!!!

Der Abendportier war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns gut mit ihm verstanden! Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und zugewandt. Auch die Lage war sehr gut, da die Riad nahe an der Medina und den schönen Märkten liegt.

Das Frühstück hätte ein bisschen abwechslungsreicher sein können, für den herzhaften Frühstücker gab es relativ wenig Auswahl.

The breakfast was very good, and the location was great. I would especially like to thank Mohammed, who was very friendly and polite. He prepared a special tea for my mother when she was feeling sick and was always there to help us. His kindness and attention made our stay even more pleasant. Thank you, Mohammed!

Tutto! Salah è stato un ospite molto gentile e disponibile, pronto ad accontentare ogni richiesta! Colazione in terrazza ottima, camera pulita e spaziosa, zona tranquilla e silenziosa pur essendo al centro del delirio dei sul di Marrakech!

Non è proprio semplice trovarlo la prima volta, sarebbe utile un’insegna illuminata e un cartello già nella via! Non preoccupatevi per il portico di accesso dalla via, la zona è sicura e tranquilla!

Excellent Riad, bien situé, propre et confortable idéalement situé dans la médina (environ 8min depuis la place Jemaa El Fna). Le Riad est proche de la place avec ses animations mais reste très calme. J’ai particulièrement beaucoup apprécié la literie, la terrasse où on prend le petit déjeuner ainsi que le personnel très sympathique, professionnel et avenant. Je recommande !

The room was so cute and I loved that is was a private bathroom! Staff was nice enough to provide breakfast before breakfast hours for our early morning excursion!

Geen parkeer gelegenheid dicht bij. Entree naar Riad lastig te vinden zonder hulp.

O quarto é bem confortável, limpo e arrumado. O café da manhã muito bom e bem tradicional. Os funcionários são super simpáticos e acessíveis

A localização apesar de ser dentro da Medina é em um beco que a primeira vista dá um pouco de medo.

First of all i think it is worth knowing that these Riads are not on main roads, so taxis won't drop you there. We got dropped off on the main road and had to walk lugging our suitcases behind us on cobbled market roads, with bikes, donkey carts and locals coming at you left and right for a 10 mins walk, and finding the Riad once your in the market is another stress. Staff was ok, the accomadation was cramped, they were very stingy with the breakfast

- Pokoj byl krásně čistý, v létě příjemně chladný a klimatizace funkční. - Recepční pomohl se zavazadly až na hlavní ulici k našemu taxíku. - Lokalita je opravdu blízko do mediny i na hlavní ulici k taxi.

- Bydleli jsme v pokoji v přízemí a neměli jsme tam signál, takže jsme nemohli používat data. Ale wifi fungovala. Pro nás to byla ale velká nevýhoda. - V přízemí rušilo v nočních hodinách zvonění návštěvníků na zvonek při návratu z města. - Myslím, že v zimních měsících bude tento pokoj vlhký a studený.

Best riad I’ve stayed in (of 5) in Morocco. Staff was very friendly and helpful, upgraded my room at no charge, carried my (heavy) luggage upstairs for me.

Sehr freundliches Personal war bei allem sehr behilflich auch ein nächtliches Check in war kein Problem. Die lage ist sehr gut das Frühstück auch und es war alles sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Je n ai pas aimé la situation géographique beaucoup de bruit venant de l extérieur parfois très tard dans la nuit, la chambre qui se trouve au dernier étage car tout le monde passe devant pour aller sur la terrasse entre autre pour aller au petit déjeuner, la chambre et assez petite est étouffante selon moi, la Clim ne fonctionne pas et le ménage était fait très à l essentiel tache sur les draps etc.. J ai également trouvé que le départ était assez désagréable contrairement à l accueil!!

Su ubicación, es excelente, en plena Medina y muy cerca de los principales lugares de interés.

El acceso al Riad es a través de una calleja estrecha, se puede pedir al personal que te ayude a llegar el primer día, muy recomendable si se llega de noche.

breakfast was very good, location perfect. Toilet seat was broken and they directly fixed it so hosts are on top of it. Pleasant stay.

Il personale era disponibile e la colazione ottima. La camera, essendo all'ultimo piano, era molto ventilata e luminosa.

Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato diversi problemi idraulici nel bagno della nostra camera. Il lavandino e la guarnizione del water presentavano delle perdite importanti, al punto che l'acqua tendeva ad accumularsi sul pavimento. Inoltre, abbiamo notato che la pressione dell'acqua in bagno era molto più bassa rispetto a quella del piano terra. Segnaliamo queste problematiche unicamente per dare la possibilità alla struttura di effettuare la manutenzione necessaria per i prossimi ospiti.

No hubo nada que no me gustara. Quizás está algo anticuado pero por ese precio lo vi muy correcto

Me dieron una habitación estupenda (no todas son iguales) y estuve muy cómodo. El lugar es muy atractivo y agradable, No es funcional como un hotel moderno, pero la relación entre encanto, comodidad y precio me parecieron imbatibles.

Hay que buscarlo, escondido en el Derb Azouz (que sin embargo tiene el nombre escrito a la entrada). Nada importante.

I liked my first visit so much, I booked again for a second visit! Zakaria prepared an early breakfast for me on two mornings so I would be able to make the pick-up times for the day trips I had booked. I liked the location as well as the size and quality of the room.

Abdul was the receptionist / first contact point during our stay. I have never met a person as nice as Abdul in my life. It was an absolute joy to stay in the Riad thanks to him. Breakfast is varied and local. Location is right by the Jardin Secret in the middle of the souks, amazing.

Cette suite est magnifique, spacieuse et très confortable. Le matelas était parfait. La salle de bain, ornée de zelliges m'a bien plu. Le petit déjeuné est varié et succulent. La propreté irréprochable. La terrasse : un havre de paix au coeur de la médina. Je voyage seule et je me suis sentie très bien chez vous. Grand merci.

Le Riad O-ly est une très belle découverte. Malgré la ferveur des souks environnants, le riad reste un havre de paix très reposant. L'accueil y est chaleureux et humain. Nous avons adoré nous détendre sur la terrasse après nos journées de visite. Les installations sont de grande qualité et la propreté est irréprochable. Merci à toute l'équipe pour leurs précieux conseils professionnels.

The property was located in the heart of the medina and very easy to find. The room was exactly like the pictures and very spacious. The staff were extremely helpful and breakfast was 10/10!

L’établissement est très bien situé. Toutefois, un peu difficile d’accès. Il se situe dans une ruelle assez sombre. Les taxis ne peuvent pas accéder au Riad car il s’agit d’une rue piétonne. Il faut donc s’aventurer seuls, avec des valises à la recherche du Riad. Aucune indication n’est donné par l’établissement.

Les murs sont très fin donc assez bruyant. Le petit déjeuner est très bon mais pas assez copieux. Le Riad se situe dans une petite rue sombre, le soir il y a pleins d’homme qui zonent autour

Il Riad è nel centro della Medina, quindi da lì è possibile girare tutta la città vecchia a piedi. Si trova in una stradina laterale ma è molto sicura anche in piena notte. La colazione è molto buona, preparata sul momento. È anche possibile chiedere di cenare nel Riad, tutto molto buono! La camera che abbiamo usato è molto ampia e comoda. Il Riad offre un ottimo servizio di transfer da e per l'aeroporto. Un ringraziamento speciale a Zaccaria, che ci ha seguito durante il nostro soggiorno.

Al nostro rientro in camera abbiamo trovato spesso parecchie falene.

Riad O-Ly is comfortable, quiet, and convenient. Zakaria prepared an early breakfast to go for me so I could catch my train and not be hungry. I enjoyed my stay!

I ragazzi della reception, Abdou e Zakaria, sono carinissimi e molto disponibili, mi hanno aiutato in tutto e sono stati davvero gentili. La colazione è enorme e buonissima e la stanza è carina. La posizione è veramente centrale, per girare la città è perfetta.

Forse il bagno è un po’ da risistemare.

Die Lage ist genial. Mohamed und seine Mitarbeiter sind extrem freundlich, ehrlich und hilfsbereit. Der Innenhof und die Zimmer sind zauberhaft. Das Essen (Frühstück und Abend) auf der Dachterrasse sehr gut und gemütlich. Wir fühlten uns wie zuhause.

Our riad felt like authentic Marrakesh style character. The staff were super enthusiastic and helpful. Location was perfect to experience the Marrakech medina.

No laundry facility and the staff were not able to take our laundry to a laundry.

The breakfast was freshly made and served on the roof terrace with a smile, I cannot fault the Owners/staff everyone friendly helpful and couldn't do enough. The position of the Riad is perfect, really quick to access all parts of the Medina, restaurants very close and of really good quality. Saying that we did eat at the Riad on the night of our arrival and the food was delicious and so easy to organise with the Riad. We arranged transport from airport and we had to be dropped off outside the Medina as no cars are allowed. It was a 5 min walk from drop off point the Riad sent detailed instructions on arrival route sent by Riad. The Riad is set back a little which means it is actually very quiet and peaceful.

Would have been nice to have somewhere to open case on, however this is a Riad and not newly built 5 star hotel and room sizes were smaller.

Goede locatie (beetje verstopt, maar dat hoort erbij!) alles is in de buurt, prima kamers, lekker ontbijt, heerlijk dakterras, maar wat deze riad echt perfect maakt is het personeel. Stonden 24/7 voor ons klaar en hebben ons uitstekend geholpen met al onze vragen en problemen. Zelfs de tijd genomen om mee te gaan naar een goede telefoon reparateur (tip: geen foto’s vanaf het randje van het dak maken..) dank lieve mohammed, zakaria en de anderen <3

Lastig te vinden als je de medina niet kent, voor de eerste keer is de aangeboden taxiservice (waarbij iemand je op komt halen) een aanrader

Tolles Riad mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Personal. Alles sehr sauber und hervorragendes Frühstück. Die Lage ist perfekt - alles ist fussläufig erreichbar. Das Riad selbst ist etwas schwierig zu finden, wir waren daher froh, dass wir den Transfer über das Riad gebucht hatten.

The property was very traditional, clean , great location and the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast was fantastic and the rooftop was lovely when the sun was out. The beds were very comfortable as well.

The shower was very very weak, which you expect so it wasn’t too bad. Would be handy if you could buy drinks at the property .

The location is fantastic, it's a bit difficult to find the first time but it's right in the heart of the Medina and everything is easily walkable. The service was so great, staff was very helpful. I loved the freshly prepared breakfast, one of the days when we had to start early they even accommodated our request to have it prepared earlier.

The Riad was beautiful and the rooms extremely clean. We were made welcome by all staff: they were attentive and went above and beyond. Breakfast was amazing everyday and the location is very close to the main parts of the city. Overall there is very little to fault about our stay.

The alley to the riad could feel sketchy at times however someone is always at the riad to let you in quickly. Also, the walk down the alleyway is probably only 20 seconds off a busier street.

We loved the owners, besides an amazing breakfast. We even got a breakfast lunchbox that they made for us because we we’re going on a daytrip. We had to leave very early and they made sure we had breakfast and made it for us at 6 AM in the morning!

Con maps es fácil llegar, pero sino lo usas te puedes perder un poco

El personal maravilloso, ninguna pega con ninguno, todos excepcionales. El Riad es muy bonito y los desayunos son increíbles, están buenísimos y se incluyen en el precio.

Dos días de los 3 que dormimos allí teníamos excursión y no pudimos desayunar en el Riad, no se nos facilitó la opción de llevarnos el desayuno o al menos una pieza de fruta o una botella de agua... Tampoco de adelantarnos el desayuno ya que solo era media hora antes de la hora a la que lo ponían ellos, como sí que nos hicieron en otro Riad en el que nos alojamos... El baño en mal estado, la ducha con muchísimas humedades, la habitación entera tenía humedad y la ropa la cogías para ponértela y parecía que estaba mojada. Los enchufes no tienen toma a tierra por lo que cuidado si se pone algo a cargar, sobre todo no tocarlo mientras carga ya que transmite la electricidad. La habitación no está nada insonorizada, de hecho la única ventana no cierra y el propio cristal tiene un agujero por lo que se escucha todo, teníamos la habitación del patio por lo que cada persona que entraba o salía a la hora que fuera se escuchaba todo. La última pega que le pongo es, que pese a que la ubicación está cerca de la plaza, y todos los Riads tienen accesos "complicados", este para nosotras fue el que peor acceso tiene. Nos robaron en la puerta, nos siguió un señor y salieron otras 7 personas a rodearnos en la puerta, y como está tan apartado nadie vino a ayudarnos ni nos escuchó. No repetiría experiencia en este Riad ni lo recomendaría, sobre todo porque la sensación de volver por la noche era horrible, pasábamos miedo constantemente, y solo fueron 3 días en él, luego cogimos otro. Uno de los días tuvimos que pedir cena directamente al Riad porque no queríamos volver después de haber anochecido, el recepcionista nos ayudó muchísimo para conseguir la cena, las personas que lo llevan son maravillosas, una pena el resto.

Semplicemente tutto, i ragazzi sono stati bravissimi, erano sempre pronti per o consigli e qualsiasi cosa abbiamo chiesto ci hanno sempre accontentato. Era il Compleanno del mio fidanzato e chiesi loro una candela, nemmeno il Tempo di chiederla e me l’hanno procurata, non avevo prenotato Hammam e quindi era tutto pieno loro subito si sono preoccupati a prenotarcene uno (pulito e bellissimo) La colazione molto buona, tipica. La camera sempre Pulita, ogni giorno la sistemavano e la pulivano con tanta cura. Lo consiglio vivamente e se un giorno dovessi fare ritorno lo risceglierei ❤️
