Super nette Gastgeber, wir konnten aufgrund eine s Unfalls auf dem Highway konnten wir due Check-in Zeit nicht einhalten. Nach einem Anruf war das aber überhaupt kein Problem und wir durften uns trotzdem noch das Frühstück für den nächsten Tag aussuchen.

Alfonso und seine Frau sind sehr freundliche und professionelle Gastgeber. Als ehemaliger Hotelmanager weiß er, worauf Gäste Wert legen. Das Frühstück wird nach den individuellen Wünschen der Gäste zusammengestellt und frisch in sehr guter Qualität zubereitet. Wir hatten in der Suite im Obergeschoss gewohnt, die geräumig und gut ausgestattet ist. Das Badezimmer hat alles was man braucht mit geräumiger Dusche. Dazu gibt es einen großen Balkon mit Blick ins Tal und See. Ein schöner Platz um abends beim Glas Wein seinen nächsten Tag zu planen, zu lesen oder einfach nur zu chillen. Alfonso hat viele gute Tips, was man in der Umgebung unternehmen kann. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits der Stadt, so dass es ruhig ist, aber nicht zu weit von Restaurants und Weingütern entfernt. Im Pool kann man sich bei warmen Temperaturen herrlich abkühlen. Man sollte aber nicht den Anspruch haben dort seine Bahnen zu schwimmen; dafür ist er zu klein. Das Spa haben wir nicht genutzt, sodass wir dazu keine Angaben machen können. Alles in allem ein tolles B&B um das Okanagan Valley zu erkunden.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. Alfonso and his wife are incredible hosts who genuinely make you feel welcome and cared for. They seem to anticipate every wish and are always happy to help with fantastic recommendations – whether for restaurants, wineries, wine tours, or anything else we asked about. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, varied, and prepared with so much care every morning. During the hot summer days, the pool was an absolute highlight and the perfect place to relax and unwind. We also highly recommend booking a massage or treatment with Michelle – it made our stay even more special and relaxing. What really makes this place exceptional, though, is the warmth and hospitality of the hosts. We felt completely at home and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Thank you, Alfonso and your wife, for making our time here so memorable. We sincerely hope that one day we will have the chance to come back! Absolutely 10/10 – we couldn’t recommend this wonderful place more!

We had an absolutely wonderful three-night stay at Salish B&B and Spa. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a peaceful retreat. The property is beautiful, the room was comfortable, the hot tub and pool are well maintained, and the surrounding environment is quiet, relaxing, and exactly what we were looking for. What really made our stay special was our host, Alfonso. He is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely goes out of his way to make you feel at home. He treated us like family from day one, was always happy to offer recommendations and help with anything we needed, and his breakfasts ever morning were outstanding. If you're looking for a relaxing place to stay in West Kelowna with exceptional hospitality, we can't recommend Salish B&B and Spa highly enough. We'll be staying here any time we visit going forward.

The room was very comfortable, many good amenities, great breakfast and view, and the staff was very friendly and attentive to us.

It is a little far from downtown, but closer to wineries.

The owners were very welcoming & took time to tell us about the area. Alfonso,the owner, was super friendly & upgraded us to the honeymoon suite because it was our 50th anniversary. He also gave us champagne to celebrate. Breakfast was very good & because the weather was so nice he served us on our balcony. He could do enough for us & made us feel like we were at home. He couldn’t do enough for us & we really appreciated being pampered. The pool was open & we took advantage of it. Michelle ran the spa & my wife had a massage & facial which she said was awesome. Michelle had the touch. Michelle also took time to talk with us & had lots of information about the area.

Alfonso is such a kind host who went above and beyond! We had a great stay here. The bed was so comfortable, the place was quiet and relaxing, and it was stocked with everything you could possibly need. They also have a great view and outdoor space with a hot tub and pool. We'd love to come back, hopefully sometime soon :)

Alfonso kümmerte sich umfassend um uns und gab uns gute Tipps für die Ausflüge in die Umgebung und das Wine Tasting in den nahegelegenen Wineries. Die Auswahl für das Frühstück und die Zubereitung lässt sich kaum übertreffen. Unsere beste Unterkunft und Frühstück in Kanada bisher. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Honestly there wasn't anything we didn't like

Alfonso and Michelle were welcoming, kind, helpful and professional. The suite was immaculate (we were given a free upgrade upon arrival) The hot tub was wonderful and the breakfast made by Alfonso was delicious and well presented. Michelle's spa experience was fantastic. The Special included a one hour massage and one half hour facial and it was phenomenal. My husband and I plan to return soon! Thank you Alfonso and Michelle!

Host Alfonso was so welcoming, friendly and attentive, and provided delicious generous breakfasts. Appreciated the quiet beautiful location, large comfortable room and ensuite bathroom, with a balcony with a view. Bonus having an outdoor pool and hot tub and lovely area. Hosts were so accommodating and even rearranged her schedule to provide a very nice massage. Highly recommend this excellent b snd b!

The host was very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, bright, and clean with a personal touch. The balcony catches the sun so we could sit outside and enjoy the sunshine even though the temperature was not high. We felt pampered and loved.

We loved staying at this B&B! The hosts were attentive and friendly. Our accommodation was wonderfully set up and very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was excellent and we also had fun playing the piano. A truly fantastic experience overall and highly recommended!

Breakfast was good (fruit, granola, yogurt etc) with hot options available for a charge and we appreciated with an early start on departure, a boxed breakfast to go. Room was very well equipped (we were upgraded which was appreciated), clean and location is quiet with a nice view from balcony and a separate tub-shower. Onsite locked parking. A pool and hot tub are available that we didn't use given our other commitments. Alfonso (owner) was friendly & helpful.

We didn't use internet so can't comment. We knew that the location is in outskirts of West Kelowna and worked for us - but you would need a car.

A great place to stay when in Kelowna. Alfonso knows how to host his guests. Every detail is just perfect and the breakfast was delicious.

Very nice responsive staff We got upgraded to a king room with private bathroom which was big and very comfortable comfortable. Bathrobes for the pool were appreciated. Nice balcony to eat breakfast.

A bit disappointed about the "included" breakfast - essentially you will get toast, cereal and coffee for free, which could've been fine, but then you can pay extra for all the rest. So eggs, fruit, anything else was about 10$ apiece. Considering the price of the rooms it felt a bit cheap, we would've felt better either not having the extra options at all or just paying 10$ extra in the price of the room. But this was the only negative, the rest was great.

Amazing breakfast. Very comfortable bed and sheets were so soft. Nice peaceful music. Great lounging. And a spa!

Alfonso was incredibly helpful, offered many suggestions for local dining/activities. The rooms are beautiful and welcoming, and the breakfast on the patio was amazing! It’s obvious Alfonso takes great care of his property and his guests. We only stayed for one night but we had a great time and would definitely rebook if we ever returned to the area!

Nothing, only thing of note is that rooms do not have private washrooms, however the facilities were still clean and for private usage. Would not say it’s a bad thing at all.

Alfonso is the best host and made every effort to make our stay very comfortable. The house and room was very clean, lots of amenities, delicious homemade breakfast and even when it was raining they gave us umbrella's so we wouldn't ruin our clothing on our way to the shuttle that picked us up. We wished we booked a longer stay to enjoy and relax longer.

The hot water tub was nothing but amazing! The host was very hospitable, we definitely enjoyed our stay here! Have recommended this place to all our friends and will revisit on a future vacation.

My wife and I recently celebrated our anniversary at Salish BnB in West Kelowna, hosted by Alfonso and Michelle. It was an absolutely perfect experience from start to finish. Alfonso and Michelle's hospitality exceeded all expectations, making us feel right at home. The accommodations were immaculate, comfortable, and spacious. We particularly enjoyed the relaxing hot tub and the convenience of renting e-bikes for exploring the area. Alfonso's recommendations for nearby activities and wineries were spot on, adding great value to our stay. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a memorable visit. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our special occasion. Highly recommend Salish BnB for anyone looking for a delightful and welcoming getaway. It was everything great. Alfonso is such a nice person und great host. He fullfield us every wish. He did every morning e frehs breakfast We feel like home. The B&B was so beautiful, clean with such e nice atmosphere. The hottube and swimmingpool was really nice.

I cannot rave enough about this place! I’ve already booked my next stay! We absolutely loved the location, it had everything we needed and more. Alfonso is THE definition of hospitality. Made us feel right at home from the very beginning, with so much attention to detail from a welcome sign in our room, chocolates on our bed, to checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. I genuinely felt like I was staying at a 5 star resort with a touch of home! We’re excited to be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in Kelowna. Not too far from downtown Kelowna either (15-20min drive). Uber is not difficult to get but might have to wait a bit for it to arrive. There’s so much nature around and it’s beautifully quiet.

We loved everything about it. We had the room that didn’t have a bathroom inside but the bathroom we used was just for us to use (not shared). For the price…so worth it!

We absolutely loved everything .💕From the time we arrived Alfonso and his Wife were so sweet and welcoming.At this point in life my husband and I have had the pleasure to travel internationally. This trip was spontaneous. We packed up our bikes and decided to hit the Okanagan. Our check in was so smooth and easy.Alfonso explained everything in detail Shortly after we got on our bikes and toured the wineries which are 5 to 10 minutes away by bike. After a long day of cycling we planned a facial with Michelle his wife. Amazing amazing what a experience. This is also provided at Salish Bed and Breakfast .The next morning Alfonso prepared breakfast a extra charge for omlettes etc Delicious .Alfonso and his wife are very knowledgeable and professional. Absolute amazing! We felt homely and welcoming. Alfonso is an excellent host! The room was beautiful, tranquil, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was so good, the view was nice. Staying in West Kelowna instead of Kelowna center is a good idea.

I visited alone to celebrate my own birthday. The owner of this place is a super nice person. He is a super friendly person who is always there if you need anything or anything and is very accommodating in everything. On the morning of my birthday, the owner chose a birthday song for me to celebrate. The place was well cleaned, quiet and had lovely people. All in all it was a lovely place to stay. You need a car to get there as it is far from downtown. A nice dog also greeted me and made me very happy. The outside jacuzzi can be used as soon as you wish to the owner. It is not always open so it is always clean to enter. If it is cold outside it is still freezing when you get out of the tub, but in warmer weather it is very nice. I would stay there again.

Alfonso is a wonderful host. We were greeted with a glass of wine, and our room was warm and comfortable, with lots of little extra touches, including bathrobes. There is a generous breakfast menu which was freshly prepared for us, I loved that we could sit at a window table overlooking the lake. It was a wonderful stay, and we would love to visit again. Highly recommended.

It was perfect

We were two Australian couples travelling through Kelowna with a rental car. Our preference was to be in a quiet area and drive to the sites we wished to visit. Salish B&B is in West Kelowna on a hillside set amongst a few small farmlets and other homes. Our hosts. Alfonso and Michelle were friendly and welcoming and we felt at home instantly. Rooms were well appointed and beds so comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was continental with lots of choices, a cooked breakfast was available at a small additional fee. Seating for breakfast afforded views of the lake. It was a bonus to have a sitting room for reading, relaxing or enjoying the views. Michelle offers beauty services, unfortunatley we did not have time to enjoy them this visit. There are some great vineyards and resturants within 5- 15 minutes drive of the B&B, we will return to Salish if the opportunity arises to visit the area again.

Great location and fantastic hosts

Very humble people operating this property and everything was perfect.

Absolutely everything. The house is astonishing, calm and bright, with a very nice view on the lake and the mountains. It is clean and very well maintained with high quality material (no noisy door, only wood and painted metal, beautiful stove…). And of course the hot tub near the pool makes it just perfect. Add to that the telemark Nordic domain which is only 15min away and most of the restaurants about 5min away. Finally, the host Alfonso and his wife Michelle are exceptional hosts.

So welcoming, an amazing get away! Alfonso is so kind and accommodating from start to finish, we had the absolute best time! He even set up balloons as it was my boyfriends birthday, so nice!

Alfonso went out of his way to welcome and make sure we had everything we needed. At arrival he offered to carry our bags inside and welcomed us with a welcome drink. The room was top notch and it included complementary waters, coffee, tea, cream, apples and candy. Alfonso opened and closed the hot tub for us. The breakfast was superb! Salish B&B offers a complimentary continental breakfast or you can opt for the extra warm breakfast. Alfonso takes the time to get to know you and makes sure everything is ok. At the same time he makes sure he gives you privacy. We definitely will be back! Next time we will make sure to book some spa time with Alfonso’s wife Michelle who runs a day spa on the premises.
