Central 2-Room apartment in Oulu, parking

Paikka oli siisti ja käytännöllinen sekä viihtyisä :)

Vähän lämmin oli asunnossa, mutta tuulettimet onneksi auttoivat. :) Vähän miinusta parkkipaikasta, kun normikorkuisessa autossakin pohja otti portin suulla kiinni, mutta pääsi kuitenkin.

Asunto oli ihan keskustan ytimessä. Tilaa oli hyvin useammallakin ihmiselle.

Äänet muista asunnoista kuului todella selvästi asuntoon. Meidän tullessa asuntoa ei oltu siivottu edellisen jäljiltä, saatiin asia kyllä nopeasti majoittajan kanssa hoidettua niin että siivous kävi asunnolla kesken illan.

Sijainti huippuluokkaa. Asunto oli siisti. Liikenteen melu ei häirinnyt, vaikka ihan keskustassa.

Täältäkin puuttui kahvimitta, kuten käytännössä aina muissakin paikoissa 😁.

El apartamento necesita una renovación ya que es antiguo y aunque le han hecho un lavado de cara necesita una reforma de verdad.

Great location and pretty near to everything

For me the bed was too soft and with open windows the air conditioning of our neighbors is loud but you need to open the window as the flat is getting hot over the day...

Asunto oli todella kuuma. Liesituuletinta ei ollut, niin ruokaa ei oikein viitsinyt laittaa.

TV ei signaalia, eikä ohjetta sen käyttöön. Huoneistossa tosi kuuma.

Clean, well equiped, good 2 room flat ( not 2 bedrooms, but 2 rooms)

​Horrible night's sleep. It was very stuffy and hot. And it is Oulu where hot weather is rear. During our stay out temperatire was 20 but due to direct sun and opend windows inside was really hot. No AC and fans do no help. The windows are broken and won't close properly, so you can't block out the loud street noise. Very busi streets (corner house) with horrible noise and no sound proof. Bed in living room will not work for two, when one is mooving second will feel it badly and jump up. Parking worth separate mentioning. If you drive something bigger than toyota yaris you'll have a problem. Actually it's trouly mentioned on booking page. But reality is worse. I spend 10 mins trying to get out of the parking on my tesla y. Only front and rear cameras made it safe. But it took about 10 mins. Admit that with practise I coul make it in 5 mins. My wife and daughter, both good enouth drivers, said they will not manahe way out. A lot of overnight free parking around. Stay safe and do not use this parking. So do not recomend and newer again.

The location is excellent and makes it very easy to reach all the main points of interest. The apartment was very clean and spacious, and the bed was really comfortable.

The only downside was that one night a neighbour was particularly noisy, raised voices, even shouting, heavy objects falling on the floor. Of course, this is something that can happen anywhere and is not a reflection of the apartment itself. Unfortunately, the disturbance lasted long enough to destroy my sleep that night.

Ilmalämpöpumppu ois jees viilennykseen mut ikkunoiden avaus toimi myös.

Täysin epäluotettava toimija!! Peruutti varauksen SAMANA PÄIVÄNÄ!!! Remontti kuulemma kesken, juupa juu, majoittaja tiesi sen samana päivänä keskellä yötä. EN SUOSITTELE KENELLÄKÄÄN KO YRITYKSEN TOIMINTAA. Kannattaa myös ehkäpä tarkistaa taustat ja omistus.

Sijainti keskellä kaupunkia! Lyhyt matka rautatieasemalle.

Tilava, hyvä sijainti, sopii lyhyeen kaupunkimajoittumiseen.

Parkkihalli on surkea. Edes normaalikorkuisella autolla ei pääse halliin ilman, että raapii pohjaa. Tieto parkkihallin ahtaudesta tuli vasta maksun jälkeen. En voi suositella autopaikan varaamista kenellekään!! Halliin kulku on säätämistä myös kävellen.

The central location is excellent for exploring Oulu, and the apartment is well equipped for a comfortable stay.

Huoneisto erinomaisella sijainnilla Oulun keskustassa. Huoneisto oli erittäin siisti ja sopi perheen pikaiseen Oulun vierailuun hienosti. Tarvitsimme autolle lämpimän parkkihallin, joten jätimme auton Kivisydän - parkkihalliin, jonka sisäänkäynti oli aivan vieressä. Sängyt olivat hyvät nukkua ja huoneistossa oli muutenkin kaikki tarvittava, muttei liikaa tavaraa.

Good location, clean apartment, had everything we needed, including toiletries.

A bit chilly but an extra electric heater was left. The owner offered to rent a parking space but public street parking was free on Sunday.

Very central location, comfortable and in great condition. Convenient parking.

Erinomainen hinta-laatusuhde. Asunto oli viihtyisä ha tilava. Bonuksena oli autolle autotallipaikka pienellä lisähinnalla.

Ihana paikka ja kivat näkymät. Oli kotoisa olo.

Täydellinen majoitus, hyvällä sijainnilla. Erittäin siisti, mitään ei puuttunut. Vuokraamistani asunnoista, tämä ylivoimaisesti paras! Suosittelen! Hinta laatu suhde täydellinen!

Huoneisto oli todella kuuma, vain yksi tuuletin. Pistorasioita oli vähän. Muuten viihtyisä ja siisti huoneisto. Sijainti hyvä.

The location downtown was excellent and the apartment was relatively nice. The kitchen had everything necessary. There's a grocery store right next to the apartment, which is nice for getting snacks or anything else you need - it's open until 22.00 every day.

The apartment was overly hot, as curtains were left open and the Sun had been shining the whole day. The curtains were insufficient for blocking light/heat during the day and morning. Our suggestion is to invest in good light/heat blocking curtains, also for the kitchen. An additional fan would be of help. The bedlinen were a bit strange, as they wouldn't stay put on the beds (this happened with all the beds). Additionally, it's very misleading to have 'parking' in the title, as that gives the impression the parking is included. We ended up taking our car outside the city center.

The apartment is ideally located in the city center of Oulu. It’s clean and nicely furnished. We really enjoyed our stay

Good location, easy check in. Quick response from the owners.

In one of the rooms you have to move a bed in order to close the door towards the kitchen. There is an automated message being sent more than 24 h before the check out thanking you for the stay and reminding you that check out time is 11 and to get rid of the trash. While I appreciate the reminder of the check out time, and quick response from the owners,the message is arriving before 11 o'clock, a whole day before you are supposed to check out and sounds like you need to leave then. For this reason I had to call them to check nothing went wrong with my reservation. It would be more helpful to send this less than 24h before the departure, or at least mentioned in the message "your departure tomorrow".

Good location and price if to compare with others options in Oulu. Big undergroud parkink near hotel.

Everything was in order. A really nice platforn in the heart of city center.

The temperature was more than +30 celcius in the apartment, so no sleep at all. No free parking.
